You can do everything on your phone all the way up until your purchase is ready. Trust me when I say they are phenomenal! For the past five years, we’ve used FastSigns to produce a sticker that we distribute to customers during our annual Independent Bookstore Day event. We’re always pleased with the result, not only in the product that is of excellent quality, but also in the customer service. Started speaking with Andy about Door Vinyl for our new office location and different options for light-up window signs. He sent over a quote for the door Vinyl and one option for a light-up sign. The option didnt work for us and he suggested another option for a led neon flex light. Informed us he would contact the company and get back us. I emailed him that we needed to proceed with the door vinyl while we wait for the led neon. When I didnt hear back I called and he said they have a new graphics designer and there was a delay and hed get everything over to me and then call me within a day about the light up sign. Never heard back after emailing AGAIN. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend wasting your time here. On the upside found out we can get the led neon flex light ourselves directly through manufacturers online- something you should consider too AND found a great sign company down the road the exceeded our expectations for our door vinyl.
