Rude and not professional. They treated my mom poorly on Saturday just because she was a few minutes late and they closed early because they didn’t have any clients. She’s a loyal customer who travels an hour away and would always recommend her friends. She does her hair, makeup and nails on a biweekly basis. What about the appointment she had? Couldn’t they give her a courtesy call? She lives an hour away and she had an event to attend. . It’s sad that’s how they treat their loyal customers.
