This is one of the best places to live. We have been here almost 5 years! The apartments are so nice and spacious. They are also very good about fixing things when they need fixed.

I lived there this past year and I had a great experience. No bugs, maintenance is quick, neighborhood is quiet, and Doug always does what he can for his tenants. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I loved living here. We had great neighbors and no issues with the office at all. They were very mind and maintenance was there the very next day after we submitted a request. I would highly recommend hidden hills to anyone. We loved it!

Awesome apartment complex. The maintenance quickly and efficiently deal with the snow and ice on the property so that everyone can continue with their day. They are also on the ball with their response time for normal maintenance tickets. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. Also they just built a basketball court and volleyball court which is so cool. Everything is clean and well kept.

Absolutely beautiful apartments, and management is very very nice, and extraordinarily helpful. Will go out of their way to help you in whatever ways possible. Very easy to send an e-mail but may be hard to get a response (because of hours) so if you need something done, try to go in person.

The best place to live if you want to call somewhere home. Wonderful management, they take care of you from day one. Keep you posted on everything they do. Ever since Ive moved in last year, theyve done a lot of upgrades. The landscape is beautiful, spacious apartments. I love it!

This is a great place to live! Its amazing reading these other reviews about poor management and college kids running around crazy. I for one moved here due to how quiet it is and how well kept the area is.The management has been great and so has the maintenance staff. They come over immediately and fix anything that needs attention. The management staff has added so many amenities to this apartment complex to make it enjoyable for the residents where before there was nothing here to do. I love that its pet friendly and there are a lot of walking trails for my dog.I would most definitely recommend this place to live.

I use to live here, approx 1.5 years . I enjoyed my time there, the hidden hills area is nice, community is good, maintenance team is superb, the apartment was very nice, had a modern kind of style to it .Only issue I had with the apartments was that the floors are thin . I lived on the second floor and heard the people under me walking a lot, I was little surprise since I picked the upper floor to try to avoid noise . It’s not the management fault but just the construction of the building . Overall I 4.5 -5 stars

I have been living here for about 8 months now and have nothing bad to say about it. The office staff are always friendly and helpful if you need anything and they keep upgrading the complex with a new gym, basketball courts, etc. I like to go mountain biking and there is great trail right next to me. I also did the roommate matching program and am renting by the room. My roommates are my good friends now. They know what they are doing here. Also my neighbors are friendly and quiet. You cant go wrong living here for the price and amenities.

Its a nice quiet neighborhood that is geared more toward families than students. I lived here for a while and really enjoyed the extremely short walk to Wapahani Mountain Bike trails and the pond that they are around. Be sure to make good notes during the move-in inspection to turn in to management.

I have lived here for four years, and I have to say I have enjoyed living here as much as I have in homes that I have owned. The Manager, Doug, and A. Manager Sean are excellent. Since they took over as the management team for the new owner three years ago, the maintenance is excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the fitness room is equipped with always working machines and I have used it frequently. They didnt create the view, but it overlooks the Wapehani Bike Park and has great views of nature from most apartments. They enforce the rules but are fair about it and try to give tenants a chance to comply. They put in a fenced area for dogs to run and play (havent seen anyone else do that but it is a good idea.) I have retired and I am moving south, but have to say that I will miss this place.

My wife and I have lived here for about 8 months and overall it has been a good experience. Everyone in the staff office has been pretty helpful. Maintenance responds to requests within a day. When there was an incident with another apartments tenants, Hidden Hills staff did as much as they could to help deal with the matter effectively and timely. I am excited for some of the things to improve the complex like small picnic areas, a basketball hoop, renovating the gym, and a volleyball court. Wapahani mountain bike trails are right by the complex and it is nice to be able to run in them around the lake (pond). The townhouse apartment I live in was definitely the best combination of space and cost I found after doing a significant amount of research when looking for a place to live last spring. My wife loves the spacious kitchen. The complex is close enough to downtown and close to the highway at the same time. Overall, I would recommend Hidden Hills!

Came to a civil resolution with Shawn and management. Things could have been handled differently from both parties, but the outcome is okay. I look forward to my rest of the time in this community. My wife is happy with the outcome and thats my biggest concern.

What a joke. Youll end up getting robbed in the end. Dont break your lease, even if you have family members that die, natural disasters, or an invasion because they will charge you crazy amounts of money, agree to a set amount, email it, verbally agree to payments, and then deny that they ever talked to you. You be better off spending more money and getting a nicer place by far. For 900 its crazy. And especially having to deal with management.

Notice how all of the positive reviews are from about 5 months ago? Yeah, they offered a $10 gift card for 5 star reviews. Aspen Square turned this peaceful, nice community into a pathetic joke. In 2 years, rent on a 3 bedroom went from $500 to $1000 a month, and all they did was plant flowers. Oh, and when you move out, be prepared to forfeit your entire security deposit for no reason, even if you leave the place in better shape than it was when you moved in. Terrible people, terrible company, and all value has been systematically destroyed. I wouldnt live here again if it was free. Avoid this place like the plague.

Overall, I had a great experience with everything. The apartment manager and site staff helped me with my transition citing all available options and promotional information. Since I have been here, I haven’t found a single thing I have a problem with so far. I am glad to be here. Nice Gym, and outside Basket Ball Court.Christopher

Hidden Hills is a great place for us and our two greyhounds. Reasonably priced, spacious, dog park, quiet, and they strive to keep the grounds clean (they will fine a tenant if they dont do their part to keep it clean, which we are all for!)

I moved to Bloomington recently to relocate for my job. I had no time to visit Bloomington prior to my move so I was forced to choose a town home remotely from Florida. The fact that I was not able to see the unit prior to renting could have turned out to be a negative experience. However, when I arrived on site and moved into my unit I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was upgraded and had fresh paint, it was certainly large enough to hold my large furniture, and once I discovered the Wapahanee Trail behind the unit I was completely sold. The staff is very nice and maintenance is always on time when needed. I would recommend Hidden Hills at Oakdale West to anyone who is looking for a quiet subdivision with great amenities.
