We have been tenants in the Legacy building since 2016. There were issues until Apex Management took over. Mart Atkinson is extremely professional and responsive (even on weekends!). Any problem was dealt with immediately. The building is nicely decorated, clean, rent is extremely reasonable. Another great feature is the more than ample parking. There are actually three lots to choose from. I have been a tenant in The Legacy Building for over 9 years. Apex management took over managing this property in I believe January 2020. Mark is the property manager, my contact, and has always been very responsive, professional and friendly. He always follows up with any concern. I would highly recommend and trust this company with this staff, to manage my property.
The communication provided by the company is top notch. I never felt like I would be left without a response or someone addressing my needs in a timely fashion. Maintenance was efficient and well done!
The management company is very professional and the customer portal is very easy to use. Apex also provides a great iphone app to manage your account which I find extremely useful. Jaime is a pleasure to work with and always very responsive. I would recommend using this Management company.
The office staff is wonderful to work with. The communication far surpasses any other company Ive used. They respond quickly to my questions and are super friendly! I would highly recommend!

I wish I could give no stars. whatever you do, avoid this company at all costs. The only positive reviews on here are people who work for the company. I was moved into an apartment and was told the neighbors upstairs were a quiet family of 3. There are roughly 15 people above me in and out at all hours of the day and night, they scream and have garbage and their belongings all over the common area, have verbally abused me for months, have a camera recording me in my door way and the my landlord wont even respond to a message or email. it has been weeks. Told me 4 months ago the tenants owe thousands and are being evicted and then just stopped responding. I am not even able to sleep in the apartment I am paying for out of fear of the tenants upstairs with no answers at all. Police have been here several times and still nothing is done. Do yourself a favor do not just dismiss these reviews, avoid at all costs!!!!!

I have yet to experience a situation like this but it is extremely unfortunate. Central air has been broken for months, the people that live above me smell like rotten fish and have 5 kids living in a 2br apartment, screaming and stomping until all hours of the night. I’ve complained numerous times and they tell me “nothing can be done, we can’t tell people how to raise their children” even though the lease clearly states “quiet hours”. Never again
They are a pretty good property management. I have a girl assigned to my building - Jamie who is awesome. I text her any problems and they deal with it. They offer online free automatic payments so I don’t have to worry about mailing or dropping off a check. They are pretty fair. In the past there were issues but like someone else said it could of been the landlord not wanting to pay so they didn’t approve the management co to proceed.
Apex has managed several of our buildings for the past couple years and we have been extremely pleased with the customer service as well as request time for maintenance issues. They handle every aspect of management from collection of rent to eviction of tenants. They are very knowledgeable with regard to making the properties more efficient and are able to rehab and turn the apartments very efficiently. They made the life of a landlord hassle free. We highly recommend hiring APEX to manage your property.
I moved my apartments to APEX for management and it was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The payments are on time and there have been no glitches with regards to the transition. Highly recommended.
I transferred a number of my buildings to APEX for management. They are extremely knowledgeable with regards to maintenance, general upkeep, and leasing. They have their own sales staff which was extremely helpful in re letting the properties almost immediately. As a result of my experience, I am in the process of transferring the remainder of my holdings to APEX.
The heater was broken and they blamed it on me. They would not answer my calls when i head no heat.

Avoid This company at all costs! They dont return calls. They are late with payments. There is no communication. When you complain, they make you feel like youre in the wrong for wanting quality service. Save the money and manage your property on our own.
Horrible company beware... Don’t do it to yourself I spent 2 days just cleaning the apartment before my family moved in. All the landlord wants is money money and money. He does not fix a thing, I had things broken in this apartment for months.. The landlord is a huge lier and scammer. It’s definitely not worth your time.
Rented a house on Market St for 2 years from this company, upon move-in the beautiful historic house was a dump. I spent a full 2 days cleaning, and scrubbing the entire house - specifically kitchen grease and bathroom yuck. In discussions with Apex I was assured, and even put in writing, that we were to complete no move out requirements (shampooing carpet, cleaning etc) and Apex would instead handle this.Two years later, upon move out, I reminded Apex of this agreement and was told that I must have been mistaken (even tho it was in writing) and that I had to follow all normal cleaning and move out procedures. I cleaned the entire house again, even shampooed the stairs (only carpet in the place). I didnt spruce up the bathroom feeling that I had already done twice my obligation in this matter. I sent a letter enclosing the earlier agreement stating that I expected a full return of my security deposit as per our agreement.I received a $200 cleaning fee deducted from my deposit for failing to clean the bathroom. Subsequent calls and emails were met with similar hostility expressed by other reviewers here. I was always told I was in the wrong and never received the final $200 from my deposit.
Tried to call a few times looking for rentals and was spoken to in a pretty rude manner one time, and the other time i was hung up on. Unfortunate customer service. I would not reccomend.
I have experienced many situations over years, many comments, many compliments and many insults but from all the information I have been given and all the situations I have experienced over the years you cant please everyone all the time. Apex Management is one of the most reasonable and fairest and reliable of management companies in the Lehigh Valley area.
Poorly managed, poorly maintained. Worst living experience of my life. Im paying $1300 a month with head included, no heat in the bedrooms or bathroom. No front door there was a tenant who broke in with a hammer while I was at work on Jan 5th and its now more than a month later and they havent fixed my door and Im traumatized. Do not feel safe, disgusting laundry basement with minimal machines working. Save yourselves from a company that only cares about getting their rent but not taking care of things that need to be done on their end of the deal. Save yourself and disregard any good review as they tell family and friends to write good things! Horrible, terrible!!!-2016-2017 Bethlehem tenant!!
I called because I saw one of their ads on Craigslist. It was a cute duplex house in Hellertown, PA. We had already stopped by the house and seen the outside and I thought that it was a great place to live. The lady that answered the phone was rude. She asked me where the house was and didnt wait for my reply and kept saying that I dont know what you are sayin. Well the reason she didnt know what I was saying was because she kept talking over me. I would wait patiently for her to finish talking and when I would try to speak again she would talk over me again! I would love to rent the duplex, but after making an appointment and getting off the phone I dont want to even use Apex for any rental. If they are rude to me now, I cant imagine what it would be like if something happened to the property?!?!? I hope someone gives that lady a hug today because she needs it!
The absolute worst! Maintenance crew are useless and give you a mad face and act rude when you ask for help. They rent out the garages below 2nd floor apartments to construction businesses who make noise all night and park vans blocking residents. If a friend parks in their lot they put 12x12 stickers on their windows in front of the drivers view even though they are allowed to park there at night to visit.
They arent a stand up company. Trying to skim off others. Please dont use them. Pathetic service!!!

I dont know about working here, but I rent from a landlord who just hired them, so they take a few days for non emergency, get over it. but in the long run, if the owner doesnt pay or has excuses, it not Apexs fault. Everyone has been kind to me and my 92 yr. Old mother.
