I went here to do my nails for a sweet 16 and they cut me! the 2 girls besides susan are really bad and the acrylic nails were not even and my nails turned out horrible
They never ever have at least some of the new seasonal nail polish colors. Most of their opi and essie are colors from at least 5 yrs ago. My last pedicure was so fast like she was rushing through it. Expensive compared to other salons all surrounding towns. $40 for a pedicure that’s with a callus treatment. As for the callus treatment they never leave it on for at least the 5 minutes you should. So I pay for it but my heals are still rough.
Went to get my nails done..there is a lady there who definitely needs more practice because she is not very good at doing nails. Susan did a great job after I complained but I will not return there.
Not even 24 hours later as I sit in my jumpseat this occurred to me😑🤨...won’t be going back there. Service was mediocre the Spanish lady who works there seemed very uninterested in doing my nails. I usually get pink and white or SNS at other salons in NYC but I decided to give my nails a break. Maybe because I only got a manicure the attitude and service was subpar.
This salon is not the same. I was there one week ago, and went in for a polish change today and to have my nails made shorter, and she redid my nails and charged me 40 dollars. So in less than two weeks l had to spend 140 dollars on my nails. Very disappointed. Wont be going back and might l add used to give a nice hand massage at the end of the manicure, with a quick shoulder massage as well. I got neither. DONE.
The establishment is clean and friendly employees
I was quoted a $10 difference on the phone. Once they had me wait, it went up the 10. I left.
Its ok for a quick pedicure
Found this place on google when I was in the area. I got lucky and they were able to take me right away. This place is great! Along with my gel manicure I got a short shoulder massage and a warm hand towel. I would definitely go back.
I have been a customer for the past 2 years since my move to Bloomfield but sadly i will not be returning. following a small procedure on my foot i got the all clear from the doctor to get a pedicure. i asked the woman doing my pedicure to be gentle with the foot as it was still tender. however, she was not and now i have a huge bruise. i am very disappointed and upset as they have been great in the past when i have asked them not to use certain products due to my sensitive skin. they have had some staffing issues the past couple months and it has greatly affected their service.
Ive been coming here for over five years. The owner Sarah is very friendly and welcoming to every person that enters her salon. The atmosphere is clean and professional and the quality of service is excellent. I will say the services are on the pricey side. A gel manicure is $30 and SNS manicure is $40. If you like getting acrylic, tips, etc then the prices may be too high for some people. But I enjoy coming here because its usually never busy so youre always in and out.
Greeted as soon as i walked in. Very nice ladies waisted no time. Cute little shop and vibe on a sunday afternoon . You pick your gel color out these portfolio-like books had me feeling fancy...
Love this place!! Sara and her girls are awesome. They make you feel welcome and relaxed!
Horrible ..had a gel manicure no massage at all only took off previous polish and repainted and cuticle oil same with pedicure asked for nails to be cut but they were only filed and crooked no massage at ALL! Then was charged $55 instead of special because it was Sunday and was reminded to tip...never going back will stick to my usual spot
1st time here loved it!! Hope it doesnt change 😊🥰🙃
Friendly atmosphere and you get shoulder massage after manicure
First the good. This place got rave reviews on the town Facebook page so I was excited to check it out. The shop is cute & the ladies are super nice. It was a relaxing experience. After my nail service the tech gave me a shoulder massage, and a hand massage followed by a hot towel. Loved that! But thats where my positive experience ends. I went twice. The 1st time I got a full set of Acrylic tips. I found it strange that she didnt provide any cuticle care. My cuticles were a dry mess which looked strange with a brand new shiny full set. Anyway, when I got home I noticed a couple of the nails were crooked. Still not a deal breaker because I have tendonitis & had to move my arm a few times so I will take the blame. But 4 days later my gel started to lift & My nails looked like they had been done a month prior. I still went back 2 weeks later for a fill in. Fast forward 8 days and 2 nails have come off completely. Not broken, but the whole nail came off like a press on. Ive NEVER had that happen. Also the nails again look like a set that has been on for a month or more with no fill. I wont go back. Too bad because they were nice & the massage was a bonus
The WORST nail salon ever. If you want your pedicures done fine but as far as manicures go? TERRIBLE. My nails were orange from the old nail polish they used.
There very nice ! Professional no waiting and they accept appointment
