Let me start by saying I have not done business with Wachler Estate Collection yet. That will be changing in the coming years. David is as genuine as it gets, im sure his parents are just as great. Truly an amazing store and I will refer them to anyone I know.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring and Gary was so helpful! We had not made an appointment and the store was closing for the day and yet he still spent the time (over an hour) explaining the intricacies of diamond shopping. We went back for a second consultation and Gary again spent over an hour answering all our questions and providing us with all the information we needed to make an educated decision on our purchase. He is very patient and diligent. They had very beautiful pieces available for viewing and Gary even informed us that if we had a specific design we wanted for the engagement band they would be able to make one for us! If you want to go to a place where you can feel comfortable asking any question and taking you time making such a crucial decision, this is the place to go! I was excited to visit the Wachler family in their new location, I was shopping for a vintage rolex and found a great deal on a two tone from the 80s that was perfect. David was very knowledgeable about watches, and even had my grandfathers IWC dress watch repaired and made to look like new. I highly recommend you check out their new store.

Went in to have a couple of links removed from a Rolex. They said they didnt have enough staff, so theyd have to send it out, which was fine. However, he looked at my watch and asked if it was a fake Rolex, which was incredibly rude. Even if it was a fake, just do the job requested and take payment after the work.I understand that not everybody has seen a custom Rolex, but insulting a potential customer is bad form. Especially after looking them up and down, then asking if their item is fake.Only Rolex stores can turn away fake Rolexs because they dont want to support that industry, but those same stores can identify genuine without insulting a client.
