We have been going to NK Nails for several years. We keep going back because they do a great job at a reasonable price. Their personnel has never turned over. They are experienced and professional. We highly recommend!

I dont know why this place has such good reviews. Ive had my nails done here 3 times because its where my mom goes and twice it hasnt been great. Today the owner did my nails. Ive never had a worse pedicure. He cut my nails way too short. There is nail polish on my skin, and theres skin he didnt cut off. In some places, there isnt nail polish on my nails. And, its more expensive. I paid $40 for a basic gel pedicure, and it looks like I painted them. So annoyed.

These people do not get you in when you come for appointments! They will make you wait- always taking every walk-in instead of holding space for those who have made appointments. Then they are yelling across the salon telll me to reschdule my appt later. So greedy and unprofessional. My 3 girls and I will not be back!

I gave been faithfully going here for 3 years. They are all amazing! I highly recommend Holly, she is the best!

I paid over $70 for just a regular gel manicure and pedicure and the NEXT DAY I have to go back because one whole fingernail and toe polish came off.. now here I am today one week later with 3 nails missing all the gel and about two others chipped! Not to mention they didn’t even get all the old dip off my nails so they weren’t even smooth, you could see the bumps and uneven-ness! I wanted something so simple and it was the worst service iv ever gotten!

I will never go to this nail salon again I came in just for a fill and I needed one nail repair. My nails are all clumpy and the one nail I needed repaired isn’t even shaped properly it’s curved while the other ones are straight and I have nail polish all over my fingers and I got gel polish. I hope people don’t notice my nails they are so horrible! How do you mess up a fill?! I Will stick with nails&co they are amazing never will I step foot in nk spa nails

I’m not here to drag the place, so simply put this was my experience.I googled their hours, said it closes at 8 so I called and asked if I could come in at 7, they said sure come in. I walked in around 7:02, and didn’t have to wait. They finished in 30 minutes but wasn’t what I asked for. I was asking for a full set because the person I had previously here gave me a crooked nail (not a big deal, never complained. P.s. they gave me another different crooked nail now-pic below) He gave me a fill, not the biggest deal because I understand I came in late. He put gloss over when I asked for matte. Afterwards he got up abruptly, told me to finish while he did his things in the back. They closed shop a little after 7 it seems their hours may change. Price was significantly cheaper than I expected as I intended on getting a full set. The nails look a little... sloppy? on the sides. It’s just a service I wouldn’t have tipped for had I caught what it really looked like before I left. There’s too many nail salons around to keep my business here afterwards. Pictures attached

Although their prices are very reasonable, they just arent very polite there. I have been there twice and both times the owner was rude. I mean lady I am giving you business! I took my 7 year old there and she smacked her hand because she moved while her nails were being polished. Not going back again for sure!

I got a dip manicure. Didn’t take off the old dip polish and probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Not straight. The sides have no polish. The tips have no polish. Don’t recommend at all.

I love Noom here. She is always so nice and does an amazing job. I always get a manicure and a pedicure. I chew my fingernails a lot so I am always worried they wont ne able to make them look nice. Boy was I mistaken! Even though they are little nubs she did a fantastic job and greatly appreciate her. The prices are very fair and you wont regret coming here.

They’re never limited by our personal style and creativity. These ladies are beyond talented. They do our pedicures. I went in yesterday for a pedicure with my mom. The lady who did my nails did a good job. But the lady (don’t know their names) who did my moms did not do a good job. She didn’t cut her nails, didn’t clean her feet. She came in with dirt because she was working in her garden before, and still had the dirt from the garden when we were done. It all depends who does your nails, but please pay attention to your pedicure while it’s happening.

I loveevery this salon. Everyone is so nice and friendly efficient and clean. I get my brows done too.

The owner of the salon Nicky (sp) is AMAZING!!! Her and her husband run a great business. I have been going there for 4 years and have never had bad service. They also just got all new massage chairs which are GREAT!!! Thanks for all of the lovely nails :)

I tried it for the first time and loved it. Will be back, they are nice, polite and work very efficiently! I walked in a bit before closing time and they didnt rush through my pedicure at all!

I been there numerous times and depending on you who you get is how well your pedicure will be. I was actually there this morning and the girl just hacked up my toes. Digging and cutting where she shouldnt have and the filing job is not good.

The ladies here always do a fantastic job whether its a manicure or a pedicure. Very friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else.

Gel polish lasted longer than any other place Ive gone and made great recommendations-

Ive been here several times before but it has been about a year since my last visit. If you prefer a basic mani/pedi instead of gel, be careful at this salon. There was a hard attempt to upsell me to gel even after I said I dont like gel. My manicure seemed rushed and my nails were cut into uneven shapes and not filed into even, smooth shapes even after I requested them to be evened out and was quickly told ya, okay, okay. Actually, the edges are still rough a day later. Then the tops of both my toe and fingernails were scored. Not buffed but actually roughed up. By two different manicurists so apparently thats what they do at this salon. Like for acrylics but for regular polish only. It was too late to tell them not do do that- it ruins your nails!!! I can actually see the scratch marks under the polish and the polish does not look smooth and shinny! There are also bubbles on some of my nails. I dont always keep polish on my nails but now Im going to have to until my roughed up nails grow out now! I do a better job shaping and painting my own nails the once or twice a year that I do it myself. I will not be returning to this nail salon. 2 stars because they took me on a walk in and did both at the same time so I was there half as long.

Rude, confront clients in middle of salon, a lot of telling and unprofessional gossiping. Prices are never consistent, salon is not well kept is definitely going down hill . Not what it was when first oppened!! Clinicians have favorite customers andprimarily speak Vinamese so it can be very difficult to communicate on any level @!! Was client for many years vVery hard to see it go down hill AND NOT CLEAN !!!!!!!!!!Sad

If a zero were possible Id give it that. Got an infection from this place. The people were rude and denied it. Im terrified that someone else is gonna go through this!

If I could I would rate a zero I got my nails done on a Wednesday and three days Later two popped off the only guy who works there seems like a jerk he was rushing me and obviously didnt put enough acrylic on my nails and rudely ask for me to pay before he finished my nails never going back
