Disappointed....I have been going to CD Nails for years and up until recently I have always received great service.All of a sudden my wanting three coats of polish when the color is really light became a problem. Ben was very unprofessional and loud he did not hesitate to tell me that no one likes doing my nails because I wanted three coats of polish.

My daughter recommended to me this nail shop. My first visits included a gel pedi/mani, acrylics, fill-Ins, polish changes, etc. But on Thursday ( 6/8), I went in to have it all removed and just to get a manicure and polish change on feet. I have never used this man before, but his method of removing my acrylics were very painful. He even tore my thumb nail down too far to where it was not only painful, but very uneven and jagged. He never apologized and I knew then-that was my last time visiting CD Nails. Before this guy, the older couple have been very cordial, as well as the young lady. I think he really did not want to do it and the manicure was hurried and sloppy. I also tip according to the service I received. My tip for him is: if you don’t want to do it -allow someone else to. I had plenty of time.

Im super picky, and my hands are super sensitive. Not once during this visit did I need to jump or pull my hand back from pain or the nail tech being rough. This was the most comfortable mani Ive ever gotten. I also appreciated the attitude from the main tech, a male. They had SO MANY color options. I was a walk-in and was served quickly despite several other customers being in chairs. Their gel fill-in price is also $5 less than all the surrounding nail salons. If I lived nearby, Id definitely be back.

Recently moved to the area and decided to try this nail salon. I went to get dip powder done and it looks AWFUL. Not only that, she filed away all of my natural nail (which I did not want done). My nails under the dip powder are little to nothing and are jagged, and the SNS is lumpy and overall they look crooked. I went in to get my nails done because I had 2 broken nails and she ended up ruining the rest of them. My friend went with me to fix 1 nail and that wasn’t even done right. To top everything off, she did not get close to my cuticle at all. It looks like I need a fill in already. I definitely do not recommend going there and I’ll be looking for somewhere else.

Quick to get service, friendly, and inexpensive. However, the technician did not do a thorough job in a few areas: getting polish off, cleaning area around nails, or filing. I asked the gentleman to go back and do some more and he hardly addressed the request.

I went here based off the reviews because I needed a new nail shop and I am SO glad I went here! I always go to Ken and he has my nails looking great all the time! Definitely give them a try! They are sweet, awesome people!

I’ve been going to Ben for about a year now him and his wife Leigh Ann are so nice and polite I don’t like to wait so I make appointments with him and I never had to wait over 5 minutes after my appointment time🥰🥰

I have been going here for at least 10 years. I love this salon. The owners Ben and LeeAnn are so sweet and kind. I love Ken. I request him every time. Holly is also wonderful. Try them, you will NOT be disappointed.

I was so incredibly impressed. Service at CD Nails was quick. I didnt have to wait and I never felt rushed. I got gel and they look amazing. Ken did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend him for gel nails! Also the prices are great. Overall wonderful experience!

They are nothing but professional and truly care about all of their customers💜 I will always refer anyone to them. Friendly staff, service & atmosphere. I love getting my nails done at CD Nails. Never have any problems. I finally tried the gel polish with a chrome finish & it looks amazing. Also the staff handles rude customers very well. Someone today was clearly looking to get free service & excessively rude to the staff. She was quite annoying but the owners handled the situation very humbly. You wont be disappointed here!

Well when I first got there and I got signed in I had to go back-and-forth with a lady with some really big ears about how to pick my color for my nails I Astor can I pick the fingernail polish off the wall and she argued me down that was strike one I felt like it was not her business she can voice her opinion but that does not have to be my decision strike two when I put my feet in the tub of water it was cold I had to ask can you please make this warm the water is cold the man replied all right is it warm enough for you with an attitude strike three my toenail he glued on is cranky I also asked him to clip them down in Macomb sure what he told me no it will be all the way down to the meet once again I do not care what I asked for one but I am pain strike three I thought when you pay to get your nails done that they will rub your calves in your feet is well well I did not get any of their treatment will not ever go back

I’m from Inverness where it’s very upscale nail places and very expensive however I moved to trussville and tried CD nails after reading reviews and chose Ben after several good reviews and I was not disappointed. Prices are much cheaper and my nails look better than they ever have. I highly recommend them. Foot and hand massage is my only complaint. It I went there to have my nails look good not for the massage so it was perfect

Just ok. The price for powder dipped nails was higher than anywhere I’ve ever gotten them and they’re just ok. There was no massage or cleaning out from under my nails for the manicure. They were fairly nice but it was just an ok experience and manicure for way too much money...
