He explained the whole process and was very patient with me having a large dog that needed to be put away each time he came in and out of the house. They were kind and knowledgeable enough to explain how the construction of the house (with an addition) led to the HVAC issues I was having, and made several extremely helpful recommendations that went far beyond HVAC. Hermes installed our current furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. We have a annual service agreement to come out twice a year to install a new filter for the furnace and a new vapor pad in the fall for the humidifier, and to make sure that the furnace and air conditioner are ready for the coming season. Occasionally they have come out to fix something that failed or was damaged. They are always very prompt to respond in the cases.

Our experience with Hermes Service was fantastic! Shannon (Service Manager) was quick to callback, and was able to get us on the schedule that morning. Andy (Service Technician) called me when he was 20 minutes out. NO 4 hour window!!!! YAY!!! Andy and I dialogued about the issue, Andy performed a thorough diagnostics, explained what he was checking and educated this homeowner on what the actual components job was in regards to the operation of the furnace. Andy quickly found the problem, resolved, restored heat, and provided recommendations. Fantastic experience, a BIG thank you goes out to the Hermes Team!

We purchased a new furance last year. No problems, install was fast. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We have our furance and air conditioner checked annually. Whats nice is they call to remind and set up appointment. One last thing I have to deal with. We pay ahead, so we get a discount and with that if we need to have serviced after hours we get a break in cost.

Contacted Hermes for a quote to replace HVAC system. Furnace was ancient and a/c 25yrs old (Trane). Stuart came out, looked everything over, then we went through what our best options. He answered many questions during and after his visit and was good to explain his reasoning. Dakota and Logan were the installers that came to the house. They were on time, got right to the job of tearing things out, walking through how things were going to be laid out and what the schedule of the install would be. They did everything they could to keep the noise to a minimum since both my wife and I were working from home. Dakota went above and beyond when questions came up on how we wanted things done for the intake and exhaust. Hes got to be one of the neatest service techs Ive ever worked w/ and his ability to analyze a situation in an installation that will make his life easier and look good for the homeowner is impressive.
