Ive actually worked with people from kpmm. Extremely unprofessional people. Im surprised they had 3.5 stars. They should have 2. Avoid this company at all cost. Landlords take it from me they dont care about your property. Avoid at all cost.

I would highly recommend KPMM to anyone. They have a honest staff that performs quality work at a reasonable price!

I rent from them. Couldn’t be happier. Our apartment is awesome and no complaints about KPMM Bethlehem‘s office staff or maintenance guys. Everyone is friendly and appreciate them for getting things done efficiently. They reply quickly when a maintenance request is submitted. I trust them to come into my unit anytime, even if we’re not home. I will never rent another place from another company or private landlords again! Renting from private landlords is a headache and they do thing half way. KPMM Bethlehem gets things done right the first time. Recommend them to my friends and family.

Place is very dishonest and unorganized. Before I put deposit on a place, was told noone else put a deposit down on the place and would know if we were approved in 24-48 hours. well, SEVEN days later... was finally told there were other applications and deposits and we were not approved. Meanwhile, I was stuck not being able to look at or call for other places because they were holding my $200 deposit. Now it it close for the time to either sign another lease or move out of current place and have no other options...Gee thanks alot!

I was searching high and low for a rental. When I came across KPMM Bethlehem, it changed my world. They had many units available in Easton, Allentown and Bethlehem. Their office staff was kind and courteous. They listened to what I was looking for and narrowed it down to the property we went to see. I loved the house. It was in great condition. The application process was smooth and easy! I was approved in 3 days and move it was a breeze.I have ZERO complaints about KPMM Bethlehem and their team. I totally recommend them.

Have had an apartment with them for about 6 months now. Havent had any issues. Called maintenance a few times and they were great. Highly recommend.

I moved out of the apartment I rented from them in April. I was never contacted by phone, email or mail regarding a balance owed after move out yet it was sent to collections and that company amazingly enough was able to contact me but kpmm never could, imagine that. When I moved into that apartment it was beyond filthy and took me a week to thoroughly clean. I left my apartment spotless with the exception of not having the carpets professionally cleaned because I did not have time. They are charging 500 to professionally clean a one bedroom apartment the size of a shoebox, considering that the national average for cleaning a standard sized one bedroom apartment is 80-110. Should also mention that the only charges I was told about during my move out inspection was the carpet cleaning and replacing any burned out lightbulbs.

I went to look at the apartment i was told 24 to 48 hours and that we were the first people to look at the apartment and if we put a deposit down it will not be shown anymore. Was just told there were other applications before ours and that the owner went with one of them it is very unprofessional to tell potential renters a lie and when told 24 to 48 hours and it took a week for them to get back to us. I am very upset and angry

When my home purchase fell through and I needed a place to rent very fast, KPMM came through for me. They immediately processed my application and showed me houses right away. I signed a lease is just a little over a week. KMPP was very responsive both on the phone and email. When I had issues with the rental, they came out and fixed it pretty fast. KPMM was very accommodating through the whole process. They returned my deposit in full when our lease was over and we eventually bought a house. I recommend KPMM to anyone looking for a rental.

They are not that bad...I just wished they would have told me all the utilities that were involved with my apartment before I signed the contract...they wait until you get the apartment and sign the contract to add on extra utilities and when asked about it, they respond to you as if you knew...

Even though KPMM is going through some changes and growing pains, we are very happy with the management and care of our properties. For the past 2 years we have not have to worry about the properties and the staff is always available. Both outside staff and office personal are prompt and personable with the tenants. Glad we have a group that takes care of our investments. #lehighvalleybiz

I’ve been a tenant of KPMM for over 7 years ..I moved away..and then decided to move back and when I came back they rented to me again and I’ve been a tenant ever since! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this management company. They do not communicate, they do not pay you properly and they do not care for your property.Their accounting system in unintelligible which allows them to under pay you.My property was filthy dirty, trash, old furniture left behind and their final inspection said that the property was in better shape than when the folks moved in!Small claims court is in their future.

This company should be shut down!! They have keys to your apartment and walk in when they feel like it, no matter if you are home or not!. They Do Not follow their own lease. If you leave any type of item in the appartment when your moving out they will charge you a bunch of money with out warning, and take your sucuriry deposite. I Do Not recommend going through this company at all!

The ladies in the office are terrible. Slum lords in all honesty. Very rude people in that office. They do not greet you upon arrival the one at the front desk is terribly disrespectful. Reviews try the allentown office i believe the name is not combined whats so ever.

Absolute worst. The staff is unprofessional. As a tenant when i called to talk to them i get attitude from the woman and she hung up on me. When i wanted a showing the girl who did it was unprofessional, just stood there, and couldnt answer my simple questions about the apartment. They dont care about their tenants and they have poor communication.

I hate KPMM and still hate KPMM and I highly dislike using the word hate. The staff is highly unprofessional. There is no communication or a level of understanding or even respect between the the property owners and the management office which the tenats have to pay for. I recently began renting and I am looking for a place to move to already. We paid for a full month of rent for an apartment that we could not move into for 2 weeks due to maintenance KPMM and the property owners needing to get done and they could not decide who was responsible for. When a move in inspection was done the apartment was disgusting and the person completing the inspection voiced their own disgust and opinion about how they do things and it was not at all nice. The office staff said the rugs were shampood and the apartment was cleaned and it wasnt at all. The kitchen walls were full of grease and dust. The bathroom was just overly digusting and had to be drowned in bleach. We as the tenants had to do everything. This is a type of company who is succesfull by cutting corners and just pushing the blame on the next person till the tenent decides to do it on their own. Even though we could not move in for 2 weeks of the month we paid for KPMM would not credit us for the 2 weeks. if your looking for a place where you can live worry free or at least be comfortable I would stay away from KPMM.

Maintenance crew who come out the house are nice and respectful & so are The office personnel who answer the phones But. The slum Lords that use Keystone property management as a buffer should be ashamed of themselves renters are important to hopefully theyll find that out before its too late And the renters find another way or another place to rent

Hightly unprofessional, charge you for trash after leave the apartment when it never was on the lease, take long to fix anything and they come in your house when ever they want with out contacting the person in the apartment. So unhappy with. My experience I wont EVER rent from them...

The woman in that office are ridiculously rude and ignorant to the max. May be the owner or manager how ever they should really work on how to speak to their tenants or upcoming renters ! would not advise anyone to rent from these people or have them manage your places!!!

Just speak with them ask to meet the staff and you will see how horrible the majority of them are, dont believe me or anyone else, meet them, all of them and speak to your perspective neighbors about them when they are not there and you will find out for yourself.

Horrible experience. A sewer line erupted in my basement, and it took Keystone over a month to fix it. They are also extremely litigious. Beware, these guys are really shady landlords.
