They Are Great! So Relaxing. I do recommend.

Went here with an appointment and waited a whole extra hour, once it was my turn lady came and told me to choose the color and goes off and start with someone’s toes. This place is so unprofessional. They kept telling me 5 more minutes and I walked off after waiting an hour and a half although I had an appointment and called to be done on time. Go somewhere else and spend your money on people who is professional and respect your time.Ps for the funny response under, no I did not get the wrong salon!

From the second I walked in the door I was treated like someone they each dearly cared about. All the women were upbeat and smiley. I went from the rage I had when I entered deluxe nails, to hugging kim goodbye. My nails are the best they have been ever! I was put into such a good mood from their service, and company that when I drove away out of the plentiful parking lot, I realized my nails were bright pink and sparkly!!! LOVE!!!

I got my gal nails done n still have them all on 3 months later durin the pandemic!!!! :) Staff is ubber nice n quality last a long time!!!! :)

Kim did a wonderful job with my nails! She told me the benefits of using powder, and Im very happy that I did! A very natural look that I really like. Ill definitely be coming back for my nail care in the future!

Just moved, so tried this place out. Nice people, but this just might be one of the worst looking gel manicures I’ve ever had. Very sloppy at the cuticles. That said, it was very affordable-probably the cheapest one I’ve had, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been going to Deluxe Nails for a couple months now and I love how she makes my nails look so natural. She has fixed my nails that others have made horrible and I am so happy every time I leave.

I have came here twice to have full sets fills and pedicures. My full set i had done was uneven nails and bumps. I went in for a fill and they were fixed. Only to have two nails lift after 3 DAYS. I went in today and they tried to use nail glue to stick them back down. She then told me I should come back in a week. I had to ask her to take off the damaged nails and apply new ones. Not happy with this salon.

Excellent service here! Everyone is so nice especially Kim!! Great prices. She takes her time. Pretty much fell asleep in the chair with my pedicure lol and now I feel amazing. Will def be a new regular spot 👌🏽

I absolutely love it here! The service is top notch! Its really clean and new! Ive been going to see Tina for 8 years now. She is so talented and a natural at anything beauty. She teaches everyone else to do the same at her shop and its wonderful! Im a happy customer! I will forever come back :D

If you set up an appointment with them they will let you drive all the way out there then tell you they don’t have time for you!! She took my appointment over the phone and the moment o stepped into the salon!! She stated she couldn’t see me even though she had my number and could have called me to tell me if something came up. This is the second time I’ve been racially profiled by this salon !!!! STAY AWAY from this place

I go here about 2 times a month. Pedicures have never had an issue. They double dip for eyebrowBrow wax’s which is very unsanitary. Today I went to get my nails painted. The lady made me put my credit card on her counter after she had only painted two nails and she wasn’t finished which was weird and very rude. On top of that she left my credit card laying up so everyone could see the numbers. Then she left before they were done. Will never return after 3 years of going here. Also there acrylic nails are not good, I had them done for Christmas, and I had them removed and then I bought store-bought ones because they looked better .

Unlike other salons I have been to, this place did not rush their work on my pedicure even though there were others waiting. The place has been under new ownership for a couple of months. Helen was so nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back here.

I will never come here again I feel like I pay to much for French nails 31 dollars I had glue and nail Polish on my skin the lines were not straight and I have black stuff in the white part of my nails.Dont go here go to art nail instead they are awesome! And super nice. And nice prices!

I’ve gotten dip nails done for years and have a pretty good idea about the process. The lady who did my nails did the steps incorrectly. She also kept my nails uneven and they are bumpy. The employees are nice but I don’t think they know what they are doing. She kept saying “oh your nails look nice” and they definitely do not.

I love Tina over there she does cat eyes and they are as great the day that I have them changed as the day that I have them done

The prices are very affordable. The new owners are nice and professional. The past few reviews mentioned about the chipping..mines having chipped for a gel manicure with three coats..its been a week. Water and soda is offered and Ladies they have plastic over the bowls to keep you from getting athletes feet!! I will be returning next week so that I can post a before/after on the nails!!

So happy with my gel pedicure and manicure tonight. The website was wrong for closing time (should be 7 pm not 8 pm) because the new owner isn’t able to change it but the staff still provided 20 beautiful nails and stayed open the extra hour to get things done. I have a horrible left big toe that has pieces of nail and they transformed it into a full nail. Beautiful job. If you’ve had a bad experience here go back. The new ownership is doing its best to have quality service and I think they’re getting it done.

The lady that did my nails was nice but kept making comments that me doing my own nails wasnt as good as them and that I dont have these equipments and what not. Which in a sense I get cause she wants me to go in and get them done, but dont talk down on me for doing me. In the end she said see I do them better than you. I didnt notice it while I was there cause I was hungry and needed to leave but you can see right through the polish, especially on my left hand which of course I looked at my right hand at the time. Im disappointed and hate them. I should not be able to see my nail through the polish. Should of taken those $30 and bought the gel polish and done them myself.

By far the worst experience ever!! I went to go get a manicure & pedicure with a friend and thank the Lord I left when I did! Awful customer service they didnt ask me how I wanted my nails done...just did what they wanted. They originally had a girl that barely spoke English do my nails and we had a hard time communicating that she had to ask for someone to help, well it didnt help much. When I would tell them how I wanted my nails, like I wanted them shorter, and more square they said they couldnt do it. Some other girl had to come take the girls place but that didnt help because she was annoyed that I was telling them what I wanted. At that point I wanted to leave I was already uncomfortable as my friend was too, I know they were talking about me in their language. Well I went to try to get my manicure but she wasnt listening to what I wanted or asking me what I wanted. She was eeally rude and does not care about her customers. It got so bad I left which I should of done when they thought my toes were done. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. You go to a nail salon to relax and be pampered.. well not here so think twice before you come here.

The worst experience ever.. Helen did my nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said she could do it. As she’s doing my nails she changed the shape I mentioned that to her she ignored me. Than when she was starting my ombré it looked like a French manicure so I showed her the picture once again she ignored me so I said something finally. She got angry at me there was another woman in there that looked at my nails and states it looked nothing like I asked for. So I politely asked Helen if she would fix my nails she declined saying I’m going to get her in trouble. She took the polish off and sent me out. I do not recommend going to this place.I’m not sure how to reply back to the owners response but that is not true. As I mentioned multiple time above I told her multiple times I didn’t like the way she was doing my nails she charged the shape of my nails when I told her more than once more than twice that the nails didn’t look right she told me to wait. When she finishes the first hand I told her this is not what I wanted. She got mad, as a customer of your business if something isn’t satisfactory it is her job to fix it she didn’t offer me anything she was yelling and pointing in my face I have it on recording by the way. She removed the terrible work that she did and told me I could leave.

Friendly staff but not as good nails. I wanted acrylic nails which I had confirmed multiple times to them and the lady that did my nails just painted them. And after I left the nail polish came right off.

I refuse to go anywhere else.Everyone here does a professional job. Cleanest salon around. They even put a disposable liner in the pedicure tubs for an extremely sanitized experience.

This is my very first time writing a review for anything or any service. I went to Delux nails for a pedicure one time this past weekend and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I paid extra for the #2 describing a soothing treatment with exfoliation and oil and hot stone massage for tired feet. I had a male technician who applied no pressure with each step of this process. The only thing he asked was if the towel was too hot and when I replied that it was not, I then asked him if he could apply a little pressure. His pressure was equivalent to that of a little girls. He did not answer and nothing changed. The lady who was in the chair next to me said this salon had new owners and service was not what it used to be. When I went to pay a lady up front and was asked if I wanted to add a tip, I told her I was disappointed with my experience with him and all she said was sign here. I wish I would have known at the time my sister had recommended Tammys nails across the street . Service awful! 0 stars! Go to Tammys! wasteof $40.00

There was no one in the store and they still rushed me! Gel is uneven and stuck to my skin. Worst manicure Ive ever had :( Save your money and go somewhere with good customer service!

I paid $25 dollars for a polish change and the next day all the polish came off. Gel usually lasts me, fill or not, 3 weeks no matter where I go. I called the next morning to see if I came in and showed them would they refund me. She said they don’t refund but would fix and it was because I just got a polish change and not a fill that it came up! I didn’t want do drive all that way to have them paint them again so I just went to allure nails in Bloomington where they fixed them for me! I would not recommend delux nails to anyone not only for the poor paint job but also the customer service wasn’t there for me. I have been getting Ky nails done for 15 years and have been with nail techs for years because I love them. I have never had this happen and as them being a new salon they should want to keep people happy.

Had to change colors for my gel manicure because it peeled off the first time. Second time it was lumpy and I was told thats how it looks. Pedicure was okay. I felt rushed.

Smiling people who give you a low quality gel nails work. Was there twice, first time did not like it and then gave them the second chance...and it came out horrible again. Looks like they do not know how to do gel. They put too much polish on your nails and it came out ugly and thick! If you want to have beautiful gel nails do no to go there. You just gonna spend your money for bad work. My gel manicure the last time was doing male...horrible horrible work.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Two workers were yelling at eachother very loudly making guests feel uncomfortable. One of the woman working flew through my nails not even taking the time to groom them also not taking the time to paint my FULL nail leaving pieces unpainted. After being done with my nails she was still fighting with her coworker she grabbed my stuff and vigorously put my keys and phone down on the drying table. Fighting in front of customers is not acceptable!!! Awful service! Never go here!

Uneven nails, acrylic over my cuticle didnt even clean them up or buff them out. I went back the next day to have them fix it just when I thought I would be happy about them fixing my nails I was just even more annoyed. The lady was extremely rude and got mad at me for complaining about her putting too much top coat. Leaving my nails looking thick and filled with bubbles. She continued to speak in her language to her husband in a nasty tone clearly upset about it. Very rude never will I come again

Horrible!! I never write reviews and I’ve never had a bad nail expirenece but WOW. I decided to try here to get a full set of acrylics and he completely butchered my nail, all the nails are uneven in length and crooked!! Also, the gel polish is already peeling off and is patchy. I have never been soooo unhappy with a nail place before. Never going again.

If I could give a zero I would...It was my first time ever going there last night...and Idk if its because I had a coupon or if it was 7pm. But the pedicure was horrible. Wouldnt even call it a pedicure...more like soak and polish.. I shouldve just went were I usually go. She literally just put lotion on me no quick massage and just went over once quickly with the pumis...my feet didnt leave there feeling smooth like they usally do. I just paid for someone to just slap on polish. Will not be going back. Was not relaxing or worth the money.

I will never go back to Deluxe Nails again and would give them 0 stars if I could. I decided to try a new nail salon in Deluxe Nails. I went to have an acrylic fill with gel polish done. 6 days later 3 of the nails chipped polish off so I went back to have them fixed. 3 days later they chipped again so back I went. 4 days later they chipped again and I had a wedding to go to that afternoon so I went back and demanded that they redo the entire set or refund my money as obviously the prep work wasnt done properly as the polish chipped off down to the acrylic base and you could actually peel it off. I have never had gel polish do this in years of other salons.They refused to refund my money nor would they redo them all properly. After attempting to talk to 3-4 different employees/managers all they would do was fix the ones that chipped and put a top coat on all of the nails. They actually tried to tell me it was my fault they chipped and they then tried to tell me it had been 2 weeks completely ignoring the 3 times I had to come back to have them fixed - REALLY!! So in less than a 2 week time frame I had to go back 3 times and after the 3rd fix believe it or not the very next day they chipped AGAIN and these were no small chips either. I refused to go back a 4th time. Yet on their website they state Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed and it also appears they overcharged me based on their price list on the website. This is how they treat a new customer?? DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
