I will never go anywhere else!! They sterilize their tools and know what they’re doing. I’m a lymphedema risk client and they have taken great care when doing my nails!! They are a genuine, honest, and hard working family!! Can’t say that about all nail salons. Oh, and they give the best pedicures around!!!! I love Nikki Nails!!

My friend and I went in about 3: 30 on a Tuesday. They got us both in right away as they currently only had one other customer. We had gotten our nails done ten days before at Nailtique in the College Mall and they looked awful. Nikkis fixed the awful job done by Nailtique. They had to fill the equivalent of a month of growth. (Nailtique files the gel quite far from the cuticle so that youll have to come back for fills more often) They also corrected the shape on both of our nails. We were through in about 20 minutes and they did a wonderful job. The prices are reasonable as well. We are both very happy.UPDATE: My second time at Nikki, the salon was very full. I waited about two hours to get my nails and toenails done. An acrylic fill in, gel polish change, and gel polish on my toes. They only have three people, but they do such amazing work. If you have the time, its worth the wait! If you dont, try again when theyre not as busy. This is still my favorite nail salon, I will only be getting mine done here from now on.Edit: so I have always really loved Nikkis. Its always been my place. This last time, however, my nail set was done very poorly and the gel polish is peeling off my toe. Hoping it was just an off day for them and not the new service since their location change. Photos included of this last visit. 😢

Ive been to 4 other salons to have my nails (mani & pedi) done over the last 2 years. I cant say Ive ever been closed to wowed. I just had my nails done by Nikki Nails and I am wowed! They are my go to from now on. Fantastic job, clean, friendly!

It took almost 4 hours to get my toes and nails done. While I was there they had 5 people come in and wait and then leave. I think they are good but they need to hire a lot of people for where they are located. He told me he’s only got 2 other people that work there. So they have 3 employees including him. I got my toes done and it was 37$ and then a full set done for 44$ which totals 81$ right? He kept telling me my total was 134$ I asked him why and he said “nails are 44$ and toes are 37$” and then I showed him on his own Calculator that the total was 81$ and then he told me it was tax added. 53$ TAX!!!?!??!?!?? I told him I wasn’t paying 53$ tax. It took 20 mins for him to charge me the exact amount without charging 53$ tax! 😳

Despite there only being two people working on Sunday, they did amazing work. We called ahead and they told us there was an hour wait, no problem. Waited about 45 minutes before going in. And then waited an additional 25 minutes. We ended up keeping them an hour after close so they were dedicated to making sure we got we wanted. Kevin is a funny guy and knows his colors. Besides the waiting and being pushed to get gel on my acrylics, it was amazing. If youre not patient with waiting, dont go.

Ive gone here a few times and always had a good experience. Everyone there is super nice and friendly! The shop is clean and welcoming and they always do a great job! Will always come here.

Requested appointment and asked if I could bring my own tools (new) as MD suggested. Natalie said no. I asked if they autoclave their tools. No answer. Then I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Poor communication. If they are cleaning tools as they should be this shouldn’t have been a problem to answer my questions.

My daughters fingernails were absolutely horrible. I have been to many nail salons and I am also licensed to do them. I understand that this is amid the COVID pandemic but this is inexcusable. Her nails werent straight and she also had acrylic all over her fingers.

Quickest place to get your nails done in town no wait longer than 20 min.

I have been going here since the day the opened. Service has always been great. Thy are a busy shop so be sure to plan for an off time or be prepared to wait. Kevin and Natalie work hard and are happy to accommodate their customers. I have even had them change a color because I didn’t like it after they applied the second coat to one hand. I have returned the next day if I had a chip and they fixed it. I have also had to return the following day to get my nails painted because of my busy schedule and they were fine with that. They will continue to have my business and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are not happy with something, speak up respectfully and I’m sure they will make it right.

The pedicure I received was of good quality and their prices are decent. However I had to wait an awfully long time on a Thursday night to get one pedicure done. And when I had a hard time communicating with the staff they were less than polite or professional. I will most likely not come back simply because of poor customer service.

The people at Nikki Nail were the best. I had a bad experience at Pro nail and I will never go anywhere other than Nikki Nail again! They want to you to be pleased with your nails and will make sure your happy. I would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, gentle, and very professional staff. My daughter will only go here for any nail service and shes been to every nail salon in Bloomington and Ellettsville. They do amazing and intricate work that lasts for weeks. Strongly recommend them

Be aware:Waited over 30 minutes only to find out it is because they only have two people working because all of the staff quit. I now know why: number one. They do a horrible job on gel application, not bothering to clip the obvious extra skin or cuticles around my nails and leaving polish all around my skin, also a very uneven coding.She proceeded to paint my toenails without even bothering to cut or shape them I had to ask for this, which has always been a standard and complementary part of the polish change from any nail place Ive visited. When I want to check out they tried to increase my price by stating this deemed it as a manicure although I did not receive a manicure? I asked why, and they explained that its all they do things around there and if I dont like it I should go somewhere else

I took my daughter and my boyfriends daughter there and they were rude and made there fingers bleed and sore. Wont take them back there

I started going here on the advise of a co-worker. At first they did a really good job, but after I became a regular the work on my nails has gotten very poor. They often do not get my nails trimed and filed evenly, they are chipping just a day or two after getting them done and as a previous customer commented they are very rough. The last 2 times I have gone they have seated me in a chair only to be left waiting over 15 minutes for someone to begin on my nails. They are very busy and under staffed so they rush and dont do a very good job. Even my co-worker has commented that she may go to another shop because their customer service has gone through the floor.

Waited over hour. Kept being told I was next. Just before nail tech finished who was supposed to do my nails, another customer walked in. When nail tech finished, she walked over and starting working on the customer who had just walked in. So......I left so it would help unbusy them. Was recommended by someone to go to this place. Neither of us will return. Just plain wrong!!
