Had a great experience today at Color Box! It was my first time going here and Im looking forward to going back for more services. The space is welcoming and calm, but most importantly to me, very clean. Carolina did my manicure and was very skilled, so sweet, and efficient (which is what I needed today!), but I still felt like I had a full-service experience. I got a dazzle dry manicure, and so far it is holding up well (and I am not the most careful after getting my nails done!). Love that it dries so quick without needing the whole gel/UV light business. Thanks, Color Box!

My technician, Sarah, was the sweetest and most friendly person I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting my pedicure from! She made sure I was comfortable from start to finish and was extremely attentive. My feet look and feel revitalized after my appointment!

Absolutely the BEST! Color Box is truly an experience. You dont just get a mani/pedi and out the door. You get welcomed, pampered and the hour or two you are there, you feel like you are in another world.I got the dazzle dry polish and in 8 to 10 min, my polish was dry and O was out the door. As someone that doesnt like gel, this is a great alternative that works. Never have I heard of this product until Color Box.If you are looking for a nail spa that has excellent service, Color Box is your new establishment to go to.

I never write reviews but I’m very unhappy. This was my second visit coming to this salon. After doing gelx nails, one of my nails was very thick and did not notice til I finished. She had told me to buy nail glue during the middle of the appointment which I was confused but did not think anything of it. I asked the girl to fix it which she replied we would just add more product. I asked if she would remove that one nail and redo it which she replied she’s booked and doesn’t have time for that. As you can see great customer skills. I spoke to the front desk which she replied I don’t see anything wrong but she send a picture to the owner. The owner was conveniently in a meeting but they would get back to me. I drove thirty minutes home as that is how far I live. I receive a call to come back tomorrow which I just deciding the cost of gas isn’t worth going back. They tried to charge me for missing the repair appointment which if I hadn’t caught would have gone through. When I called the girl at the front desk blamed me and told me the owner went out of her way to come in for the repair and you didn’t even show up. This place is super expensive and you feel rushed at every appointment. I did tip like I normally would but there are way better salons out there and I plan to take my money elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I have finally found a nail place I will forever go to. Hannah, my nail artist is amazing! She has the softest touch and is very gentle. She pays very close attention to detail on each nail including length, shape, cuticle clean up, etc. My nails have never been so long and healthy. I have always worn fake nails, and ever since I started seeing Hannah regularly, I don’t wear fake nails anymore and my nails have never looked and felt so good. Hannah’s client care goes unmatched, and she also does nail art (literally anything you could ever want). My manicure lasts 3 weeks with NO peeling or breakage. It’s unreal! I cannot recommend this place enough.Hannah is definitely my jack of all trades- she does my eyebrows and lashes a well. She is so good at what she does.

Such a great place! The entire staff is so accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable. Kendra is a pro, explained the procedure (I had my upper/lower lids) with the plasma pen as well as making sure I was comfortable (which I was). I’vehad other procedures done (cryo skin) and am exited to return for more treatments!

Had such a great experience for my first time at Color Box! I got the Dermasound treatment and a lash lift and tint and was so happy with the results of both! The dermasound treatment was gentle on my skin and left it feeling refreshed & the lash lift and tint gave my lashes an extra pick me up that I wanted to not have to wear mascara all the time. Staff was super nice and Sarah did an amazing job, not only shes great at what she does, but she is personable, easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable while shes working. Am definitely going back and would recommend to anyone!

First time here and it rocked! It’s hard finding someone who’s good at dip, and Pam was the best. I got exactly what I wanted and she was so fun to chat with. Color Box was so adorable inside. Great decor, items to buy and all around get atmosphere. I’ll be back soon!

Love the ladies at CB! My daughters and I went for gel manicures, and we all had a great experience. I drive 35minutes to get my nails done because of their product line, knowledgeable and talented staff, and the environment. Can’t wait to go back!

Love Color Box!!! I have been looking for a quality salon for quite some time now and am so glad to have found them. They offer pretty much anything you would be looking to get done. Very luxurious and clean there. I get my nails done by Pamela and facials/lashes by Sarah.My favorite thing is the user friendly app they have. You can book and reschedule/cancel through the app and its super easy to use.

When I moved to this area I had such a hard time finding a nail salon that was comfortable and didn’t accidentally “nip” me when trimming my cuticles. Since I found Color Box it’s the only place I go! Pam is excellent & goes above & beyond. After my last gel mani, my post mani activities included a mountain climbing & hiking 2 week vacay followed by tiling a bathroom & moving into a new home - and NOT ONE CHIP! If my nails hadn’t grown out so you wouldn’t have even been able to tell how much hard work these hands had been doing. Pam is an artist & truly a pro at her craft. 10/10 will always recommend Pam & Color Box to everyone! Thank you for always taking such good care of me :)

Beautiful spa like atmosphere. Reclined on an anti-gravity chair with heated neck pillow and eye pillow while relaxing spa meditation music played in the salon. It was the first waterless pedicure Ive ever had. They use hot trowels instead. Its a bit pricey but so worth the pampering. I re-booked before I left. 🙂👍

Color Box is absolutely the best nail salon around. The place is clean - & gorgeous. The staff is warm & welcoming. The nail techs are fantastic. All of that and if you get a pedicure, they have you wear a warm eye compress & neck compress, a cozy blanket and they put you in a zero gravity chair while working on your feet. Luxurious!

Pamela was so friendly and did a great job on my pedicure and polish. I never had a waterless pedicure, but it was very effective. Everything was so clean and calming and I really liked the products used during the pedicure. I am so glad I found this salon and I will definitely be back!

There aren’t enough words to describe how good the experience was. I will tell literally everyone I know about this place. If I could give a higher rating I would. After my appointment I called 2 people I know just to tell them how great it was.

Imagine being led to a heated, zero gravity chair, along with a warm neck pillow and warm eye mask both scented with lavender. Now imagine that you’re able to sip your coffee, tea or mimosa all while having the best foot massage ever. As you begin to drift slowly into a Zen like state you can feel your technician gently rubbing your feet with a silky, smooth foot scrub. My feet felt as smooth as a babies bottom with a waterless pedicure. The use of the warm towels, combined with wrapping you in plastic with a heating pad is a wonderful way to experience a pedicure not to mention very hygienic.

It was such a wonderful experience. Everyone is so accommodating to your needs. I called the day before to schedule something this week and of course theyre booked, but what was nice is that they put me on a cancelation list in which they would call me if anyone canceled. And I got in the next day. Technically, I couldnt make the exact time they offered because I was at work, so they let me come in when I could and see what I could get done before their next appointment.Like any good nail salon, they clean all of their tools using the autoclave. The setting is very comforting and calm. They have heating pads galore. As soon as you sit down your chair is heated.I was lucky enough to have Kelly, shes very gentle, precise and methodical about her work. She asks what you want and is culturally adept. Im Muslim and cover my hair and body, she gave me the option to lift my pants or to keep them down, as well as, keeping an eye out for any males passing by if I chose to roll up my pants.Shes a great conversationalist and for those who dont want to talk, she respects that time too!I got a pedi and medi without polish for the first time, so I wasnt sure if I was just throwing money out the window just to get my nails buffed, but it was so much more than that. Its definitly an experience and I cant wait to do it again. I highly recommend to come here.

Pam seemed to be OK with conversation during the service but I felt she was sort of all over the place, got up several times during the service. I didnt receive the sugar scrub exfoliation as advertised with the gel manicure service. When I asked her about it she said that was with a different manicure service, as if I cant read. My nails also started chipping by the following Wednesday when I initially got them done on Saturday so I had to return. She also seemed distracted during that visit and kept looking at her phone. Im used to my gel manicures lasting at least two weeks and the obligations of the description fulfilled unless otherwise noted. I also left this review with the shop as they followed up with a link to review after my visit and I find it disheartening that the review wasnt followed up on.

Best dry spa pedicure I have ever had! I never even knew they existed! The recliner chair, blanket, heated rice bag for my neck and the eye masks had me in la-la land! It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and I will definitely be coming back!💗

I found this place to have the best eyelash lift and tint. It last longer then then the ones that I have had at other places. Plus they make sure the lashes are straight. Other places lashes were going in different directions.

Kelly did my manicure 10 days ago and it is still looking good! It was a regular manicure and she was very careful and quick! I had it done on a Wednesday, for a wedding on Saturday so I was skeptical that it would still look good for the weekend! The manicure held up better .than any Ive ever had and here I am at day 10. The Color Box has a very calming atmosphere and is very clean. My daughter bought me a gift card here and Im so happy I came. Kelly is awesome in her work and I would definitely recommend Color Box!

I received a mani/pedi with Kelly and it was wonderful and much needed. I hadnt treated myself in a year due to COVID and not only were their protocols safe and clean, the service overall was amazing! This nail bar is extremely clean and every detail is thought out and unique to the mani/pedi experience. I had my first waterless pedicure which in reality, I likely wont return to other nail bars where you soak your feet. My nails look great and my feet have never been this soft and take care of before. Thanks, Color Box!!

This was the best pedicure ever! I have never had a waterless pedicure before. It was so nice and relaxing. I wanted to love this place - it has online booking, a lot of color choices, and is super nice inside. The gel manicure I received, however, was not up to par. My tech was really nice, so I didnt want to complain at the time, but I looked at my polish-covered cuticles and uneven filing in low-key shock that 1. she thought she did a suitable job and didnt try to fix these errors before setting them in UV, and 2. that I was about to pay $40 for a *much* worse manicure than my usual place (which is only $25).Gel usually lasts flawlessly on my nails for 10 days at least - this one was chipped twice after 2 days, and is already bubbling off on the sides in several places. I had to painfully remove the paint from my cuticles as it looked awful, giving me a rugged bottom edge (which will probably chip soon too now).It sounds like other techs are way better at what they do, but be aware that they dont properly train or do quality assurance on some of their employees - who knows what youll end up paying for!

Simply the best! Pam is amazing - She is The best. I fell asleep twice during the pedicure. They put a hot pad on your back and optional on your neck and forehead. It’s incredible. My gel nails last for 3 wks. Could not be happier. Thank you!!

I love going to Christine when I need my nails done! She is always up to do something fun, and is a joy to talk to. When I first started seeing Christine I was used to having my nails square with rounded edges and was always having them break due to the length and I am rough on my hands. She convinced me to have my nails more rounded so that they would be stronger. I am glad I listened to her advice, because my nails have not broke since (unless they got to long or the gel chipped after two weeks).

Been going here for about 3 years, and I always book with Kelly, their prices are a little outrageous but the service, cleanliness and quality somewhat account for it and I’ve yet to have a bad experience!

I decided I wanted to get permanent eyeliner done so happy I went to see Melissa Padilla. I was a little nervous but Melissa was professional and made me feel comfortable. The process was easy and I never felt any pain. Melissa made sure I was numb the whole time. She answered all my questions and I left feeling amazing. I have gotten so many compliments and am so happy!!! Melissa was great and made sure I was satisfied!!! I cant thank Melissa enough and the whole staff was amazing!!! Michelle did a really good job on my dipped nails. They look great. She was professional and thorough.Cleanliness: The salon looked very clean. I watched one of the employees change all the sheets and towels for one of the pedicure chairs after a woman left. Michelle opened a sealed package with all the nail tools that she used.

I was pampered yesterday on an entirely new level! It was my first time at Color Box and what an experience it was. I am a mom of two little ones and a business owner. I desperately needed the relaxation that was so perfectly delivered, down to every little detail. I’ve had many spa services before but never anything to this equivalent. I was treated to a wonderfully thorough and relaxing manicure. After which I was lead to the most comfortable chair I’ve ever been in for a pedicure on a level I’ve never experienced. I was wrapped in a comfy blanket, given a heated eye mask, neck wrap and reclined into the most relaxing position. The pedicure was incredible, I think I even dozed for a moment. THEN I had a facial and a massage and OH man! The facial long definitely overdue and felt amazing. As a prior massage therapist, I’m very particular about the massage I receive. Christine hits every point for me! She gives the best detailed yet fluid massage I’ve received! It was invigorating, relaxing and effective.Overall, if there’s any question in your mind...my experience was AMAZING! I drove from Dexter and will definitely be back. Everyone was lovely, the environment was rejuvenating and the details for every service was so well thought out, right down to the warm toilet seat 😉. Color Box really cares about your comfort and maximizes the time that you’ve set aside for yourself to recharge. They make it perfect! Thank you so much!
