Needed an emergency appt as filling disintegrated, they got me in quickly. I was scared, said so, yet Dr Lansara was patient with me, made sure I had zero pain, her assistant was kind as well. Relieved and will go back, the front desk was kind and helpful as well. Grateful!Went back for cleaning two days later, Grace did an excellent job, loved the water pic, well done!

This is the best dental office I’ve been to ever. The front desk staff are friendly, kind, caring and very professional, They always greet me by name and with a smile. Dr. Jacob is, most likely, the best dentist I have ever seen. I have anxiety and panic issues and he always puts me at ease. He has always done great work on every procedure. The team at the Beverly office is exceptional. From the time I call to book an appointment, walk in the door, experience my procedure, and finally check out, I am treated with respect and care. Dr Paranjape, some fondly call him Dr. Jacob, demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and gentleness( Gentle Dental!). Going to the dentist can bring up anxiety. But Dr. Parajapes smile and professional manner quickly soothes any anxiety I show up with and immediately eases my tension.

In continuation to my review, nothing continues to get resolved, the staff at 42 North dismissed their own attempt to resolve this unpleasant situation.I most likely will lose the molar i went in for which never got fixed eveb after paying over $5,000 of all around the real issue work.Forever disappointed and never recommended.0% attentive to the actual issue100% onto their ways.

I was just seen in the Beverly office by Dr.Lansara for a few fillings and I have a really hard time going to the dentist because being in the chair scares me. But I was pleasantly surprised. The second you walk in the door you are greeted by the front desk ladies, being recognized and not just pushed to the side especially when it is busy, is a key component in running a business smoothly and Beverly Gentle Dental knows how to make you feel welcomed. The doctor and the assistant were very understanding and did their best to make me as comfortable as I could be. When I was ready to leave the front desk booked my next appointment for me and for once I didn’t hate going to the dentist. Great people and Great service, if you are looking for a new dental office I’d tell you to come here.

The staff at Gentle Dental Beverly is amazing! I have had to have many cavities filled due to having soft teeth and Dr. Jacob has always done an amazing job! I have never felt any pain when the cavities are being filled and have never even had sensitivity around them afterwards. Dr. Jacob even fixed a poorly done filling from one of my old dentists that was very deep and close to a nerve, but he did his thing and I never felt even a twinge of pain. I am very happy at this practice and the care I have received from Dr Jacob, I will continue to refer all my friends and family to this practice!

When I was greeted by their manager Holli Medeiros, I have never felt more welcomed in any establishment. She was extremely kind and welcoming and kind hearted as she was able to explain and answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me in things I didnt fully understand. Since COVID, she went over all the procedures and changes they have put in place. I felt very safe and comfortable being in their office. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go to their office as this is one of the best dental experiences I have had. From customer service to cleaning, they are doing an awesome job!

In 2016 I had a crown come off chewing a cheese stick snack.I planned on having it put back on, I went to Gentle dental to schedule an appointment for the resetting and while I had to go through an examination, cleaning, etcetera, they scheduled appointments for everything from root canals to cleanings to mamy more attention to other teeth but the one I went in for initially.I was obligated to come up with a credit line to rack up five thousand dollars and even had to pay six hundred dollars cash in fillings that were covered by my blue cross dental plan.I found the services pleasing, the staff professional to a fault by making me pay unnecessary money to them and all the while my crown remaims unset and exposed.After the credit line got paid in full they sent another bill just above two hundred dollars which I disputed and was told since I paid cash for the fillings they would wave the invoice.I feel they failed to listen to why I was there in the first place, making it a more difficult experience which couldve been solved by simply putting a crown back in place.It all comes down to doing what the paying customer asks to have done not by making a list of potential services which I wouldve been happy to continue had they fix the issue in the first place.Five years later the crown is still unfixed because I had to pay nearly six thousand dollars to Gentle dental to avoid the high finance charges.A good company but hugely lacking listening skills, driven by the monotony of everyday work, operating like a conveyor belt.Sadly disappointed.

As a patient at dental dental I felt satisfied as soon as I stepped foot into the door! The receptionist were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I had a cleaning with the hygienist Susan, she is very gentle and makes the cleaning go as quick and easy as possible. I also got a whitening, and it was the best results I’ve ever had. I also had Dr.Jacob to give me an exam, and he made it easy and understandable to any treatment I needed. Holli, the office manager also made it easier to go over finances and made sure I was satisfied with my treatment plan, and came up with a good payment plan with me. Overall, everyone as a team is great at Gentle Dental Beverly !

Great office and never had any issues. Hygienists are always nice. Dr Jacob is great and really good at his job. Kasey the head assistant is also great and so personable.. not only is she amazing at her job, but she’ll remember everything you talk about and make you feel so comfortable. On top of it all, Holli the office manager will take good care of your account. Holli knows her stuff and you don’t have to worry about billing and insurance matters. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

Moved to this area a year ago and had a dental emergency 2 weeks later. Upon recommendations from a friend I went to Gentle Dental and they helped me out big time. The entire staff including Dr Jacob and Office Mgr Holly have been outstanding to me over the past year. They helped with an plan of attack on my aging teeth that was affordable and professionally done. Dr Jacob is kind, considerate, attentive, and much more. I will continue to use Gentle Dental for my dental work in the years to come and will continue to recommend their services to anyone. More than happy to give 5 Stars!!!

5 stars to the 2 woman who comforted me and stopped me from running. And the Doctor that did the best he could with what he had.The 2 stars are for not following through on promise of conscious sedation. Was told I had to wait for a certain day to recieve such a procedure. So I waited . Had I known i would not receive this on day of procedure I would have gone elsewhere. I was in the chair and in pain then told I could reschedule or JUST have nitrous. Causing severe anxiety. (Thanks for having my back 5 star ladies. And the doctor was very, very good and kind.) Wont be back though.Some times anxiety is MORE than just than just a dental visit. PTSD is real and people asking for sedation need it. I hope administrators can acknowledge that and take it seriously. Perhaps some sensitivity training on the subject would benefit this facility.

Years ago it was tough finding a caring and thorough Dentist in Beverly for young kids, continuing into their teenage years. Dr. Jacob and All the Staff at the Beverly office have given excellent care and consistency.

Recently, I had an exam and cleaning at this office. It had been 3 years since my last dental visit and it was nothing short of excellent. The Dentist Dr. Jacobs, was thorough and very pleasant. The hygienist Sue, did a great job easing my anxiousness from not having a cleaning in such a long time. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about my insurance and were able to accommodate my busy schedule.Overall it was just a great experience.

Thank you the treatment and the thorough instructions of how to properly take care of my teeth at home. Just found my new dental care provider.

For a place called “gentle” I found them to be anything but. I just moved locally and was trying to find a dentist since I haven’t seen mine in about a year. I went in to get a cleaning and checkup and they started me off with x-rays. I will say, everyone there was kind, but the quality of service was LOW. My X-rays were so invasive and aggressive that almost a week later and my mouth has sores because of bruising!! Additionally, I got a cleaning and I think it was the most aggressive cleaning I’ve had in my entire life. The hygienist rubbed my gums RAW, literally they wouldn’t stop bleeding and she kept shoving cotton in my mouth. She was so aggressive my eyes were welling up with tears!! Days later, again my gums are still puffy, inflamed, and because they suffered trauma the bruising is now turning into canker cores. I have two small cavities they showed me with the xrays, but after such an uncomfortable, and downright painful appointment I’ve decided to find another dentist to get my treatment.I should have acknowledged the fact that I was the ONLY patient being treated in the entire office when I went in for a visit... I feel like that is a huge red flag in itself. All in all, you’d be better going somewhere further away for better care than this mediocre practice that’s convenient.

Dr Jacob is the best dentist Ive ever had, even after moving to Somerville I still come out to Beverly for my dental visit! They are open late and on weekends which makes this easy. Really the whole team in this office is awesome! Holli is always a pleasure at the front, she really knows her stuff! The assistants always make sure you’re comfortable and the hygienist, Sue always has new tips and tricks! Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Well it’s been over a couple years since I’ve last visited an orthodontist so I was nervous for all the feed back and bad hygiene talks, however I was relieved, from the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with gratitude! Ive been here three times and they have been welcoming always. I got deep cleaning and filling in my teeth and they have done great job at both. Dr.Sue and Dr.Priya are good at what they do and made my dental experience painless. Dr.Priya worked on my filling painstakingly and the out come was great. Definitely recommended.

The most horrible experience the level of incompetence is tragic. I took my son back to our family dentist and the X-rays they did at gentle dental were panoramic and did not need to be done on a 13 year old because of exposure to radiation but they didn’t care about my son they just want money, my son had several cavities one which was done to the nerve, my dentist said she should have taken care of that one first, but it was sheer laziness. The staff and dentist are incompetent, they canceled on me one day and when I reschedule and go to my appointment they tell me I have an extended wait time, so I went back to my own dentist who is amazingI wouldn’t take my dog here to have his teeth cleaned, they don’t care about their patients they just want money!!!!!

I was seen at Gentle Dental Beverly a few weeks ago.I have always had severe dental anxiety but the staff at Gentle Dental Beverly put my mind at ease. Dr Paranjape and Dr Yang were both extremely patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make a a decision about getting dental implants, which after this appointment I am and excited about it!!Holli and Dragana explained all my insurance information and set up all my appointments for times that were convenient for my schedule.This really is a 5 star dental office that I strongly recommend everyone to go to !!!

Lets for a moment disregard the fact that I had to pay for my husband to have his tooth removed again after he had it done here, by another dentist because they left shards of it in his gums. But, this place is horrible. The woman who runs the front desk and their policies are ridiculous!My husband very smartly switched to Tufts for his dental work after going here. I asked for his X-rays since we had already paid for them and insurance wouldnt pay for them again, not to mention he didnt want to expose himself to further X-rays. I inquired about getting copies of the digital photos that were his X-ray as Tufts said what they gave us was very poor quality (a 4x6 photo). They told me that I would have to pay $25. I mean, its ILLEGAL to charge that much in MA but whatever. I paid it and she said shed email us.Two weeks passed and I get the same crappy photo in the mail for my money. Not what I asked for. So I called and spoke with her. She said theyd send the email right out. Never happened. Well, the day before my husbands next appointment at Tufts, I drove here to see what the issue was. She said they couldnt do what I was asking because their computer doesnt work that way. Fine. Refund me. She said they couldnt! Excuse me? You cant give me what I paid for but you wont refund me! She said its their policy not to refund any money and her credit card machine wouldnt do refunds (which is a blatant lie). So I exploded. I demanded either a check refund or a credit card refund and said I wasnt leaving without one. She said well good luck with that. So I sat in the waiting room and refused to leave. Needless to say it eventually escalated and I left after making a scene. Wouldnt you know, by the time I got home, the email with the photos was there. Funny how it could be done all along! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

No dental issue ever happens on a convenient day or time. Chipped a tooth on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and it needed to be addressed so no further damage would occur. Luckily, the Beverly office was open and had an appointment available. Holly booked me at the the earliest time, so that was great. The Dental Assistant (James) and the Dentist (Dr. Priya) took care of the chipped tooth quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and I was out of there in very short order. The repair looks like nothing happened, so job well done!

Avoid the strip mall Dental Offices!I had this Office do a Crown in 2011 and it has come off every 11-12 months since it was installed.The most recent time was 2 months ago and again last night. Now Gentle Dental Beverly is telling me It needs to be replaced with a new Crown for $1000. Or have the current Crown recemented for $130. They dont stand by their shoddy work!My current Dentist said the reason it keeps coming off is it was done incorrectly.I have 5 other Crowns done by other Dentists 2 of which are 25+ years old and never had any issues.While I was in the waiting room another Patient came in to have a Crown recemented that Gentle Dental Beverly had done only 1 year ago.AVOID THIS STRIP MALL DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

Vacationing in Salem from out of state (TN, we were far, far from home) when a dental emergency happened. Two chipped front teeth from a slip on the rocks at the beach! The staff at Gental Dental in Beverly was so helpful and worked with us through insurance issues and frantic I dont know where anything is. They treated us like friends and my daughters care was top notch. I highly recommend!

Priyadarshini Raju, DMD highly recommended due to her professionalism. She has been my dentist for the past 2 years. I find it hard to visit the dentist but its harder when work has to be done. I have had three crowns, a root canal, and an abscess done on me. Dr. Raju constant explanations of the procedures, concerns for my comfort, and steady hands has made my two years with Dr. Raju very positive.

Upon moving here from another state I found it to be a challenge searching for a new dentist. Got some referrals from people but I just wasnt comfortable with the dentist or the staff. Face it, no one likes going to the dentist. I gave up and one day saw a commercial on TV for Gentle Dental here in Beverly. From the 1st day I walked in 4+ years ago its been a pleasure. Michelle is the go to gal, shes professional and personable at the same time. Ive had some emergency issues and Dr. Malquist has always found the time to see me the same day. Thank you for that, I appreciate it so much. If your seeking a great dentist with a staff that makes you feel like its all about you, this is the place.

I normally dont bother to write reviews on Google; however, I was so impressed by my visit at Gentle Dental Beverly today, that I feel the need to share my experience. The receptionist was kind enough to call me 30 mins before my appointment to alert me that my hygienist was running a bit behind schedule in case I had anything else I needed to do, so I wasnt stuck waiting. As it turns out my hygienist was barely behind schedule, was incredibly kind and assisted me with a solution when I explained that I could not afford x-rays. The dentist was professional and helpful. My whole visit was excellent all the way around. Incredible staff! 5 Stars!

Had an accident and my front tooth was knocked loose. I was so embarrassed about going back to work with a loose front tooth. My friend is a patient at Gentle Dental of Beverly and suggested I go there as the dentists have so much experience with cosmetic dental work and that the staff is great. I made an appointment as soon as I can. The Staff is great, the office is nice and the Dentists were awesome as they listened to my frustration and what I was upset about. They came up with a few different treatment options, I selected one I could afford and in a short time I was all perfect again. Later that night the Director Dentist called me at home to see if I was OK…Now that’s customer service at its best! Need a dentist…go see Gentle Dental of Beverly!

Had a really bad tooth ache over the weekend, took some advil, thought about going to the hospital and then I waited to see the Dentist at Gentle Dental of Beverly on Monday, they go right in, took some x-rays and within a half hour they had me going to root canal specialist as my tooth was really bad. Gentle Dental of Beverly! What can I say…I finally decided it was time to have my cosmetic teeth makeover. I was between jobs, had a decent smile, not a great smile and wanted an awesome smile! I know I wanted to have a Dentist who had experience with Cosmetic Makeovers but would not “break my bank”I am so lucky to have found Dr. Adam Persky, the Dental Director at Gentle Dental of Beverly. He has just relocated back to New England from Las Vegas, where I found out his wife, Dr. Silva Battaglin, also a dentist (will be joining him this summer) have done so many makeovers, that they were the “go-to Dentists” for many Vegas models and celebrities and UFC Fighters.
