I lived in a Stonebridge campus living apartment for 2 years without many complains. Management was welcoming and willing to help me out. Repairs get done quickly after submitting a work order.

The apartment is well kept and in an incredibly convenient location. Additionally, any needs we have had have been met promptly. I love living here!

Polk on 3rd is a great place to live and is in such a perfect location! Offers a mix of city life and cozy apartment vibes. Definitely recommend!

Very bad property management. None of the promises were fulfilled. The maintenance work takes more than a couple of months or sometimes they don’t even show up.We were promised that the bedrooms would be furnished and all the repair/ maintenance work would be done before the first month of the lease.But that didn’t happen. We were left with no mattress, no bedframe, no desk, no dresser for the bedrooms and lots of repair work pending.There’s a big issue of insects, house centipedes and rodents. Even the house smells really bad.The list goes on and on.The manager successfully sweet talks every time we complain about something and no action is taken against the issues.I saw good ratings for the company so decided to go for it but had a worst experience. Please do not fall for the trap.

I have worked with Stonebridge across multiple properties and on three leases. As a parent of the Student, I have found them professional, timely in their response and fully understanding of the flexibility needed with students. Not only is their on line portal easy to use, but their in person response (particularly Adam) is as easy. I fully recommend them.

Adam Gary, the building manager of Polk on Third (Bethlehem, PA 18015) with Stonebridge Campus Living, is an outstanding, caring, and fully competent administrator. The apartment building itself is a beautiful and luxurious home for Lehigh Universitys students and faculty. Its location is superb, surrounded by all types of eateries, coffee shops, stores, and businesses. All, and Lehigh main campus, are within short walking distance. Throughout my life, I have dealt with many building mangers. Mr. Gary stands out as among the very best. Since I moved here, he has become more than a building manager, but a dear friend as well.
