All people very friendly and ready to help. The first employee told us to bring our RV or call the Police, to make the inspection. After all, our RV was from another state. The second employee, was also very nice and professional, really appreciate the attention we received there. And I didnt know had inside the Lauderhill Mall this tag agency. Detail, this agency opened 19 years ago… ahahha so close to home. The place was super empty and everything was super fast.

I waited for 50 min when the screen said 5 min which caused me to be late to work. When I got to that line, I guess I made a mistake and went to the wrong line. So I told the lady that I didn’t know if they were specific line. She told me she would transfer me to the title line and wait for 20 min. There were 2 empty windows, I asked her if I could go to the open windows, she said no I gotta wait 20 min. Which everybody that came after me, will have to go before me. No help at all.
Every step of my experience at this facility was great. You check yourself in online, once this is complete, your name appear on monitor, indicating wait time before you get to see a representative. My wait time was 10 minutes. Staff member was very professional and respectful.

Very fast and to the point you sign in and you get notifications on your phone when its about 4 min before its your turn.
When i was text to approaches the window I couldnt get there fast enough because I walk with a cane when I arrived the lady called someone else so I stood behind the person shes serving for a good ten minutes.when she was done even though she saw me she when in the back to cheat chat with her friends while I was standing there waiting for her. When the lady in the next window saw what happened she called me over to her window and helped me. I wad very grateful to her. Some of these people have major attitudes. They need to have a class on customer service.

The wait time was very reasonable, you check in and wait for them to text or call your name, however I came in for a renewal and ask the clerk about turning in papers for a sold vehicle & she showed a great attitude. The clerk next to her advised her to enter the information in the system as the car being sold. Didnt understand why she had an attitude. If she doesnt like doing her job then I am pretty sure its others out here that would love to take her place.

I appreciate the system that is in place regarding the waiting list. They require you to check in at a kiosk and they will alert you when you are ready to be seen. The service was quick and I was in and out in 45 minutes.
I been going there for years and today I left feeling upset with the service. The person who took care of me was rude and had a huge attitude it seem like she didn’t wanted to be there. She didn’t help me out when I ask her a question she ignored the fact I even ask her something, hope the customer service gets better on the long run.
Since Covid you have to sign in. People they know can walk through the door and they take them before you. And your waiting on renewals and there not calling any of them. Never seen such poor service out of this place.
It was an okay service. Not too slow not too fast. The gentleman that assisted me was very efficient but not very polite. It was hard to find the office, it is inside the mall all the way down the hallway. You check in yourself at the computer and wait to be called. It is a small office and due to the pandemic it is easy to gather a lot of people on busy times. You can make an appointment online but it will be only to get a title not other services.
My phone died I walked back to retrieve my phone. Then I charged my phone in order to, continue. Young lady very helpful. Everything moved very fast and I was finished.
I moved to Florida and had to register my vehicle. I went to Broward Auto Tag Agency and did not have to wait long. The personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the services I required. I will highly recommend this agency for anyone in need of registering their vehicle.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Once I was at the window my entire transaction only took 20 minutes. And I was able to get everything done.
I went there during the week of April 15 for a temporary handicap parking permit. After doing the registration on the computer that they have at the lobby and you need to specify the reason for your visit, I was #2 and it gave me an approx. wait time of 6 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 mins later and going around with my knee scooter, I wasnt assisted yet. It wasnt until I asked one of the workers that I got finally assisted. At the time of being assisted the worker told me that theyre out of temporary permits. It was very frustrating because they didnt even put a sign to let the customers know. The woman who was assisting me even told me that she didnt know that I was there for a handicap parking permit, for which I told her: that is what the registration is for. Then she opted to ignore me and call the next customer. I told her that the minimum she should do is to find me a location with the permits available for me to go right away and to not continue hurting my foot. I asked another employee to call the manager and she also ignored me.It wasnt until another customer saw the situation and we both called the manager (Toni) who kindly helped me and call to another location with tags available. This place should get rid of these other 2 employees who dont even like to work and have no idea of what customer service is and opted to ignore their customers. If it wasnt for the other customer and Toni, I wouldnt have my parking permit. Avoid this place!! They dont care about customers.

I went on a day that wasn’t too busy and was in and out within 30 minutes, the whole process is fast especially for a tag! Definitely recommend.
The young lady that serviced me was training another young lady. She wasnt very polite, but she got my situation taken care of. I got there 9am and was out by 9:30 am, but I had to return because my form was not filled out correctly by my doctor. When I returned, she waited on me right away.Overall it was a good visit!
The only good thing is that you can make an appointment, but dont expect them to take you at your appointment time. Youll be called at least 30 to 40 min after. Also I just wasted 3 hours to register my truck only to be told that the tag agency incorrectly filled out my title. So now have to go back to take agency and wait another 3 hrs another day to register my truck. Double check all paperwork they have no idea what theyre doing.
There’s a wait time but it’s not long . And once you’re called it’s goes really fast from there

I was in the Ft. Lauderdale office. Clean, spacious & respectful of social distancing. You can wait outside, in your car, or wherever you want. Once you sign in they text you with the amount of time you will have to wait & how many people are ahead of you, They continue sending texts the closer you get to the front of the linePleasant experience. Friendly, & helpful. Did not encounter any rude people!Renewed my tag in 10 minutes (after waiting in line of course)😃😊
The young woman who assisted me was lovely. The service was fine. I appreciated the automatic system giving updates on wait time via text message.What I cant understand is why in a pandemic with an astounding unemployment rate this agency cant hire enough people to open all 5 windows simultaneously? Also, why have people standing around waiting for customers at the dealer only counter when no one needs that service at that time? Seems like a an easy fix. Hire and cross-train to provide better customer service.Everyone was masked and social distanced but you do need to wait inside a enclosed area for a decent amount of time.
Waited and finally reached the front of the line. I even received a text message saying window 5. I get there and the lady says “I called him first” referring to another individual. What’s the point of registering if they can call on who ever they want?????

Good Experience Today. Very nice older lady window 4 assisted me with a tag renewal today. I had a toll violation,she assisted me in what to do, I completed that,and was able to still renew my tag today.
I was quoted a 16min wait. After 40mins a teller finally announced their system was down. She laughed to herself slightly once she made the announcement. Then she stood back up and thanked us for our patience. The system did not update my wait time. I purposely checked and I was still quoted 16mins. In reality, I’ve been waiting almost an hour.
The Cashier was very knowledgeable, and working with a fast pace very nice to the customers. I am very happy with the service.
I wish I could give this place a negative 5 star rating. This have got to be the worst Auto Tag Agency across the state of Florida. No professionalism from management on down. This is a private office so they really dont care. The state needs some kinda of oversight at this location so they can see how customer are treated. If you can stay away from this location its not worth the frustration and aggravation and employees being rude. The assistant manager there was the worst.

I’ve been there several times. It’s the first time I’m really satisfied with the service. It was quick (even though their system said I was going to wait 44 minutes). It was way faster. The service was good. I’m glad they’re working on getting better.
It was an easy process I checked in at the kiosk entered my number and name and why I was here and received a text message right away informing me about my wait time and updating me as it got closer to my turn. I loved it it was very fast and the service was excellent, friendly and painless with everything going on today this wasn’t stressful at all. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Of course the wait is going to be what it is just like any other place of business but the person that I was dealing with was very nice she was on point about everything and I was out the door so I appreciate her.
I walked in the store just after 10am, I registered at the automatic registration machine, and soon after I received a text message letting me know that I had 13 customers ahead of me and that I my turn would be in 52 minutes. As I did not want to sit in the store, I used the waiting time to go to a nearby supermarket to buy lunch. I was back to the store at 10.32am and then I received another text message to let me know I was next. So, by 10.35am I was showing my paperwork to the office lady, I paid the tag renewal fees, and I was out by 10.40am. The process was quick and efficient.
The process was fast and easy. I would definitely refer anyone to this business, because it’s professional and organized.

While standing at the counter working with an employee to pay for a new plate and registration, pricing was very unclear. The employee was only able to tell me all the prices until after the whole transaction was completed and then even after that she had to make an additional $3+ charge because she missed it initially. Each employee should have the ability to show the customer a paper with the prices including comparison of standard versus specialty plate. Even more frustrating — for the employees — is the design of the sign-in system. Several employees complained to one another (and trying to laugh about it, understandably) that so many customers pick the wrong service. If there are so many, then that is a key indicator the issue is not with the customers (nor the employees), but with the design of the sign-in system in guiding the customers to select their service. Correcting just this would go a long way to making the wait times for customers shorter (so they do not have to move queues after already waiting a long time), but more importantly, would make the employees lives more pleasant because they don’t have to deal with annoyed customers, and they don’t have to keep saying the same thing over and over again to ill-queued customers.
Only complaint, to many people inside the building at a time. Should enforce COVID RESTRICTIONS. Social Distancing is very important for customer safety.
Avoid at all cost, the people who work here are lazy. They will make you take extra trips to the dmv for stuff they can fax, reading comprehension amongst the workers is generally low.
With no appointment took maybe 45 mins and you can walk around the mall if you use the texted option pretty nice

Was told a 5 minute wait. I left after 65 minutes. At 80 minutes I guess it was my turn.I am a patient person. I understand sometimes we have to wait. But stop putting up times that are unrealistic and give truthful updates.I would suggest find anywhere else on this planet to do business.

The line was long but went fast and the window service very fast once I got there it was fast and quick and the agent was very courteous.
Fortunately we had a title issue and the wait was not long and the cashier was basically courteous and efficient.
Noting, and I mean NOTHING gets wiped down. And to sign in they use a touch screen. Also, I hadnt realized it was cash or check only. I asked her approx how much it would be and she told me an amount under $50. Well, it ended up being OVER $150!!! So have extra cash if you dont have a check. And bring your own cleaning stuff and gloves. It is Filthy in there.

The tag agency was using text messages to let you know your turn. This was great considering COVID times, I suggest replying every time the system sends you a text message simply type s. When I was attended, Carmen took care of my wife and I she was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the laws and paper work. She gave us great service and made us feel welcomed to Florida where we just moved. I highly recommend this tag agency.

I had a 9am appointment and was there for one hour and 40 min..was never called. When I asked someone they told me they called me at 9..while I was still standing outside to get in. Nobody called names outside. Nobody wants to help you..they are automatically ready to argue. I wasted my time and gas to get there to be told you cant make an appointment for tags! How did they call my name at 9 00 for an appointment and then turn around and say there are no appointments for tags? I will never go to this location again!

I waited for two hours I was #7 with 22 min. Wait time. They skipped my name,lost me in the system. Two hours later I asked the clerk what happened. She walked await without given any human common curtosey. Then she said Id be two ppl next. After 4th person and two hour addition skips I had to walk up an demand next service. Finally got service and the Spanish dude who finally helped me...played the barely able to speak English card and treated me like I was just a number he was unwilling to serve!!!! Horrible private company yet we stuck with horrible service because we need our vehicles for work and daily stability of providing for our families.
The rep that was handling my situation was very unprofessional. She was speaking to me in a way as if I should know all the fees thats associated with the vehicle needs. Dont think I will be going back to the Lauderhill mall tag agency.

A prime example of when government services that are required by law are privatized. Aside from the rudeness, they make it next to impossible to do thing. Don’t accept the forms the state of Florida lists on this website. Be prepared to wait a while and then be sent home empty handed with forms to fax (like it’s 1995 again) to a slew of agencies across the nation, then wait weeks for things to be mailed via the USPS, before you’re able to register your vehicle (which the state allies 10 days for you to do).
I came in with my Son today to transfer a car title into his name. The woman who helped us was pleasant, kind, explained things and helped us make the right decisions for our transfer. The process for check-in was simple and the wait very short. Thank you!
The wait was about an hour at the Sunrise and Federal agency due to the Thanksgiving holiday. It took only a few minutes once my number was called and the agent was very fast and efficient. Ill definitely use them again. Just get there early.

Got there right after 10:00AM on Saturday. Registered online. There were about 6 people already waiting. Shortly afterward I received a text telling me I was next. Many more people came in and registers then were taken ahead of those waiting. I finally asked why if I was #1, why were others being taken before me. I was told only 1 person could help me and I should wait.Others complained about being passed up. The one person that could help me then took another person that had been in earlier but had to leave to get more info. Finally it was my turn after waiting 1 hour only to be told my form was a xerox and had to be an original.
I was in and out, the clerk took the necesarie time with me.
Made an appointment online in the morning for that afternoon, waited no more than 10 minutes and was out with a new title and tag. Location is cash or check (2% surcharge) only so be prepared, but otherwise very quick.
I had great service at this location this morning I got in signed in said it would be a 1/2 hr wait there were 7 people in front of me I was in and out within the 1/2 hr would definitely recommend this location. Just make sure you have everything you need.

I like the waiting line. You now can run errands if the wait is 2 hours. You receive periodic updates on ur position in line. This avoid a crowd inside. I love it.
We went some days ago to transfer a title from Michigan to Florida, and to transfer plates as well. We had Carmen there and she was the nicest. She was patient with us and did a great job. She also explained things very clearly.
