Tony is the best. Period!

Absolutely terrible experience, my nails were clipped raw, I asked for the woman to keep my nails as long as she could but she clearly did not listen. This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a manicure. The shorter woman did this atrocity

I used to go here all the time. Until today, because Im not loud and ghetto, I was look over 2 times . A women with 5 kids jumped the line and then a woman who had a 12 pm appointment. I know first come first serve. I was forgot about ! I spent 3 hours waiting in this dump just to walk out with my nails not done . I guess they dont appreciate the black dollar. If you are a decent black woman with class, dont go here ! Dont waste your time 🙏

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. It came out great! I found my new place. I also got a manicure while my tinting was drying.

The lady who works here she did my eyebrows just perfect. I was going to other places but now I highly recommend this..she did a great job

All these places change their name and owners many times aIthough I have been a customer for over five years at this place. I usually go to this place because I love two of the nail techs they are amazing they always do exactly what I asked of them. However today it was a nightmare that left me in tears. I went in asking for a pedicure and a full set. For the pedicure I wanted a black with a matte finish which they assured me they would do. The woman in charge was not really able to communicate with the woman doing a pedicure because of the language barrier I had to assist the pedicure woman and let her know exactly what I wanted. However the lady in charge kept interrupting and telling her to do something different. Once the pedicure was over I was left with a gel shiny coat which I did not want and I also did not want gel which is significantly more expensive. When I asked about the matte finish the woman in charge says it takes too long which doesnt really make sense to me. So we went back-and-forth with me wanting to get what I asked for and not what they wanted to do. Not to mention while I was in the pedicure chair they wanted to start putting the tips on my finger which I didnt mind I figured it would be fine. The lady said if I paid now that she would take it off and put what I wanted which I said OK to. Once I gave her my credit card she then decided she wasnt going to take it off so I said to give me my card back that is when she refused to give me my credit card. So I had toe nails that were not done properly and tips that were on my fingers with no acrylic just the tip. She refused to give me my card after I asked many times so I took a picture with my phone of her with my card. As I did this she then decided it would be a good idea to swat my phone away and then swat at my face. This is when the cops were called. The cops came and did not ask me for any money and did get my card back. The guy who always does my nails came outside and apologized over and over and over again and said that he does not understand why she got so aggressive and that she was in the wrong even told the police the same thing. I cannot believe that this even happened I had to go down the street and have my nails finished. Please avoid this woman and place.

I have been getting my lashes and eyebrows done here for a little over a year now. It has always been such a pleasurable experience. The staff is very professional and the owner is a sweetheart.

Love the ladies that do the pedis. They are cool and they do a good job. Tony, the manicureist is really good. If you go, make sure to request a new towel for your pedi, if you dont theyre liable not to change it... thats a bit gross.

Pedicure chair tubs where you put your feet are not cleaned after being used. Iv witnessed people go one after the ither without ut getting sprayed down. They have one person that does fake nails and hes amazing . But dont walk in there ladt minute for a set or a fill in without a ridiculous wait.Edit to my original review the last week of october 2018, its now 11/07/18 & my mother went to get a fill in somewhere else and they informed her she was growing fungus under her nails from a set they put on at ruby nails !

I went for a take off and full set but the guy at the first table said dont waste your money I can fix them and he did. My nails look great, he was very friendly and I am picky about where I get my nails done

Unfortunately I left this place two months ago because the owner was rude.It is a Shame that when you get a faithful client you lose them because of your disrespectful actions.

This place was absolutely terrible and I hated my service!!!!!! PLEASE do not waste your money here, there are plenty of other nail salons on Bloomfield Ave to try ! I went in for Full Set, and the manager who did my nails did an awful job ! My nails did not look natural, they were sooo thick and boxy.I then proceeded to get my eyebrows waxed from a woman working there. When I first walked in the waxing room I specifically stressed to the woman to NOT make my eyebrows THIN, and only to clean up the out of placed hairs! This woman did the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked for!! She made my eyebrows soooooo thin and one eyebrow was even thinner than the other!! (Thats what get for getting my eyebrows done by a woman with tattooed angel hair thin eyebrows !!)Then when I expressed by displeasure to her, she suddenly acted as if she didnt speak English !!( BUT they understand English when theyre making you pay at the register!!!) In the end, I went to the manager,and told him about my disgust for my service there, and I was not charged. Ladies and Gents, do not patronize this scam shop!
