Great relaxing experience. Prices are fair, Maciel is really nice and helpful, she puts a lot of effort and detail on what she does. First time here and I would recommend this place to anyone. They dont make appointments and serve people in the order they come.

This is the only salon I go to, to get my nails done. I absolutely love how Carolina does my manicure and pedicure. I use dip powder, it never chips and my nails grow long and healthy! I definitely recommend this establishment

Very unprofessional place. They do good nails but the wait is extremely ridiculous. They spend so much time talking and being on their phone while they are doing your nails and that will make sense to why they take so long. I believe if they were more professional and less talkative they will make way more money. Like seriously Manager and owner should definitely take this review into consideration.

Got my nails done last week of November and Im just going in today for fill in, not one nail has fallen off! You get your moneys worth for sure and the ladies are super nice 👌 only place I go in NJ for years now.

Horrible staff. Talks about customers in Spanish and another customer told me they were talking about me 🤷🏾‍♀️ They talk a lot and work less. I love how they do nails but they take 2 hours to finish 1 client cause they’re busy talking. I always give good tip because I’m always please with the work but the wait time is horrible and i will not be going back. Idc how good they are. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!

Excellent price of art, the girls are absolutely good they do exactly what you ask for and sometimes better. The local is always clean everything is sterilized 100% recommended .

The only reason I’m still going to this place is because I like how they do my pedi. But be prepared to sit there FOREVER! It might take you more than 3 hours for them just to get your service. Staff never stops talking bs between them and complaining in Spanish about the rest of the customers. They stop working on you just to take phone calls or eat! I really hope they had a better management, service quality is not the only important thing when having a business

I have been going here since they opened. I stopped going for a while and then went back again. I completely agree their professionalism is very poor. I was there, and one of the nail techs had an incident with my boyfriend. Mind you I am there, she does not say anything to me, yet once I leave that is all they spoke about me and him. When I went back the next day, she came and told me about the incident. However, I was not shown the respect as a female and as a customer for them to speak to me first, yet the entire neighborhood and town knew how they felt. I will not be going back and in the same token, I have told all the people I recommended to go before, to stop going. When you leave a place after a service you do not expect to be in the mouth of those people each and every day. It is very childlike and unprofessional. I am not saying it is all of them because is not....for a fact I know that the nail tech that does my nails, Daisy was not there and did not know what was going on. However, sometimes for the mistake of one, everyone pays. I cannot apologize for writing the truth, especially when I have been a client for so long.

Don’t need go there . No Ventilation. Very unhealthy . Waited one hour and forty five minutes and left, They take pedicures over nails . Staff talks too much and doesn’t work . Worst salon I’ve have ever been to. A true nightmare . Hope they get better ventilation for their staff or they will have health issues .

I visited this salon on Friday for a gel pedicure and regular manicure. My feet are sore and my nails look like a 5yo did it. Nothing to brag about very simple and not worth the money at all 😩😩

Been here for 3 hours and haven’t been attended to. All I wanted was a pedicure but they’re too busy talk . People who came after me are getting attend to before me. What sense does that make. They also bring the prices up frequently. Before for pedicure they charge $17 but now they charge $20. And all they do it gossip about there customers. This isn’t my first time here and they’re doing the exact same thing. Horrible service. They also need more pedicurest

I am giving 2 stars because the service is pretty inexpensive but Lord... their nail technicians have the poorest customer skills and this is not what you find in a typical nail salon in the area. These girls are horrible gossipers and really, I would say they bash their customers the same way as they leave the door. The lady making my nails had a whole conversation with her colleague while doing my nails and they even shared an opinion about my thin skin. By the way, this woman made my fingers bleed twice and to make things worse her colleague says in the most disrespectful manner look like that skin is bleeding to I which responded:of course because I was cut!!! No SUV light on spot, so I dont know how they sterilise their instruments. If anything, it is the customers fault, right? No decency and no safety apparently. I didnt leave right away and kept my composure because I needed my nails done asap. Simply, I wont go back and will stop anyone from going! No excuse for such terrible service. By the way, I couldve known la flaca their subject of conversation.

This nail salon is the best, I love in Manhattan, I go all the way to New Jersey just to get a manicure and a peticure because their job and their profession is the best, they treat people with so much kindness, and respect, I pay a cab of 50 dollars just go over there because like I said their job is incredible, their is no other salon that has as much potential and profesionalism, I really recommend this nail salon, once you go you will never want to go to another, Thai nail salon is so go that everyone in my family goes their because their job is so great, their attention is also another thing they don’t fail in that once someone arrives their are treated like if it was their home, really recommend this place so much🙏🙏👌👌💯💯‼️🔥🔥‼️‼️🤘🤘👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I have years coming to this salon. I live in manhattan and I either take the train or a cab to this salon because honestly there arent any good salons in manhattan none of the salons Ive been to near my neighborhood do as well of a job as they do in Jersey. That is why I prefer to go all the way to New Jersey to Kattys nail salon because the girls that work there do a great job. I dont have anything but good things to say about the professionalism at the salon. I recommend this salon to any one. Theyre the best.

I have visited this nail salon two times in the past, the first visit was ok had my nails done ( gel polish) it lasted for 1 week, the second visit I arrived at 11:00 signed the book and took a seat not long after I arrived a few women came in and was immediately seated at one of the stations while I still waited to be seen after sitting for over two hours and saying something to one of the ladies I was seated and had my nails(gel nail), feet and eyebrow done I was charged $53.00 this lasted about 1 1/2 week with two nails breaking. Today I arrived between 9:30-10:00 am again signed the book and waited up two 2 1/2 hours and still was not seen, but again I experience ppl walking in and being seated at chairs I left and came back at 1:43 pm and three ppl arrived after me so far two is seated. If you have a whole day to seat and listen to women speak in they native language this place is for you, but if you’re like me with a long list of errands on Saturday don’t come here. These women talk about everyone that comes in here, outside of always going in the room where the eyebrows are done and staying back there eating and talking very loud, side note they over charge, please don’t come here it’s terrible.

The service has dropped incredibly very sad indeed !! I had my nails done on a Friday and on Monday one was gone, I called and he wanted to charge me 5 dollars. On top of that they did not fill my nails well, they did not remove the skins from the sides or push my cuticle back it is as if I was in trouble just to put them on and get out of my very bad service
