Is your dishwasher currently broken? Do you only think that you want it fixed, but secretly really enjoy doing dishes by hand? Chambers is for you!I hired Chambers to fix my Bosch dishwasher and over the course of 4 months (!), technicians periodically came to try to fix my machine unsuccessfully. $400+ later, my dishwasher was still broken. At one point, the receptionist actually asked if I wanted them to continue trying to fix the machine, essentially admitting they couldn’t but with no offer of a refund. Stay away!

Told them my 2 yr old Samsung stove wasn’t working. They told me I was lucky it lasted that long. Service man replaced a part based on error code. Charged $$$$314.00!!!! Problem was back the next day. Claimed that is all they can do. My advice. Skip their service. Put money towards better brand appliance.

The service Tech was running behind and the company called to inform me that he was running behind as well as the Tech called himself to inform me of his delay. Once he arrived he was very nice and professional and apologized again for being late. Once here he got right to work found the problem explained and showed me the problem fixed my stove in no time. He checked it to make sure it was working properly before telling me it was done and then had me to check it. He cleaned up behind his self. GREAT service I recommend them. THANK YOU SO MUCH. NOW I CAN USE MY OVEN AGAIN

The repairman was here to fix a slow spinning washing machine drum. Not only did he fix it he took the time to explain what the problem was and show me why it might make a bit of noise at times and why it was doing that so I wouldnt worry if I heard a noise. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have had 2 repairmen come and both were great.

I was referred to Chambers Services by Whirlpool when my refrigerator stopped cooling. They are the best! I received a call within an hour to confirm my information, scheduled my service call and was all set. On my repair day I figured Id have to stay home all day because you never know when they will show up but Sean was here right at 12:00! I was pleasantly surprised. Sean quickly diagnosed that the circulation fan was not working causing the accumulation of ice around the fan. After a hair dryer defrost and reset, and the removal of a wayward screw, the fan was working like new!. I was so relieved as I was expecting a compressor or other major part/expense. Sean was professional, personable and absolutely knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for anyone better to do my repair. He will be our go-to person from now on for any major appliance repairs. Thank you Chambers for having a wonderful associate available to us.

Both repairmen vaccinated, offered to wear masks. Office took down model and serial number. They gave instructions for visit. Repairmen gave instructions for future installation of part. Both personable. Gave competive price for installation of ordered part. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company for all our future repairs now that I know they cover so much. Chambers serviced my imported Bertazonni oven which was consistently overheating making it impossible to not burn anything. The sr tech Sean ordered new parts and worked on it tenaciously until it was fixed, calling Bertazonni help desk to assist. He diagnosed and corrected the problem, for which I am thankful. Additionally Chambers office staff was thorough in scheduling my appointments and following through. I would highly recommend them.

Oh my gosh! Michelle was amazing to work with and she coordinated my dishwasher repair flawlessly. On February 17th David came out and fixed my Whirlpool washing machine and I am extremely satisfied with his service. He was very knowledgeable about all washing machines, I could tell by how well he was training another young man, and was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. He also went out of his way to work me into his next days schedule after my original appointment was delayed a whole week due to weather. After details about what was happening to my washer he came prepared with the part to fix it (instead of showing up, having to order a part and then reschedule again), which is what usually happens with repairs. I would highly recommend this company (especially David) to anybody needing knowledgeable repairmen.

Kind, prompt, knowledgeable, worked fast and gave me some pointers on how to use the washer more efficiently. Attempted very poorly to repair a brand new Bosch dishwasher. Took 2.5 months and never got it fixed! Delays and horrible communication! Call anyone but them! Inept technicians who do not know what they are doing! Ive never badmouthed a business like this before. Worst ever experience! Had to remove them from the repair and call another shop.

Long story short. Had tremendous difficulties with Samsung, tremendous. Dawn at Cambridge was extremely helpful and truly went the extra mile to help. DO NOT use this company. Lowes has paid them 7 times to come and fix my refrigerator and each time they get paid they have not fixed it, they then tell you that they cant make it to your home for 2-3 weeks knowing that A) it was never fixed and B) your refrigerator will most likely have more damage because it is constantly running so that they can get paid even more. If youre not forced to use them for a warranty GO somewhere else. They have cost me personally almost a thousand dollars because I have taken off work 7 times due to their incompetence!!!

It has been 6 weeks since our first warranty call on our $1800 Samsung washer. Chambers have been to the house 3 times and the washer is still unusable. Two weeks ago, they ordered another part. It is the third part that they have tried. Today, after a two week wait, they were scheduled to fix the machine again. The repairman was sick and no one could come until Friday. This place does not know what they are doing and are very understaffed to make people wait for over 6 weeks for a repair. I do not recommend calling them for repair.

I Jim winters am very upset at Chambers Services. I wanted a repair on our stacked washer and dryer unit. After 3 different techs, 6 visits and 6 parts replaced it still is not fixed. This took place over a lengthy period of 52 days during this time of covid 19. The last tech said GE said it could not be repaired, but he said he can fix it while replacing 2 more parts. They have almost rebuilt the machine. Give me a break. I would not refer Chambers to anyone.

During the time working he was considerate, put shoe coverings over his shoes, and he was very professional. Had ice maker issue (Samsung). Known factory defects. Service Tech Shawn arrived on time and was able to diagnose quickly the problem. Parts were required to be ordered. Shawn returned with all parts and had repair completely finished and up and running within very short order. Have zero issues since repair. In fact its never worked this well !! Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very courteous and most of all a true pro at his profession. I would highly recommend Chambers for there services. I was called first thing in the morning with an approximate time the technician (Sean) would arrive. Sean arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and, thanks in part to the Whirlpool CST I spoke with, Sean was able to fix my issue in less than half an hour. A few months ago my microwave of less than a year stopped working after cooking potatoes. Husband called the warranty company with GE and they scheduled us with Chambers. The first tech came and replaced a fuse and left. A month or so later the same thing happened again with the microwave. Called chambers again and they replaced the mag and diode. In two calls they replaced the two most important parts on the microwave. Another month goes by and my fire alarms are going off and my house smells of smoke. The microwave was burning itself even though it hadn’t been used in over 24 hours. The top of the microwave was hot too touch and looked warped. I immediately unplugged it and refused to have it plugged in again. We called chambers for the third time. The tech came out and boiled water and said it worked fine, but since we have had 3 separate issues it should be no problem to get a new microwave from ge. This tech did not take our microwave apart just boiled the water and said it was good! We called ge about the microwave and they said since he put on his ticket it worked there was nothing they could do. When we called Chambers again to ask why it wasn’t taken apart they said it’s because the water boiled fine so they didn’t need to look any further into it. We said we weren’t happy with that since this issue could have burned our house down. We were told they wouldn’t send that tech back again and would send us out a tech and a supervisor another time. They also told us they would be sure to have them take the microwave fully apart. A few days ago the same tech and a guy claiming to be a supervisor came to my house without tools, boiled water and said they wouldn’t be coming back to our house again. They again never took the microwave apart. When asked why they weren’t going to do it they said because the water boils so it works. When they were asked who would be reliable when my house burns down because of this microwave they said it would be GE. This company is just there to make the money off my warranty. They charged almost $300 every time they walked in my door regardless of doing nothing.

I had been looking forward to a technician coming in to take a look at my under-counter bar refrigerator. I scheduled an appointment a month out due to Chamber’s being booked through that point, which was completely understandable. So fast forward to yesterday, I receive a call saying that, due to some unforeseen reason, a technician could not make it in, but was offered to reschedule the next day, which I was okay with. However, I just received a call saying the technician could not make it in today and the next available appointment would be August 6th (2+ weeks out). Sorely disappointed with my Chamber’s experience and will be recommending elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would!! have a 4 year old range. The oven stopped working. I have an extended warranty and have been waiting since November for it to be repaired! I didnt have an oven for Thanksgiving and now I wont for Christmas!!!! On December 1st I was told the part would be available and my Range fixed in a week. The date has been changed and I was just told there are numerous people in front of me and they cant give a repair date. Very rude people. Horrible customer service!!

Our service man, Sean was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He checked out the fridge and freezer completely. He isolated the problem, repaired it, and was completely finished within about 30-45 minutes. He was very courteous and very considerate of coming in our home, since the co-vid19 is everywhere (that was very important to us). We would highly recommend him for any appliance repairs!

I had to have 3 different techs come to look at my washer that wasn’t spinning water out of my clothes. The first tech blamed my detergent..it was “probably too soapy.” The second tech said my washer was off balance and threw some wooden blocks under it and within 5 minutes left. The third tech actually looked at the washer and determined the belt for the agitator was shredded and a new belt was needed. It should not take 3 techs and 3 separate visits for someone to do their job. Now a belt has to be ordered and I have to have this company come to my house a fourth time. I hope I never have an issue with my GE washer again, because I hope to never use chamber services again.

It was easy to schedule and the time from calling to appointment was very reasonable. Brandon with Chambers knew the problem immediately and addressed it right away providing a permanent fix. One of the burner on the gas-range needed a sparkplug. The lady from the Chambers office was in a hurry to let me know that the part is not available and quickly closed the ticket. I felt they took the money and ran away. The service person who came to check the faulty burner was actually very polite and courteous and said that he has ordered parts and it will take few weeks to come.

Our almost new (only 2 years old) thermador range had a broken igniter. Our technician Dave was able to figure it out quickly and deal withe craziness that is our home (two children Asking lots of questions and then six on his next trip here). My husband and I recently inherited my parents house which was built in 1855. I dont know the complete history of the house but it has since gone through additions and renovations, the most recent renovation being sometime in the 1970s. I had grown up in this house from 6th grade until I got married and as long as I have known it, its always had major issues with heating and cooling. Meaning some parts of the house never got cool in the summer when the AC was on and never got warm in the winter when the heat was on.I had first called another HVAC company that was recommended to me to come out and give me a quote. They discovered that some parts of the house just didnt have proper ductwork and some parts didnt have ANY duct work at all! And in some parts, there werent any air returns where there should have been. They had told me that the only thing that they could do is set up a ductless system where wed have to have at least 3 mitsubishi systems installed throughout the house. I thought the price was a bit high for a solution I wasnt really satisfied with so before I accepted that this is the way it would have to be, I wanted a second opinion.I asked my aunt and uncle if they knew of any good HVAC companies around and they said that they use Chambers and have been very happy with them so I said Ill give them a try. I called them and they immediately scheduled an appointment. Thom, the sales guy that came out, was super friendly and easy to talk to and really inspected the system. He also thought that this house was a special situation because the layout is odd so he decided that before he even tried to give a quote, it wanted his buddy, Rob to come out and look at it because he was supposedly very good and figuring solutions out.And boy was he!!!! Rob came out like the next day and inspected EVERY possible way. He was determined to come up with a good solution. I was very impressed that he asked if there was any other access to under the house besides just the basement. And we do, we have this cellar that *I* even forget about because I had never been down there and we never used it growing up so it hadnt been opened in YEARS. He goes right on down there and looks around and determines that he CAN run ductwork to the back of the house that had absolutely no ductwork. It was amazing to watch him just run around the house from the basement to the cellar to everywhere around the house to see how everything was connected and it took him no time at all to form a plan.Only a couple days later after they formulated a plan with all the parts they would need and everything to make this happen and it was even cheaper than the first company I called with EVERYTHING that theyd have to do!! We had new ducts put in, as well as replaced the furnace and AC unit which were at least 50 years old. They are excellent at knowing just how big the units need to be in order to heat/cool the entire house without over doing it.They came in and did this complicated job in only TWO days!! They estimated 3 but they got it done in TWO! And I am just over the moon with the results!! As soon as they were done installing everything and were testing the system, the house immediately seemed to be more alive and fresh. It smells so much better! And Ive NEVER felt the ENTIRE house have such a consistent temperature!! Its amazing! And I know that if there are any issues with it, they will immediately be out to take a look at it. I know from my aunt and uncle that they are SO good about that. They are professional, fun, easy to work it, great at communication, they stay on top of everything, are very fair, extremely hard working...I cant say enough good things. My husband and TICKLED!!! Let me start this review by saying Chambers Services are top notch for their appliance repair. I bought a new dishwasher that leaked a lot of water when it ran. I called Chambers Services and they found the tub had a crack it. They immediately contacted the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Two days later they had the replacement tub and a scheduled the repair for the next day. I now have a dishwasher full of sparkling clean dishes thanks to Rob and his staff at Chambers Services

My Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker has been broken for over a year and a half. I have had 7 service calls on the same issue. I had Best Buy Geek Squad protection (Managed by AIG) and each time I told them it is a lemon and they should replace it. AIG has determined that they will not replace the appliance because of an ice maker, but admit that this is a known issue will all Samsung ice makers. A&E services could not fix the issue, month after month. Finally my service agreement ended and the ice maker was still not fixed. Best Buy and AIG would not touch it any longer and suggested I contact Samsung directly. I did and they sent out Chambers. Mike L was tremendous! Mike called and argued with Samsung. He did more in and hour than I could in a year and a half. Samsung has now deemed my refrigerator to be unrepairable! Now the ball is in Samsung’s court to make things right.Thanks Mike!

The technician was polite, professional, and thorough. He was unable to complete repairs but explained why. The factory has placed ourRange on review. We are waiting to hear from Maytag. Chambers personnel Katie and tech. Michael are the best people I have ever worked with, they make sure and communicate what is and will be done. I would not hesitate to contact them for future service needs. Dan Jackson
