Their customer service and quality of work is great. I bring my 93yr old aunt for pedis & acrylics. Paul and all staff assist her into seats etc every time. Today they greeted her at the door and assisted her to her station and as always out to our car. Paul does very nice work.

Lindsey was very rude & unprofessional! You was breathing hard the entire time of service! She spilled nail polish remover all over me & did not listen to me when I told her how I wanted my nails. M was great! Very professional & she is the best! She definitely overcharged me! I had to ask her several times if she liked her job! She just seemed so unhappy there!Please don’t let her touch your nails! It was an awful experience! I will not be going back!Don’t go here!

Great experience! I was a walk-in at lunchtime, and they immediately got me in to have my eyebrows waxed. She did a wonderful job, and the price was very reasonable at $12. Everyone was really nice too. I will definitely be back!

Called and asked how long the wait was and I was told there was not one so when I get there 5 mins after I have called they say there is a twenty min wait!

Never again will I go here it is convenient because it is close to home and open on Sundays but they literally kept trying to get me to get my nails done a different way from how I wanted them because it was gonna take more time and they did not want to do it, after I was persuaded to do something different I selected 3 colors for just regular gel they did not have 1 of the colors instead of me being able to pick a different color or them recommending me another color the nail tech tries to use just 2 colors that did not go, she changed the shape of my nails without asking and I asked her to cut my nails down and she did not was not satisfied because they just wanted to do what was convenient for them instead of what makes the customer happy, that is not cool to me especially because it was a special occasion for me ans I told hwr that and she literally did what she wanted to do I will never come back to this location and now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails taken care of properly

I have been coming here for only a short while but every time that I come, it has always been great quality and speed of service! I’ve gotten my nails done for a photoshoot, gotten a fill in, a pedicure, and I even came in today to get my nail fixed and they helped me no problem! Awesome place and great prices!

SNS removal process was extremely pleasant as compared to other nail places I’ve been too. I will be coming back. My nails are beautifully,French manicured & staff was very polite and easy to work with.

The place is nice for the setting, however the quality of service is NOT worth the price! Got a pedicure with white gel polish, polish was uneven and spotty the guy couldn’t fix it which forced me to have to get glitter over my white. I also got a full set and 2 of my nails came up in less than a week. Might I mention my bill was a whooping $132!!! So disappointed.

My tech paid very close attention to the job that she did to my nails. The receptionist was great and very friendly. I came as a walk in and didnt even have to wait long, although the entire shop was packed. By the way, my spouse loved his pedicure as well.

I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved here & definitely have had some up’s and down’s while looking, but if you’re in search of a nail salon this is the one!! Over charged, gave us one price then made it higher. Also cut me 3 times w/ the nail filer . I told one of the workers An that she cut me & I needed alcohol she put nail glue over my cut to close it up . Didn’t ever bother to clean it . Very disappointed in what me & my mother just experienced . Praying that I don’t get an infection .

The service and atmosphere were fine, but i believe it was way over priced. We got a fill in, shape, and color. At my local salon in Trussville, this would have only been around $15 and would have been just as good. It was $45 here. And a 10 year old got a pedicure and it was $25, but I dont know how much that would normally be.

Worst manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Didnt even get all the gel polish off before painting over with regular nail polish. Looked like my 80 year old grandmother painted my nails. The pedicure/manicure was painful and she was in a huge hurry. Cut my live cuticle several times. I used to come here when I lived in bham and it has fallen big time. I recommended for my sisters shower which is why were there. Many of the members of my party complained to me. Embarrassed I recommended them. Wont go again!!!!

By far my favorite nail salon in Homewood! Always courteous, clean, nice decor. Feels very tranquil inside even though youre in a strip mall. Nail service is excellent, large range of services and there is an upstairs with services offered up there as well.

A little conflicted about my experience here. Went with a friend to get manicures. My manicurist, Helen, was great. She was very kind and did a beautiful job. My friends manicurist (I wont list her name because I dont feel like its necessary to post it publically) was NOT great. At one point, in the middle of us talking, she slapped my friends hand and told her be still. She kept rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. She kept trying to turn my friends pinky in a weird direction and said, Can you just relax? and was twisting her pinky. When she was done, she said, All you do is move move move. Cant be still. Every time she said something, my friend apologized and tried to be still, but this lady was still so impatient and unkind. It was super unprofessional and even though my experience was better, it makes it hard to recommend this place to others.

Pedicure was great; refreshing and relaxing. I was offered something to drink and chose cold water but my manicurist gave it to me at room temperature and couldnt find the remote for my chair.

Can only tip with cash here not on card. I got a pedicure here and it seemed as if the techs did not want to service me. The job was half done. I get a pedicure every two weeks at a salon in Hoover my feet are nice looking. I will not return.

Saw a girl upstairs drop stones on the floor then put directly into warmer.... I gave them a second chance and was put in a pedicure chair that was filled with dirty water.... IM NOT KIDDING!! (obviously the previous user didn’t clean properly) That was my last straw..CLEANLINESS CANNOT BE TRUSTED HERE. **** Also, I agree with another reviewer about some of the techs obviously talking about customers in their own language.. which is very rude. I would never do that to someone who doesn’t understand English! ****

People were very nice their ability to do nails not so good. I think they are self taught not professionally trained. Their techniques are not good.

This place is very hit or miss. Ive gotten my last two fill-ins done here and both have been really bad. It really depends on which nail tech you get. The pedicures are nice here but I wouldnt recommend getting your acrylics filled in. Both nail techs could not shape my nails to save their lives. A natural looking square-oval nail should not be hard to achieve. My nails are shaped so unevenly its embarrassing.The polish job I got this morning was horrible. The nail tech rushed to get everything done even though I was one of three people in there. The location of this salon is convenient for me however I will not be coming back.

I came back today. Its been a while since I came and the last time I enjoyed it but this time I had a different experience. I sat and waited for about 15 20 mins and other people came in and were assisted. Nobody asked me what I needed or tried to assist me so I walked out. Probably wont come back

The customer service was truly the worst Ive ever received! The young woman doing dual duties as a manicurist and receptionist was very demeaning to me but was very receptive to other customers. I was very insulted by her obvious obnoxious and blantant as those on the salon also witnessed her behavior. I will not return and I gave very specific reasons before leaving!

I came here because they are open on Sundays. I get Deluxe Pedi and Mani which means I have to go upstairs to be serviced. I wasnt offered anything to drink as I usually am, until another customer was being serviced was asked, then I was. At that point I couldnt I was in the middle of my Mani. My Pedi was nice but my Mani seemed rushed! Im usually not one to complain, but my servicer (male, was rude and I was treated indifferent. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING to me. I think Ill wait an extra day and go elsewhere next time! DISAPPOINTED!

By far my favorite place to get a mani/pedi! 🎯And I have had them ALL over the world. Every single one of the staff members do a great job. Very clean facility! The receptionist/manager/owner chick (not sure her title but yall know who I am talking about if u have ever been in there) is so friendly and so on it! She keeps everyone in check. I had an ingrown and instead of the nail tech making it worse or to where it would come back the tech knew her boundaries and asked the sweet manager chick to come over and spent her own time to fix it and educate me on how to prevent it from happening again! Everywhere else would have just given me a quick fix and then I would have been back. I was and am very appreciative for that awesome customer service. The massage chairs r awesome! Dont forget to bring cash/check or tip since they wont let u tip on ur credit card. I get to visit BHM several times a yr and my in laws know this has to be my first stop! 💙💅🏼👣🎉
