Great service, Maggie and Josh really went out of their way to help me out. I was traveling from Oregon to Colorado and had a last minute cancellation in Oregon and they couldnt get the hitch I needed in time. I called Pine Country and they were able to track down a hitch for me and have a special drop off so I could have it installed. They fit me in the schedule so when I was driving through GJ it could be installed. I would definitely recommend them, thanks again!

Decently priced, be sure to have your insurance info on hand. They didnt help us hook up to the trailer, which wasnt an issue for us but it definitely could be an issue for some.My husband mentioned something about you have to pay extra to drop off the trailer after hours, but you can return it the next morning as soon as they open.We really needed a little bit bigger trailer. Im not sure if they didnt have any bigger or if they did and it had already been rented.

The price is good the trailer rental was good. And service when I picked it up also good my issue was after the fact. I made a call to them to let them know the trailer brakes didnt work. Not asking for anything just to let them know. This is the day after I dropped it off because I forgot to mention it. And the lady was rude defensive and basically told my I didnt know what I was talking about. And maybe I didnt. All I could say was that they didnt work. Id rate her transaction with me a -1 . I hung up because I was so mad.

We looked everywhere for a 5 lug nut (trailer tire) rim with tire. We called big Os, Discount, WalMart and pro tire. Finally we called pine country! Thank goodness they had exactly what we needed!Definitely recommend this business. Great staff

Learn how to drive with that trailer…. The sign said use both lanes (to merge .75 miles up) but you wanted to be the traffic police. Lame. I wouldn’t buy anything for a business who acts like that.

What can I say about this place? We have a 44’ triple axle toy hauler and were traveling through the area on our way to Arizona. Well after a slightly bumpy detour I noticed out rig was slightly off track. A quick stop and I found a busted spring hanger on the rear axel. A quick call to this amazing business and they said to come on in. A quick look at what was wrong and the trailer was brought right into the shop and we were back on the road in a few hours. So not only did they take the time to do an amazing repair they went ahead and re enforced this hanger and the one on the opposite sides. If you are anywhere in this area and need a trailer, repairs or accessories, you’d be making a huge mistake not coming here.

I needed shackles fixed on my trailer in a hurry as I was going on a trip the next day. They got me in and out in a few hours despite being fully booked, and price was fair. I would recommend to anyone who needs trailer repairs done in the GJ area!

Called for brake magnets for my trailer. Put on hold for 11 minutes, passed around to different people and finally after explaining what I needed three times, I was told they didn’t have the right parts but the ones they had should probably work!!!! Brake parts are nothing to guess at. Inept parts workers and a lack of knowledgeable people working the parts counter.Went to spring works. They had exactly what I needed.I would avoid this place for parts or expert opinion.

Every experience in life is a learning opportunity. Buying a used car from Pine Country, I have learned the following:1. Don’t2. Just because they say “their mechanics checked it over” doesn’t mean it really happened, or that their ‘mechanics’ are even qualified to call themselves that.3. A master cylinder is a part on a vehicle that allows you to stop- handy right? Pine country sold me a vehicle with a broken one (jimmy rigged for long enough to get me home of course) and put my life and the lives of others at risk.4. Oil goes in vehicles. It’s one of the requirements to it you know, running. If their “mechanics” checked it over, wouldn’t you think they would see if there’s any oil in it? Nope. See #2.I hope my learning opportunity can benefit you (reader of reviews) in the following ways:1. You don’t make a mistake and buy a lemon from this lemonade stand. Go somewhere else.You’re welcome

Good selection of trailers and no pressure sales. Found exactly what I was after and picked it up the next day with the paperwork already completed. The local car dealers could really learn something from these guys.

You guys sold a vehicle to a young woman just starting out in her young adult life that still has paper plates on it and is now in the shop needing $5000.00 in repairs! Shame on you! I sure hope this doesnt happen to someone in your family, and if it does you will be furious just like we are. I personally will never buy anything from you or recommend you to anyone I know.

We found a car they were selling that someone else was interested in but Henry found a way to get us into it. He made the whole process fast and easy for us to drive away in it. By far best experience in buying a car. Keith taking the time to check on service we want done on our other truck making sure we get what we want and at a god price has been a pleasure also. The whole staff has been great and we will definitely be back and recommend pine country to anyone.

I spent 9000 out of retirement account 6000 chash 1500 out of checking for jeep. So being a trailer company thought they could in stall trailer break and receiver for power and lights right. But no i could hav e done it better im a disable veteran.

Friendly staff, easy to work with, we didnt have to give them pick up and return time which was surprising and had no problem adding a day. Needed some more cargo straps and they had little selection beyond single straps for $20+.

I purchased a couple trailers here good quality 7 years and still using them. I also just had them put in a gooseneck hitch and air bags for my brand new truck so Im ready to haul and tow!

I needed new chains for towing the car behind the motor home. They made them up for me so theyre the right length. They werent exactly cheap but theyll last forever and never break.

Disappointed! We purchased a used Dodge Caravan from Pine Country and then 3 weeks later the transmission completely went out. We bought the van “As Is, No Warranty” however it had just over 105,000 miles at time of purchase and ran great when we test-drove it. It was a huge surprise to suddenly experience such a big mechanical issue and it made us wonder how well Pine Country examined the van before putting it on their lot. Pine Country was fair in paying for half of the fix ($2400 total) but they made it very clear they were not happy about doing so and ultimately, we paid $1200 for a broken transmission on a newly purchased van. They were not nice about it and made us feel like we were the ones who did something wrong.To add insult to injury, they didn’t get their paperwork to the bank on time which left us no choice but to give Pine Country our first payment….while our van was on its 10th day in the shop getting fixed.Buyer Beware! Pine Country sells lemons! And their customer service isn’t the best. Ron (President), Nick (Sales Manager), Jeff (Manager), Ross (Business Office) and Henry (Sales) didn’t seem to care that a van they had just sold us 3 weeks earlier had a broken transmission. You’d think in such a small town Pine Country would hold customer service and reputation as its highest values. Think again. Good news – we have a new transmission in our van. Bad news – we’re out $1200.Do yourself a favor. Save your time and money and go to a reputable dealer who values its reputation. Pine Country does not. A lemon is a lemon is a lemon.

Bought a new horse trailer from them about 2 years ago, the wheel fell off from the cotter pen not being placed, these guys went above and beyond to get ahold of the manufacturer and replaced my axel for me.

I saw a real dark side of this business after purchasing a vehicle that broke down a couple weeks after driving off the lot. Cowardly and sketchy come to mind. I had high hopes for these guys, even told them I hoped to purchase another vehicle from them soon. Needless to say, they took all of the fun out of buying a new (used) vehicle and I wont return.

I Purchased a utility trailer the salesman there was very pushy insisted I go to the bank and get cash for a discount he would throw in a spare tire and trailer hitch if I paid cash I should’ve turned around and walked away at that point but this is a trailer I wanted was Told it wouldn’t be more than $1800 paperwork signed everything ended up being $2400 by then I was already signed so I had to go through with it against my better judgment regardless I got hosed I found the same trailer for $600 cheaper do not waste your time with this company they will rip you off in a heartbeat
