I had an appointment but still had to wait. The water for the pedicure was barely warm and the nail tech couldn’t figure out how to use the jets in the tub so I just soaked my feet in lukewarm water. She didn’t massage my feet and legs which is my favorite part and the polish in my big toe isn’t even covering the whole nail. She criticized the color I chose, said it didn’t look good on my fair skin. Basically the polish job looks like a child did it and it was expensive!Will not be coming back.

This is what my gel nails look like 24 hours after my appointment, my pointer finger is cracked and flaking and my ring finger looks to be about to do the same. I was also a little offended that the nail tech doing my pedicure suddenly grabbed and turned my leg to get a better look at my tattoo, then gave me a look of disgust. Super unprofessional, expensive, and now I have to wait for an appointment with a different salon to fix this.*Edit- the tattoo is not offensive in any way. Its a Friday the 13th tattoo I got of baba yagas house.

They are so professional and friendly there! I asked for a certain design and they werent familiar with it but that didnt stop Kim from looking at the picture I brought in and doing them even better than the photo!! Amazing! I recommend them to everyone!

I brought my daughter and her girlfriend in for a full set of nails, not only did they not get anything close to what they asked for, we were over charged 96 dollars for two full sets, the nails are uneven, horribly shaped and unprofessional. I will never take my girls back or have my nails done here ever!

In the past I wouldve highly recommended this place. The last few times Ive attempted to go in for a pedicure, theyve argued with me about my appointment time and always insist its later than they told me. Then they give me an even longer wait time. The customer service needs work. I wont be going back anytime soon.

New owners and definitely not customer focused! I had French tip gel on my fingers. Within a few days they started turning yellow. After a week they were embarrassing so I went back. The owner was loud, rude & told me it was my fault. He pulled an employee over to tell her to always inform clients that they would never fix yellow tips because it was their fault. I had been at a hospital bedside 24 hours a day for a week - so I did NOT use any cleaning products like he accused me of.. As he repaired my nails, he told me his salon would never give me French tips again. He then emphasized that information to everyone in there. So sad David is leaving.

Best place in town to get a pedicure & acrylics !! They both turn out fantastic, they also have great staff there. Their all so sweet & like to carry on a convo. Great prices as well ! :)

A friend of mine told me about this place going to check it out.

I visited this place a couple weeks ago, never again...Arbitrary and capricious pricing that is not posted anywhere in plain sight, or anywhere out of sight. (Possible state law violation).The man did me, he knows how to do very thick, triangular shaped, squarish, duck-feet fake looking nails only. If you ask for another shape he charges an up charge of $5.00.....ridiculous! I wanted square but tapered slightly to look more natural but not ballerina shaped.Another thing they do that is unacceptable is that they speak to one another in Korean in front of the customer and ABOUT the customer.The guy also would be filing my natural nails with the electric drill and when new customers would walk in (happened four times) he would not stop filing while raising his head to greet the new customers and answer their questions and crack jokes....all the long while still using a nail drill (e-file) and sanding away my natural nail and not paying attention or watching what he was doing! This is extremely damaging to the natural nail. I finally pulled my hand away only to have him chastise me, grab my hand again and rudely shake and squeeze it and grasp me harder so as to let me know I must endure this treatment....awful!Each time a new customer would walk in the door, he would speed up and speed up until he was clearly rushing my nails to get to the next person. I had waited an hour and a half for this.When the nails were finished they were THICK and oddly shaped and crooked!! He dismissed me quickly and was on to a new customer before I could say anything, the place was crowded and I didnt want to make a scene or appear to be a grumpy trouble making customer, which by the way, I am not.This was an awful experience I would never recommend this place nor would I return for more awful treatment.

The older lady who done my nails was very rude. However the workers who done my girls nails was excellent.

Got a mani and pedi today. I usually have a great experience here, however, today was horrible! There are new workers there...the older lady did my nails. First the water was too hot and then after walking around the store she asked me if the water was ok; I told her it was a little too warm so she turned on cold water and it was way too cold! Then she told me I clipped my nails too short and she wouldnt be able to do anything for them...filing wise...ok whatever. Then when she did my mani, she cut my skin while clipping my cuticle. It bled a lot! When she noticed it I told her she cut it when clipping my cuticle and she said No, it was with the three sided file...no it was with the cuticle clipper. She was very rude. I will be looking around for a new salon as long as she is working there. She should be fired!

I dont understand these negative reviews! I went in today and got my nails done and a pedi and a mani-pedi for my daughter. We are beyond pleased with our visit! Tiem is the most amazing nail artist I have found! Show him a picture of what you want and he can make it happen only better! And everyone in there was more than respectful and treated us like we were their main priority even though they were super busy! I would recommend this place over any other salon in the area! They were clear about their pricing and did exactly as we asked! And we wanted some pretty difficult designs! Im very pleased and will only be going to them from now on!
