Lily is a sweetheart. But quality of service is bad. First couple times this happened, I just made up excuses. But this final time I cant do it anymore. Went to get a full set, everything was fine went home. 3 of my nails completely popped off (didnt even realize they were gone until I looked down). The kicker is, it hasnt even been two weeks (or one full week for that matter)!!!!!!!! Like I said Lily is sweet but I cant keep paying for my nails to be done and theyre not staying on. Waste of my money and time. Not to mentioned, the very first time my nail popped off the day after I got them done, she charged me for replacing my nail. I dont plan on going back!

First and last time i will be going here. It was my daughters birthday so i surprised her with a visit to this salon. I wish i didn’t. I entered the salon and asked how much for a child gel manicure? After the lady and the owner went back and fourth on the price she finally told me $20. My daughter picked orange and the lady asked if she could do some polka dots as it would be cute. I said ok thinking it was a kind gesture since we had been talking about her party. Get this! After giving her the money and literally going outside opening my car door she came out the salon and told me i owed her $5. Embarrassing me in front of my daughter and I’m sure clients inside the salon, i asked her if i can charge it to my card since i only had cash on me for my laundry. She said no repeatedly and pointed to the chase bank across the street. If your going to do something without me asking atleast inform us there was going to be an additional charge OR informing me the amount would be different before i left the salon. Very unprofessional business.

Lilly is great at what she does. Her sweet and humble spirit makes you feel like youre the most important client she have.

Went for a color change and they charged me $10, when it was supposed to be $7. First, the lady was doing it WAY to hard, two, she clearly had an attitude while doing it, and three, she didnt even take all of the nail polish off before she started putting the new color on and they still had the nerve to charge me three extra dollars, but I wasnt going to argue in a store about $3 and I still left her a tip, but Im never coming here again.

Had an appt at 9am for a pedicure prior to a wedding, 915am they are still not here. Completely unacceptable for a business. Will not be returning.
