Davis is amazing!!!! My fiancé and I went there to look for his wedding band, she was so helpful on helping him decide what he wanted & we found the perfect ring!! We mentioned looking at a few other pieces in the store & she went out of her way to answer all of our questions and educate us on all of our options. She even cleaned a couple of pieces of personal jewelry for us. The best experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store & I will never go anywhere else from now on. Levy’s was very busy and quite short staffed today but that may have just been because of the weekend holiday. Also their inventory seemed pretty depleted after their big sale. Alex was very helpful as was Brenton. My only complaint is their needs to me more inviting places to sit in the store to discuss repairs or reimagining jewelry.

Going to Levy’s is always fun! Their selection is like none other. My favorite items are in the estate jewelry collection. The sales persons are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. They never hurry you and they make you feel that your being there is important. Levy’s is a very special experience!

I went and picked up my 19+ year old wedding band today after leaving it with Levys for a size adjustment and cleaning. Could not believe it when they brought it out. Looked brand new! And they had it done a week earlier than planned. Wonderful staff and work.

Levy’s was nothing short of AMAZING. They took my ring in to size and was the only place in town that wouldn’t ship it far away to get sized. They did it in house with a specific jeweler to ensure it was done correctly. They have a ton of experience with older, very detailed pieces so I felt fully confident they could handle my ring. I was going with my girlfriend to pick up a piece of jewelry that she was having reset. I’ve never been in the store before and we went in on a Saturday. They were very busy. However the owner came out to help her and she liked it very much. While we were there I had my girlfriend look at rings that she liked. The next week I called Breton who showed us the rings. Breton was very helpful and eager to earn my business. I’ve seen some of the other reviews on here and they’re not a discount store. You’re getting high quality and a great family reputation. If you’re looking for something unique and a store that will stand behind what they sell this is a great place. Be sure to ask for Breton, he knows his inventory and is willing to work with you.

I was not dressed nicely as I entered the store but I was greeted by the owner and another saleswoman almost immediately. I enjoyed being shown the unique and vintage jewelry without being rushed and found the atmosphere charming. I was not actually planning on buying jewelry (as I was literally wearing pajama pants) but I purchased 2 beautiful rings from their store. Great people work there!

Any place that you have to be “buzzed” into is going to have a story, and Levy’s is no exception. The atmosphere is old school classy, without being stodgy. You’ll be “customer serviced” in the best way, even if you come in wearing cargo shorts and steel toe boots in December. The cases are filled with bright and shiny. Tons of choices here. I knew the item and stone color and price range for a birthday gift. My saleslady hunted down the perfect gift in no time. With the sales discount i came in under my budget. It was even vintage Victorian which made it even better than i could have dreamed of. So much quality and design i dont see in brand new.

Jared is wonderful and so kind and helpful. Anne has not only become my “personal shopper” but also a close friend from working with her at Levy’s. She goes above and beyond to find estate jewelry that I love and even notifies my husband when a really special piece comes in that she thinks I would love (you cannot get any better than that! I recently acquired an Edwardian sapphire and diamond ring that was in need of some restoration. Not the kind of ring you hand to just any jeweler! So I contacted Levy’s, as THE name in antique jewels in the state, to ask if I could mail it to them to have the restoration done. No problem! Joseph had the piece checked over and a quote to me for the repairs on the same day they received it. The ring was restored, appraised and shipped back to me swiftly. Absolutely superb customer service.

I was In Levy’s on Saturday morning, Jared waited on me. I wanted a 16 inch paper clip necklace they did not have in stock. Jared said he would call on Monday after he found out if he could get one for me. Monday came and went...no call from Jared. I called on Wednesday and talked to David who said Jared was on the floor with a customer and he took my number....never heard from Jared. I realize it can take time to find out but all Jared had to do was text or call and let me know he was working on it. I’m glad Levy’s does such a good business they don’t have to worry about less expensive purchases:(

This is sad for me to say. I was given a religious symbol of jewelry without the ability to wear as a necklace or bracelet. I searched Levys Jewelers and they had nothing to fit it. I later discovered many jewelry stores are the same way.

Tracy went above and beyond by helping me identify a specific piece of jewelry I saw in a commercial, then getting that piece to her store. Since I was coming from Tuscaloosa, she texted me a photo of the piece and was willing to text and communicate at times convenient to me, which was usually after hours. I love my new diamond necklace!

Davis was a super helper for shopping remotely. She tried the rings on and sent me photos so I could see how it might look on my hand. I love that she also the same sales person I had 3 years ago and remembered me! I had my 90 year old wedding ring repaired here and it looks brand new. I lost a stone while cleaning and the total cost was $545 to repair/replace all 4 aquamarine stones, replace all 8 prongs, and put a new layer of white gold on the ring setting. If you have a valuable item that needs work it will be in good hands here.
