I am impressed with the honesty of this auto shop. Tho my husband thought he may have spotted a leak (and is a mechanic) we cannot lift our cars at home. The shop de-greased, and put dye in, but could not spot a leak. I was even offered to come back in after driving my vehicle more so they can lift her back up, just to be sure its not leaking after putting some mileage on, at no extra cost. I recommend.

Everyone involved in repairing my vehicle was spectacular. From the people at the front desk to the work performed on my car I felt that I was in good hands the entire. 100 percent will come back and use them again!

Its a very nice shop. I did not have an appointment. but I needed my oil changed they worked me in. and had my oil changed faster than any oil changing shop. Ive ever been in. Nice and honest people.

I am a novice mechanic, doing simple work and even swapping in engines and replacing clutches as a youngster but as I get older I dont have time anymore. When I search for an auto shop I tend to choose small business owners because larger franchise auto repair services tend to leave me disappointed. I am very picky, skeptical, and I pay very close attention to details. I just moved to Blaine and was cautious about this place as I am with every place, but I have to say I am very pleased with their service. Tony is awesome, very approachable and willing to listen to questions and concerns I have and Chris was extremely helpful helping me decide which problems were a priority to me and not once did I feel they were trying to push me to do anything extra. I had a Shop I liked to use in Blaine but when I needed to get my truck in on a Saturday Complete Autos Availability took the cake, I refuse to go to big chain Mechanics so I was happy to find them! I had multiple issues with my truck but only wanted the big one addressed, they gladly fixed that and never pushed the issue on anything else! I also have oversized tires and it’s nice to have a shop that doesn’t give you grief about that!

My experience with the customer service here is why Im giving this place 1 star. After the diagnostic, I decided to have my car looked at by my regular mechanic. Heres an excerpt of my conversation with one of the guys at Complete Auto Service:Me, Id like to have my car towed to another mechanic.Them, Can I ask why you want your car towed to another repair shop when they havent even looked at your car?Me, This place has worked on my car before, so Im more comfortable with them working on it.Them, Is this the guy who told you that catalytic converters arent important?Me, No.Before the diagnostic, I asked them about catalytic converters because Id heard that they shouldnt cause cars to be non drive-able (from what Ive read on Google). The questions he asked needed to be phrased politely in order for them to be acceptable and professional. If youd like to see more examples, just look at how they respond to unfavorable reviews. I saved over $300 and better quality of service elsewhere.

They were very honest with me and explained what was wrong and let me know what options I had as far as fixing my car and possibly waiting on other repairs. I appreciate the honesty. I have a older vehicle. Every time I bring it in first repairs I am concerned that it is going to be really expensive. Complete Auto always dies a great job and the price is always good. I get the best care here at Complete Auto! I came in to see if I needed oil added to my vehicle (Im in between oil changes but my car seems to lose oil) No problem! Oil was checked and added!!! Also requested that the shop check to make sure all my lights were working. Found out that not only the light I thought was burned but my license plate lights were burned out too! They were promptly replaced! I know that I can always count on my vehicle leaving the shop better than I brought it in! Thank you so much.

Chris and the guys at Complete Auto Service in Blaine are THE BEST! I am always concerned about mechanics taking advantage of me because I truly know nothing about how a vehicle works. I have brought my van in telling them I thought it was an expensive problem, and it ended up being 20 minutes and $40 - completely honest and trustworthy. I have needed to bring it in for more costly maintenance, and they worked with me so that I could bring it in when I could pay for it, AND they offered me a loaner for a day-long repair. Complete Auto Service is a reasonably priced, ethical, and friendly auto shop. I highly recommend it to all of my friends in the NW metro (I drive from Crystal - Blaine is not as far as you think!).

My Company owns several vehicles and we trust Complete Auto to provide fast, honest and exceptional service at a very fair price. Last week we had a van break down on the freeway and Complete had a tow truck out in less than 1 hour. They immediately got to work on the repairs and had the van up and running quickly. I can always count on Complete Auto to get the job done right.

I was in a jam, I needed my car to run a long distance up north and my tire was leaking and it was running funny. I called Complete Auto Service, and Chris was so nice on the phone, and got me in right away, and they gave me a loaner car while they fixed my car. And what honesty! I have never had a better experience with auto service in my life! I truly know nothing about cars, and I often feel that can be easily taken advantage of, but that is not that case here. I brought my car in for something I thought would be very expensive, but they gave me an affordable quote and got the work done quickly. Nice, thorough and honest - My car seemed to be leaking coolant. They were so thorough in looking for a cause but did not find any. I was given clear instructions on what to watch for and next steps for repairs if needed.

Recently had some auto trouble. I was very lucky to find these guys after shopping for quotes. Chris and the team did a great job at a reasonable price. My Tacoma has a new head, and after three months, runs like a champ. I brought my Odyssey in for a tune up, and they alerted me to a bad bearing on my rear wheel without even being asked. I recently had my jeep repaired after getting a written estimate that was over $160 less then another repair shop and during the repair at Complete Auto they even fixed a bad electrical connector for a electric cooling fan at no extra charge since they were in the area to replace a ac module. Good reasonably priced repair with exceptional service.

Good fast service, they fixed an exploded plastic piece in the cooling system. Also did thermostats for good measure because car had heated up quite a bit. Pricing was ok for parts used and estimate was extremely accurate. As is with every job yes it could have been cheaper but its a business and they did a fantastic job. Only downside is the towing service they use is a third party service with some pretty steep rates I had my car towed 3 block with a 95 dollar fee also took them an hour to come get it, could have pushed it there in that time for free(fyi this is not negatively reflected upon complete auto service) i would give 4.5 stars but i recieved no call when my car was dropped off by tow company and didnt know anything about the car until i had to call in to follow up.

Long but helpful post:You can certainly go elsewhere and get the same job done for cheaper. They claim to have good quality parts, but you will pay the price for it. I took my truck elsewhere and got the same job done for $516 for what would have been over $860 here. They charge $115 per hour for labor and the owner told me they pay their employees well and give good benefits so thats where some of your money is going. I can respect that, but for an average guy like me, I cant afford $860 for breaks, rotars and 2 calipers.Also, when they put my brakes back together so I could go somewhere cheaper I could hardly stop. They didnt take the time to ensure it was safe for me to drive elsewhere.

The shop did a quick, fantastic job finding and replacing my tires. Even when the one tire had a mishap the next day, they took care of it no problem.

My wife and I take all of our cars here for maintenance and repairs. They are fair and knowledgeable. We just brought in a couple used cars that we were looking at buying. They checked them over and gave us their honest opinion of whether or not the car was a good deal. We really trust the advice they give.I also took my Buick in to them when it was acting up. My crazy car wouldnt act up while they had it, making it impossible to diagnose it. They drove it around for a couple days, trying to solve my problem, and didnt charge me a dime for the effort. They were honest when they didnt know what was causing my issues, and didnt try to make up some repair that would make money for them, but not solve the issue for me.

In town for the weekend, called in at 2:30pm on a Friday. Ended up being front rotors, breaks, and a caliper. They had it fixed in under 1.5hrs, and completely saved my familys weekend. Thanks Complete!

Complete Auto Service replaced the front ball joints in my truck and overhauled the rear axle for over $550 less then Hooze quoted. I will continue to frequent this business for the excellent service.

Took my 2010 F150 in for a rear differential seal leaking and oil change. Id had a slight catching or shuddering in what I thought was the driveshaft or trans, which they diagnosed. Long story short, ended up needing a whole new driveshaft, so the whole thing turned into a 3 day job. Chris and Tony were honest and fair through the whole experience, and updated me every step of the way. In the end, due to the unique circumstances that occurred, Chris and I came to an agreement that was a win for both parties. Id go back in a heartbeat, especially beceause of how honest and customer focused Chris and Tony are. Im sure by spending some time on Google to find the cheapest shop in the zip code I could save a few bucks, but the customer service they provide is the best Ive seen anywhere.

I have had great experiences with them when I first started taking my truck there. For the past year it has been nothing but a nightmare.In the early onset of winter I was having issues with the timing of one of my spark plugs on my 2003 ford escape, found out a coil pack had gone bad, so they replace it, at a cost of around $700 dollars. With in a month another one went bad, so I had them replace all upon their suggestion because they were sure that was the issue. Now fast forward another two months, my EGR valve blew out on my way home from work. I had to have it towed to them at a cost of 95 dollars. Dropped the car off with them at 2 and had even pointed out the blown EGR valve to both Mike and Tony. At 815pm I had to call to find out what was up with my truck and was told they were just swapping out the tires from winter to summer and then going to test drive it. Got a call at 845 pm to let me know that they spent some time diagnosing the problem and the EGR valve was bad. Had to rush over to get a loaner so I could get to work the next day. I got a call in the morning letting me know that the Catalytic converter was completely clogged. Replacing that at a tune of 470 bucks. Now looking at the cost at a local parts store the EGR valve was 35 dollars. I was charged 127 for the part.I took a minute just to look up online and low and behold a bad catalytic converter can cause coil packs to fail, it can also cause the EGR valve to blow out. So All the added work I did may have been for nothing at a tune of over $3,000. Glad to hand over my hard earned cash on that note.Not ever going back there unless it is a part that failed that is under warranty from them. The level of service and feeling of being able to trust them has surely fallen below the bar.

Place over charged me, they apologized and told me that was a mistake on there end, but when it came to the refund they said sorryEdited 10/29 Chris the owner of the company reached out to me apologized and made it right. He also explained why the mishap happened and that he will make sure that this doesnt happen again. In the end he sounds like he runs a good honest business. Thanks again Chris for reaching out to me.
