The Leasing Staff is AMAZING! I think their names are Nicole and Angel - they are very nice and answered all my questions - they didnt make me feel like another number but actually talked with me. Other places I went seemed like they were too busy, but Campus Hill is amazing because it feels more than just an apartment but it feels like home.
I had so many worries with COVID looming around. Campus Hill made sure that I knew what to expect and made the lease signing process super easy! They always had fast responses and the office staff is amazing!
Don’t expect quick maintenance service. My toilet got fixed after one and half month. My mailbox lock is still not fixed after two months and during this time I keep losing mails!
The staff is so helpful! When I called last week a girl named Kelsey (If I am remembering her name correctly) helped me and she was so knowledgeable and positive! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
With the crazy upcoming school year, I was very stressed about my housing situation around Lehigh. Thankfully Doug was super helpful and helped me find a great place near campus. I highly recommend the services of Campus Hill
I hate to leave a bad review anywhere, but I could give a litany of all the frustrating and probably illegal things that happened in in the two years I leased with Campus Hill. The only good thing I can say is that the staff and maintenance crew are kind people who just want to help. Everything else is a dumpster fire. Between getting charged for things explicitly covered in our lease, no notice when house tours were occuring, and Campus Hill changing ownership 3 times in one year (they lost even our lease twice), its not worth the headache to rent with them. The units are overpriced, even for the area, and Lehigh students are better off with a private landlord. They dont even treat their employees well, which I learned from a friend who worked in their office. Also, they pay for their positive reviews. My housemates and I received several emails saying if we left glowing reviews we would be rewarded with cash or gift cards. One of my housemates left a bad review instead, and that was mysteriously taken down. Avoid Campus Hill if you can.
This property is one of the most well run that Ive seen. Staff is professional and dedicated to meeting customer needs. I definitely recommend this property.
As a college student, easily finding affordable living can be difficult. Campus Hill’s property managers connected me with a wide array of their properties and made the selection process seamless. My roommates and I were able to find a house with Campus Hill that met our individual needs. Their personnel were professional and helpful through the process, and we’re looking forward to our continued positive experience with Campus Hill. Thank you!
I can’t wait to move in come January! The general manager—Molly is absolutely amazing & made the entire leasing process so easy for me! Thank you! I’m so excited!!
I with helped by Nicole Koenig and she answers all of my questions with a positive attitude. Not only did she help me, but she helped all of my room mates. Great service and hope to rent next year as well
Kelsey was a great help to me. I would recommend her to help with anyone’s leasing process.
Gearing up for school during COVID was very stressful but Campus Hill was here to help. Staff understood my needs and helped guide me and find I wanted. They were very responsive and was always in constant communication with me. Class act.
The staff was welcoming and professional. They made me feel like I was home.
With everthing that has been going on, I had some questions and concerns about living at school this upcoming semester. Doug helped me out and was able to answer all of my questions. The service he provided was excelent. He helped clear a lot of things up, which is comforting especially considering the current climate with the pandemic.
I was very unsure about whether I was going to find an off campus house for this year given the current situation. But I was able to find the perfect place in a hurry thanks to the speedy and professional service of Campus Hill, especially Doug, who helped me along the way and assisted me throughout the process.
Kelsey Smith was amazing! Definitely ask for her help when at Campus Hill. :)
Campus John is a great employee and the new owners of Campus Hill seem to be promptly improving the company! I was able to sign leases for senior and junior year very quickly with great deals. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
Campus Hill was a great help while I was looking for a house. Doug was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process.
I had a few questions about different off-campus locations, and Doug was very helpful in walking me through different locations that would be best for me. I could not have asked for better customer service from Doug.
Great customer service, fast and attentive. Employees understand students needs. John was easy to work with and answered all of my questions.
Doug helped answer all the questions I had about leasing with Campus Hill and was really helpful in this crazy time.
Couldnt have gone smoother...recommend to anyone and everyone
Friendly staff, very close to campus & shops, highly recommended^
Very clean and comfortable apartment and staff very helpful
I have to say thank you to Campus hill for being so helpful to find me a place I need. I know they have a few bad reviews before but this year they have a new management company. Not only the leasing team is friendly but the maintenance group are very responsive. Campus Hill is definitely an option for Lehigh students.
Campus Hill is the best of the best! Cant go wrong with them!
We had some billing issues for utilities. Angel helped us get it resolved. She is great to work with and gets back to us in a timely manner.
Doug was very helpful answering all the questions I had about leasing with Campus Hill.
At first I was hesitant using campus hill as my building provider because of the issues in the past. However, after my spaghetti situation was sorted out, I now have all the confidence in the world in these employees. John Cantwell was especially useful in reassuring us that the spaghetti was only temporary and could be recycled after we used it.
I regret living at the place the second week. This company is absolutely NOT a good choice for students looking for houses who care about money and living standard. They charge as much as possible: When signing you would see: payment is not due monthly but due at 4 installments in a contract year, each time you have to pay as much as 3 month rent; $96 fee for a 25Mb wireless; ridiculous cleaning fee for no cleaning at all. And just look at the price and do a little homework, you will find they charge way too high. The nasty old houses they offer have even higher price than some lux apartment near by. Their portal by the way is a big mess. Admittedly the condition is better than some even elder places nearby (200~400 per room house), but the prices they offer are just not worth it.I believe the only reason they are still alive near the campus is the undergraduate students who does not do their searching at all and believe that is it. Please do yourself a favor. Just AVOID this place. Look at some reviews posted previously. They are hired from the company and only give 5-star to scam the reviews. Two month ago their overall was near ONE-STAR.The only positive I would say is the maintenance guys. They are helpful.
Doug was very attentive to making sure my AC got fixed.
Just signed my first lease with Campus Hill. The entire team working at the office was extremely helpful with any questions I had in addition to helping my friends and I find a house for next fall. Thank you!
New management has been super helpful with everything. Came into the office to sign my lease today and everyone was very helpful
I cannot say enough about the good experience I had living at Campus Hill. Great location to Lehigh University. Maintenance was quick to take care of service requests. The office team was always friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed, but I graduated and moved for a job. If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend Campus Hill!
After having a variety of questions about leasing one of Campus Hills luxurious houses, I met with Mr. Cantwell who was nothing but helpful. In just a few short minutes he had me on my way, lease in hand. Give this man a raise!
Excellent customer service. Representative Matt Yagel was able to help our house members settle into the area!
Campus Hill staff and General Manager Molly is great.
Apartments are well kept and priced right with good condition.People are easy and nice to talk with.
Had a lovely experience working with Nicole, she was very helpful with the leasing process and finding my the right place!
Very knowledgeable and friendly! AngelAssisted us with all our questions! Friendly staff!
New administration has been a large improvement and worked to build better relationships with tenants.
The maintenance crew came and fixed the toilet right away. Very professional.
Angel was great and helpful when needed! Great to work with.
Considering all these raving reviews were posted at the same time about a month ago, Im questioning the validity of these reviews. Especially when not a single one of the authors show up in the Lehigh directory. Management lacks competence and is difficult to work with. Ive heard and experienced many bad things from campus hill.
Very Professional Staff, answered everything with such a positive vibe.
I have nothing but good things to say about the few people Ive talked to who actually work at Campus Hill. Theyre great about answering questions and being professional. However, the way the company itself runs is far more than worth dealing with. As someone whos rented off campus at Lehigh University three times, my advice is go find a private landlord, youll save time, money and a headache. Not their fault, necessarily. But at the size Campus Hill has reached, the benefits of being able to talk to the actual owner of the property you are renting from is something Ive realized is invaluable. Campus Hill is an organization, plain and simple, and has to treat every customer by law equally at the lowest common denominator. Find a landlord that cares about his/her few properties, not a company that can afford to lose a few.
Good service here. Excellent location, close to the university.
Worse customer service than Comcast and Verizon combined. They’re portal is an absolute mess, and they will charge charge charge without clarification. They don’t notify you that fees (security deposits, redecoration, and any other fees) are for the entire house, resulting in paying five times what you should. Their houses are trash, but you pay too much for them because they have a monopoly on South Bethlehem. Rent growth is also impressively high. This is my second year with campus hill, and I know me and all my peers would rate them lower than 1 star if it were an option.
Nice houses
We have had nothing but good experiences with Campus Hill. They have always been helpful and responsive especially with home repairs and dealing with our sons in the home. I have all good things to say about them.
I called and spoke with Angel. She answered all my questions and concerns with a smile in your voice.
Just an awful company to deal with. Its been 2 months since my daughter moved out and we have still not gotten the deposit back. The idiots at Campus Hill sent the deposit to the campus address that she moved out from leaving the check in limbo and no one there can rectify the situation. The apartment was overpriced and basically a delapidated slum. Lehigh needs to make more on campus housing so that students dont have to deal with shady companies like this.
I love campus hill!
Ive had a good experience with the front office, especially Angel, who have worked with me over a variety of issues, including getting visitor parking passes when I was coming back into town and various maintenance issues.
Nice
Its one of the worst Customer Service. No call back on my me voicemails! Bet they have issues with the students! Im a Parent.
It is close to campus, the location is most improtant for me.
I really enjoyed living at Campus Hill.
A monopoly on many houses in South Bethlehem that jack up the prices to ridiculous levels because students have no other options
