Threw in many things at cost and even a few small things for free(marker light,etc)Great to talk with and deal with. Front office staff is extremely friendly! Always a great experience here. We take both cars there for a good reason. The best part is the communication in regards to what’s going on with your car, never have to call wondering how much this is going to cost. They have a detailed view of what needs to be done and you have the option to approve all the work or just what needs to be done now. You can’t afford not to have service like that.

What I thought was a major engine oil leak in my car turned out to be something very simple. Jason’s Auto Service DID NOT charge me for the small item I need replaced and minor maintenance that needed to be done. With everything else that was going on in my life at the moment it was truly a blessing!! The woman at the front desk was such a delight and they truly made me believe there are still amazing people in this world!! I will most definitely be back to this business again!!! Dropped my car off mid morning to have the shop take a look at it. I had a decent idea of what was wrong, and early afternoon received a notification from the shop. Jason’s is a Good place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repairs. I have taken my vehicle there many times since they opened the Biddeford location and have always been satisfied with the services received. They have been able to schedule me for an appointment within a couple of days after contacting them each time and repairs have always resolved the issues that my vehicle was having.

Have been here several times in past year, I have a nightmare vehicle, wish I never bought it, Jason and his team had to replace the motor in my suv, they were professional, honest, and trustworthy. Window got stuck down and my regular mechanic doesnt work weekends so tried Jasons on a whim. They were so nice, the place was very clean and parking was easy. Alec was professional, helpful and got my window working again.

Brought my car in to have a fuel leak investigated, and they went above and beyond by providing an inspection report of my entire vehicle (including pictures). The tech, Matt, clearly explained all the issues he found and pointed out what he was seeing in the pics. Great customer service, I will definitely be back!

I recently had my inspection done at Jasons and I am very happy with the results. Even though I had to spend quite a bit to get my car up to snuff, Jason and the staff went step by step through my inspection with pictures to show the areas that needed fixing. I had them do the work, it took a little longer than I initially thought, but they said they wanted to get it done correctly the first time. I brought my mothers car to Jason auto after I had been severely messed up by another mechanic Jasons Auto was fair reasonably priced and did a great job! After that experience I took my car from another mechanic who have had it for three months fixing only one thing and brought it to Jasons for an inspection sticker! He informed me about the numerous issues with my car including extensive rust underneath the vehicle that was not worth my money to continue fixing this vehicle! The other garage never told me any of this information and Jason also provided me with photos show me exactly the the severity of the issue. Instead of taking me for all of my money like a lot of mechanics would he told me the truth and did not even charge me for the inspection sticker despite it failing! I have always been charged for the inspection even when it failed, not this time! Jasons Auto thank you for your honesty thank you for your fairness and thank you for being a great mechanic I will continue to bring my business to you every time!!!!!!!
