This was an amazing experience. I took my two daughters and my wife and I. Everyone was happy I haven’t been in Alabama very long. I’ve been to four different shops, this one by far is the best. They took their time and attended to each of us with professionalism. The door wrap that they applied to my feet was amazing!!! Thank Sam we will return.❤️😊

My daughter and I visited this nail shop as walk-Ins. Our wait-time was very minimal. The workers did not rush, but took their time and did a wonderful job on our hands and feet. The Staff was very sociable, and offered us wine while being served. Being new clients, we were given a discount on services we received today, as well as received a card that gets punched at each visit resulting in a free service after 6 or 7 visits. The location was very neat and clean with each work station being cleaned after each client. I will definitely use this nail shop again. I will also refer family and friends to this location. I was very satisfied today.

LeLe did pretty good on my pedicure but Alexus did my full set ombré nails & cut about 3 fingers 1 bled. On the 1st pic you can see it on my ring finger. I definitely would not recommend her at all! It was beyond awful! But MeMe did good on my mom’s ombré nails. That’s who I’ll go back to once my fingers heal! Smh

The owner was very unprofessional! I called and scheduled an appointment only to arrive and be serviced 30 minutes later. The owner tried to force services on me after I repeatedly told her that’s not what I wanted. I was overcharged for my services and given the run around. She told me several different prices before establishing my total. Lexi my nail tech was awesome! However I am overall disappointed in my experience with the salon and it’s new owner!

I came here just to try it out. Very disappointed. The manicure was not relaxing. The lady tried to grab my hands after she gave a PEDICURE! (Did not wash her hands after touching ladies feet) and ruined my cuticles. She cut too deep and now my finger has been hurting for 5 days now.

I Was Greeted & Serviced By Sherry Or Cherri ( I Apologize If I Spelt It Wrong ) I Decided To Get A Full Set Of Coffin Nails & I Must Say, She Did Her Magic ! The Prices Are Very Fair ! I Love My Nails & Will Definitely Be Back ! Hopefully Im Lucky To Get The Same Tech 🤗

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the music was great as well as the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this shop and its only my first time coming and I didnt have an appointment. Im coming back 😁 the prices are reasonable!

I was recommended to go,so I called and set up an appointment. I was so happy to know they set appointments! It was a really welcoming energy and all of them were friendly.KiKi was a burst of sunshine and she helped me pick a color. All in all,they are great! Please make an appointment before 4:00pm. I know they close at six,but being a Retail Manager,they want to be able to finish their work and go home too. Be considerate! And tip!

I drove there for Halloween and was told they were closing early & wouldnt be taking walk-ins. I called today & asked if they were. The gentleman said yes. I drove from my home in Pinson to come here & when I got here, I was told they werent taking anyone else. I waste of my time & my gas. Ill never do it again. I wont beg anyone to take my money for a service. With this type of work ethic, this business will suffer financially.

My first visit was wonderful! I had a full set with clear polish and a gel top coat and beautiful square shaping. Very precise. My nails were beautiful! I loved the experience and decided to go back. When I finally went back, I had a different nail tech. Design was awful. Had her to change it, and it still wasnt beautiful, but I just let it go. All of the nails on my left hand broke by 2 days later. The acrylic was ridiculously thin. My first experience was wonderful and I wanted to make this salon my permanent home, but my second visit turned me off. Please let the owner do your nails. She did mine the first time. The second lady did a horrible job and I had to take all of my nails off and start over after I had beautiful growth. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Had read several good reviews and was looking forward to trying a new nail salon. I came at 5:15pm when the salon stays open until 7pm. I was told by the technician that they were not taking anyone else that day. Not an ideal way to treat a first time customer.

I went to get my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday, 2 of my nails broke!! I never write bad reviews because I was taught that if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all. Especially, since the 1st visit was good. I saw a different nail tech the second time and I just didnt think my 2nd visit to this place would be so horrible. If you can avoid this place, please do!

Today made my 3rd visit to T&K Nails and each time the atmosphere has been so warm and inviting. The staff is awesome and they give good advise on things to do at home to take better care of your nails.

I got a pedicure and gel nails by KiKi and MiMi today. This was my first time going to this salon and it was also my first pedicure in 4.5 months since I lost a toenail after dropping a bottle on it. I work out and run daily and my feet were SO hard, dry, and cracked. I joked with KiKi about how bad they were, knowing they couldnt be fixed in just one pedicure. But they look 100% better...SO smooth and soft! You can barely see how damaged they were! And my fingernails look SO good! I was a little skeptical of the great reviews when I saw it was attached to a gas station...haha! But I will definitely be back!I also appreciate that on the bad reviews, the owner immediately recognizes it and tries to make it right...its so frustrating leaving a salon unsatisfied. THAT is how you create loyal customers!

They were very nice but I came to get my eyebrows waxed and she messed them up, they look messy and she took too much hair off my eyebrow so there is hair missing .i wouldnt reccomend going there for waxing.
