Isbell Jewelry took my wedding band and totally made it look prettier than the original, it was a pleasure to do business with them, they have beautiful jewelry to purchase also! He knew exactly what to do with my ring to update it and it’s more comfortable to wear! I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs! Anthony did a wonderful job!

The lady operating the front end of the store was very helpful and pleasant. The jeweler who was present that day was exceptionally rude. I went through a very nasty divorce a few years ago and simply wanted to unload my old wedding set. He turned up his nose, gave a very low quote (which I expected…I don’t need the money, anyway), and said “I ain’t got no reason to buy this.” I understand not wanting to buy; however, the rudeness was unnecessary and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be back for any purchasing needs that may arise.

I dropped my ring off to be sized June 12th. I’ve never received a phone call the next week like they said. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now. No answer but I left voice messages. Ive left Facebook messages and even left comments on their Facebook posy. No response. So I took off work today and drove 1 hr 45 minutes to find out they are closed July 3-12. Which is fine but I have been calling since before that and no response. I wasted a vacation day and drove 1 hr 45 minutes for nothing. They are nice when we bought the ring but the customer service is non existent after that so beware.

Isbell reset my wife’s wedding ring adding diamonds to the original diamond. They did a beautiful job that transformed her ring and she’s totally happy with it’s dazzling new look. Great craftsmanship and customer service. Looking forward to using them again!

Isbells designed an engagement setting for us for an asscher cut stone that other well-known jewelers seemed to have a difficult time assisting us with. They did a great job helping us find a setting to perfectly compliment it and later made a matching eternity band. They have the most amazing jewelry, especially their custom pieces, for a great price. They are the kindest people and you will not find individuals who are more knowledgeable and talented anywhere around. I get compliments weekly and its been a few years since my engagement setting was done; that says something in my book. If you have something custom in mind or a love for vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, this is your place! :)
