So I would only recommend getting your nails done here. I got a pedicure and it chipped THE NEXT DAY. I went back to the salon and they were helpful in having the nail tech retouch them and, they chipped again, THE NEXT DAY. Not sure if its the polish used or what, but I wouldnt recommend getting a pedicure here.I got an acrylic overlay on the other hand and the nail tech, Fernanda, was excellent. Highly recommend you requesting her. I also heard the male nail techs are fabulous as well.Hope this review helps!

I asked for the light pink acrylic, I got the dark one Andy filed my nails for so long Im sure half of the acrylic is gone. He was in a rush didnt really care to do the job right. I only came here because my nail came off half way but never again. Then he was rushing me out. Barely dried my nails. Never again.

Only giving them 2 stars because out of the many times I’ve gone, I’ve had maybe two positive experiences where I wasn’t disappointed with the end result of my nails. I just went in to get mine removed and had an appointment for 4 pm that wasn’t honored and my presence wasn’t acknowledged. I sat for 40 minutes before getting up and leaving. I understand getting your nails done isn’t a necessity at this time, but if I’m paying for a service and asking for the bare minimum, I expect that to be met and for the nail artists to be somewhat professional.

I got a gel mani/ pedi for my birthday and it was good. Covid precautions were followed in the salon. Upon arrival I had to wash my hands before I got my nails done. We got to keep the buffers, files, and other items in a baggie to take home which was very cool. Please note that those items were only used on me and no one else. The mani/ pedi set are still holding up til this day so definitely worth a stop. I’m not big on acrylics but my nails seem to be growing fine and still looking new with the gel.

I think this place is ok..the lady that has done my nails both times sits upfront by the register. Shes been in a bad mood Everytime Ive come in. Shes very harsh on my nails. Ive asked for coffin shape and my nails definitely do not look coffin shape. Which, they charge extra for anyway. The marble design came out eh ok, and the cat eye magnet sorta lifted the nail and made it look weird.id advice to keep it simple and kinda to the point.

I use to come to this salon faithfully but I got my nails done one particular time with stones they were falling off soon as I left I called and was told to come on for it to be fixed i waited over and hour and was told I was going to be charged for it jenny and her husband are extremely rude Listen to the reviews about them this is the worst place ever lol

Don’t waste your time or money here. You will be extremely over charged for poor quality work that took double the time bc half the staff is on their phone. This place is under staffed and the lady behind the desk is rude and very pushy. She is mean to her own spanish female staff who work non stop to make her money. Then she begged us to pay cash to save $4 when the bill was over $150. The place is small and there is no relaxing spa music just the news on tv. No one sanitized any of the chairs before or after customers used them. They’re passing covid protocol by the skin of their teeth. If you do go prepare to be extremely anxious during time meant to be relaxing.

I’ve been going there for years and Tom usually does my nails. I went there before the new year to get a full set, the next day the nail polish was chipping off I came back the next day to get a new color. The manager husband was very disrespectful to me and also Tom stated I should do it myself in front of everyone I was really upset and I had to call the cops. They wanted to charge me to change the color, I was there yesterday like who does that to a customer. I don’t belong there I guess... never again. They were rude and unprofessional 😑

New to Jersey. Someone recommended this place to me. I love the precautions they’re taking due to covid-19. Temp check at the door, shields at every station, you must sign a disclosure, enforcing social distancing and you must buy your own kit for your nails. Only con was It was a bit pricey and I had an appointment but the receptionist tried to turn me and my kids away before even asking if they had an appointment due to them not allowing kids to sit and wait. Once she realized they had an appointment she apologized and everything went smoothly after.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for 6pm. Just a fill on short nails. I came with my son in a stroller, with mask. I was not able to be serviced because I had a child. I understand certain precautions but I’m a single mom and if I have no one to watch my kid I’m no longer able to be serviced. It’s my moment of peace .. to feel pretty again and I was just kicked out.. not happy.

They gave me nail fungus and only two people know how to nails there and they’re overly priced as well

Nails job was beautiful, but a little pricey for gel polish and on top you have to pay for your own nail filing supplies!

The owner Jenny who sits near the cash register is a bully. Jenny is rude and degrades her mostly Spanish speaking workers. It is so terrible. I honestly can not bear to witness this abuse anymore. Find another salon. You would think after the quarantine period Jenny would become humble. No, she is the same angry rude person.

Made an appointment for 12pm came in was told to wait outside for my nail lady to be done because of covid-19 which completely understandable. They called me about 12:20pm to come back in and tell that now I was to wait another hour because the owner decide to sit someone else with my nail lady instead of me who made the appointment. Thats not right. What is the point of the appointment if you are going to take care of a walk-in before someone that had been waiting for Their appointment. The owner is also extremely unprofessional and is always yelling at the employees.

I believe her name was Francisca, and she was wonderful! She really took her time in shaping and doing my nails. I would definitely come back for her!

Jenny bullies her workers. They raise the prices on everything and just have an overall poor attitude. The workers need to leave. They get constantly yelled at or scolded.

I love the way Tommy does both my daughters and my nails. Hes very talented, gentle and takes his time. The wait is astronomically long, because theres no appointments, but its worth the wait. My two favorite nail techs, Tommy and Karen( no longer there)..DO NOT GO TO OWNER(Jenny) sits next to register. NASTY, RUDE, NO PERSONALITY AT ALL, but the rest of the staff are friendly, very sweet and courteous.

Great place. I have been getting my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done here for at least a decade. Nice people who do good work, and they cheerfully fix anything if it didnt turn out as expected, or a nail gets smudged, etc. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Most of the ladies are welcoming. The owner is kind of welcoming. The one I go to is awesome and does a great job. She got rid of her best nail tech. Prices are ok

Love this place. The only problem is that every time the lady at the first desk does my nails, she extremely rough, always rushes doing my nails, ans she always leave a brunch on white dried powder under my nails. Everyone else there is great.

Tom does my nails and is amazing! The quality of work speaks for itself, with that being said I hate that this is the last time I’ll be coming, the wait time is insanely and unnecessarily long only because they refuse to take appointments! This is absurd! It effecting business and it shows because no matter how good he does nails if I have to wait 6-7 hrs just to get seen it effects someone’s experience. Believe me there will be another place with the same talent who will take appointments. If you value the money coming in please reconsider this whole not taking appointments policy! I come here to relax and get a beautiful pedicure and manicure it’s supposed to be my zen time and it’s become absolutely excruciating 😖 to say the least!

The owner was very disrespectful towards me. She raised her voice at me in front of the whole shop. She needs to be more professional if she’s going to continue to run a business. I suggest she stays in the back and let the nail techs handle the customers. I’ll never go here again.

Ladies please don’t waste your time or money. I got my nails done on my birthday and they look horrible. Worst nails I’ve ever had. The lady named Jenny was rude af she rushed me into the seat to charge me $40 for a horrible job. My nails are uneven and different sizes. She even burned me with the file and my finger was bleeding.. worst service I’ve ever had... not to mention my mom had her nails done also and the same lady was yelling at the girl to hurry up and do her nails. Another customer had come in complained her nail broke and she had just gotten them done earlier and the same lady refused to fix the nail even though she called before coming and they agreed to fix it. I also saw on Facebook that they refused to do a young girls nails because she was disabled... please just don’t go to this place.

Jaky is the best! She takes her time to make sure your nails look bomb! she really knows what she’s doing and has lots of experience ! I would totally recommend her and us latinas love her ! she’s so sweet and kind .

This is a fantastic nail salon! Reasonable prices,GREAT work every time, nice employees, and very nice inside. BIG fan of this place, and Im really picky about my nail salons.

Service is horrible and the owner is rude. The only person who I would recommend going to is Mimi. Other than that no one else. They dont even take appointments on weekend. There are other places nearby that are far better, in device and price, so if Jenny doesnt get her act together and become more customer oriented her business will fall.

My daughter and her friend waited 1.5 hrs to get their nails done for nothing. People kept in coming in and were taken while these two 12 year old where ignored. If youre too busy, just say so, dont make kids wait for nothing in anticipation for service and then ignore them.
