I have gone to this shop for years for jewelry repairs and sometimes purchases. The owner, his wife, and others were great. Apparently, the son is taking over and he does not have the same kind personality. He is rather arrogant and seems too busy to help. This is disappointing. I recently went in to get an earring repaired and he was going to charge me to drop the stone (costume jewelry) back into the prongs and said the loop had to be replaced. The price was more than I was willing to pay. I went home and performed the work myself (the loop didnt need to be replaced, just the two pieces snapped back together.) All of the prongs were there, I just needed to tighten them. It took two minutes.

I needed earrings repaired and found much more than I expected. Fantastic selection of jewelry. Friendly & knowledgeable owner. No question I’ll be back to shop again.

Such a gem! Joel is lovely to work with and will fix things that you thought could not be repaired. I brought a rare watch to him that would not fit no matter what. Voila - he made it work. Also, I have a terrible allergy to all metals and cannot wear earrings. But Joel will switch out posts for surgical steel and I have no reaction! They sell pretty jewelry too. Five stars!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They have designed 3 rings for my family!The one thing I love most about my engagement ring and wedding band is how unique they are. My husband was able to design exactly what he wanted and came out perfect. Dylan would show him designs before it was set in stone. I had his ring engraved for me and it was exactly what I wanted. Dylan went above and beyond for us! They even designed a ring for my mother as a replacement wedding band. It was stunning. I can’t say enough about Mount-N-Repair. Highly recommend and they ship all over the US. So don’t hesitate if you’re visiting from out of town.

This is really a great place to do business with. This family run business did an incredible job custom-making an engagement ring to fit the stones that I had, all while making me feel comfortable and not pressured throughout the process. After the proposal, we worked with Mount-N-Repair to create a wedding ring to match my wife’s engagement ring.To show to how satisfied we were with their service, I had them make her a necklace and earrings to wear on our wedding day as well. Even though I was on the road traveling for part of the process, and then moving out-of-state, they were great about communicating and helped me with a rush job without even mentioning it.You’ll be in good hands if you go here.

I have stainless steel bracelet which was broken into two pieces and I doubt it could be fixed. I went to Mount - N -Repair and met Dilan who find a very wise solution to fix the bracelet. I was very pleased with the result and now the bracelet is back on my wrist. Thank you Dilan for great job. I started going to Mount-N-Repair when a friend recommended them for jewelry repair. They fixed two pairs of my grandmas earrings that were passed down to me and unfortunately broke in different places. One repair was done immediately and the other was completed within two days. They also told me some information I didnt know about the pieces - what type of metal, and the stones in them.Fast forward to about a week ago, my grandmas pearl bracelet broke and I knew immediately where to take it. It was completed in less than a week and was very reasonable in price. The piece was done just as beautifully as the day my grandma bought it and im so happy it will last now!!A final note- while I was in for the bracelet, I was looking for a very similar replacement to a necklace I recently lost. While they didnt have anything in stock, one of the team members brought out multiple books and helped me find the perfect replacement which they custom ordered for me.All around - this store is wonderful and I couldnt recommend it more highly!!

Everyone at the shop has been so helpful. I drought in my bevel to be fixed and the fixed it and cleaned it very quick and for a reasonable price!!! Brought in another bracelet and they attempted to clean it on the spot for me but when they figured out they couldn’t suggested an alternative (affordable option) to make it brand new.

They have repaired silver earring posts and a worn Tiffany charm bracelet. All repairs were fairly quoted, given a promise date, and professionally completed.
