I have lived at the 510 Apartments for 4 years, and I have had the best experience I could have imagined. I am so happy to have found a place where I feel safe, and where I know that the landlord is not going to take advantage of me. Paul is kind and a very honest guy that you can trust. The apartments are very nice, with a great layout that includes a sort of nook that I use as office space. The heat does not leak in the winter, so that you can feel super warm even when its below 0 outside. Super close to campus (5 min walk). Free wifi. Covered parking. And very cheap for the area.

Wonderful experience living here! Paul and Rob, who manage the property are both incredibly helpful. The noise level in the building is low, and perfect for graduate students. And of course you cant beat the location!

I consider myself very lucky to have spent two years renting an apartment from FaciliTech. Paul and Rob are very kind landlords who respond to issues quickly and respectfully. As a woman living alone, I felt very safe in the Stonehenge Apartments, and the cost was also reasonable. My only gripe is that the apartments are too small to offer on-site recycling, but I would certainly rent from FaciliTech again in the future.

Ive had an all around great experience in the 6 months Ive rented with Facilitech. They are always prompt to respond to the few maintenance calls Ive had, and are always available to answer any of my questions. They are kind, wholesome people and I plan to stay with them for years to come. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Absolutely the best rental company in Bloomington. My husband and I rented a home from them for two years and we couldnt have been happier with the home and with Facilitech. My husband and I rented a single family home from Paul for 3 years. From day one, Paul was kind and helpful; from working with us long distance in arranging the rental agreement to making beautiful updates on the house throughout our 3 years there. On the few occasions when we needed to call on him for a repair, Paul was always quick to respond and never hesitated to replace something. He even asked for my opinion on colors and styles of the items he replaced because he truly cared about our comfort in our home. My husband and I have been renting for over 10 years in multiple states and never did we have as wonderful a landlord as Paul and FaciliTech. Bloomington is full of rental properties and companies and many of them dont take care of their properties, nor do they bother to get to know their customers. Paul was such a gem and one of the best landlords weve ever had!

Great company with excellent people all around. They keep in touch with their tenants, are responsive to any issues, and maintain great properties. I lived at the 510 Apartments for 3 years, and they worked to improve the location every year. Youll never be stuck with a broken A/C in the middle of summer, or SOL from no internet during finals. Once they came by and noticed (and fixed on the spot) an issue with my window I wasnt even aware of. The only reason I moved out was because I moved away!

Rob and Paul have both been wonderful landlords. My boyfriend and I live in a one bedroom apartment that they own here in Bloomington. Decently priced, and theyre always attentive to our needs. We had one issue with our air conditioner not being cool enough. Within less than three hours later they completely switched the unit. Its hard to find good landlords.Being in a college town, its easy for landlords to take advantage of their tenants. Rob and Paul at Facilitech have both been wonderful,and having a nice home along with nice landlords is crucial. Both of us couldnt have asked for a better experience. Theyve been wonderful. We look forward to renting from them again!

My best rental experience in Bloomington, IN. I rented a one bedroom apartment at 510 Apts. Paul was very kind and attentive landlord. He was flexible with this schedule and fixed any issues right away - I would highly recommend the place just for Pauls great service. Indoor parking, inclusive wifi, walking distance from campus, and affordable pricing are just the many cherries on top.

We lived on a Hilliside Drive property that was managed/owned by Paul at Facilitech. He was, hands down, the best landlord I have ever had. We secured the property long distance and he was great at communicating an getting us ready to move in. During our three years there, he was always available, did several upgrades to the house and property, and was respectful of our time and space. I highly recommend Paul and Facilitech as managers. He is thoughtful and caring and runs a tight ship!

Renting with Facilitech has been an amazing experience. I used to think that realtors were always scamming and tricking me out of money, since thats just how I thought the industry was. Facilitech made me realize that there are still good people in this business. Recently a very difficult situation occurred which made it necessary to break a yearlong lease. This is a worst case scenario for a renter, but Facilitech worked with us to ensure that we were happy and taken care of instead of pushing back against us. This realtor isnt like the others in Bloomington, they are truly on your side. Not to mention that we are in love with our apartment! I would highly recommend Facilitech as a first choice company for anyone who is searching for housing.

Facilitech is hands down the best property management in Bloomington. In a town full of horrible landlords who just want your money, Paul takes care of his tenants like family. Every probably Ive ever had is handled immediately. The owner even came out to unclog my drain within an hour of my complaint! I would definitely rent from Facilitech again, and hate to leave their wonderful management!

BEST LANDLORDS IN BLOOMINGTON! My fiancé and I rented from their 740 South Morton Street house for our last two years at IU in Bloomington and we could not have asked for better landlords. Not only are they responsive and respectful, but they genuinely care about their tenants. They took the stress out of renting in Bloomington (where there is a plethora of corrupt rental companies that take advantage of students). Also, their prices are fair and the 740 South Morton Street house my fiancé and I lived in is absolutely beautiful. They did a fantastic job remodeling the home while still preserving its age and beauty. If you are looking for somewhere to rent in Bloomington, please do yourself a favor and consider renting from Paul and Rob at FaciliTech.
