My fiancé and I recently moved into the Mary St apartment complex and we enjoy the apartment very much. It is very clean and the unit is up to date and clean. The maintenance staff is very responsive for work orders or issues you may have. We spoke with Michele during the leasing process and she was very accommodating and understanding and responsive. All emails sent are responded to within the hour and even when I locked myself out on a Saturday by mistake, Michele made the special trip from the office to come let me free of charge. Overall I approve of the apartment and appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff and Michele!

Michele told me on the phone that I’d be receive my deposit back within 2 weeks. Fast forward one month, the company is telling me that I was never going to receive one. Use my deposit to better train your employees and stop scamming potential clients. Maybe your rating would rise!

Spoke with michelle on the phone about renting and she said she’d be available for questions but never answers the phone. Gave up on renting fromThem. Seems to be a common theme at this office!! Do not waste your time here.

The reviews are mixed so I went with my gut. Boy was I wrong! The office never answers you and I lost a $200 deposit because the office doesn’t pick up the phone. Michele was nice enough but was very vague about the $200 deposit refund once I cancelled due to management not answering the phone. Unfortunate that your employees don’t care about business.

Don’t lease through these lead you to believe you’re receiving a deposit just to keep it without informing you. Poor management and even worse customer service skills. Could never imagine leasing from people like this. Should have checked their reviews everywhere beforehand!

Staff is very unprofessional and does not make the process of leasing easy at all. I would recommend searching for housing elsewhere if you want the most for your money and to not be taken advantage of.

Try to rent the apt, I called them several times and no one was answering the phone, they always ask you to leave a message. I left the message and no one called back. Not sure how to reach them. Really frustrating.

The management is horrible here. Expect to have fees added without any prior notification on top of late fees. They always give excuses that they only have one person in maintenance and that staffing is short to manage the 12 properties they manage. Trash often piles up for weeks at a time. Calls go unanswered for weeks or not at all, that is if you’re able to even leave a message. If you are looking for a nice place to live with honest and reputable management, look elsewhere. They are highly unorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you are a current tenant you are unfortunately experiencing the same.

We start the application and We paid them 300$We gave them the a proof of the income more then what they want then what happen unable to lease us for what ?! No reason.I guess not just us, that happened to others people too. Go and see other people reviews

Location is key here. Restaurant,fast foods, gas stations, shopping,schools and churches nearby. Minutes away from highway. I like it.

I have a lot to say about my very poor experience here. They are disorganized, hard to keep in contact with, and incompetent. I was told several things that were 100% wrong and made to go through hoops just to stay updated on my application. Every step of my application process had to be double checked by a manager, which tells me the employees arent properly trained. The rental price also changed suddenly even though I put in my application. I have so much more to say, and Im scared about how they may treat their current tenants given the treatment I got as a possible future resident. Unless youre desperate, I dont recommend applying here. They own several complexes in Bethlehem, and I wish I could leave a bad review on every one.Edit: to update this review from two and a half months ago, this company continues to be a source of stress for me even though I am not a current resident. They owe me several hundred dollars which continues to either get sent to the wrong address, have the wrong amount, and now Ive been waiting two weeks with no updates. They dont return phone calls or emails and I have to resort to physically going to their office to be turned away every time because they STILL dont have my refund. I dont know how a property can be managed more poorly. I dont want anything to do with this company anymore, but refuse to not get my money back after being blatantly lied to during my application process. If management reads this PLEASE contact me directly, you have my email and phone number.

Update: Since I voiced my concerns about the management office and maintenence over 2 months ago, things have gotten much better. All open work orders on my property have been addressed and even two emergency calls have been taken care of promptly. Thank you.Although there are many things I like about my apartment (size, location, pet-friendly), the property management office is in dire need of help. My experience so far both as a recent applicant and now tenant during COVID has been filled with a lot of smoke and mirrors (similar experience to the one below). While I am more understanding of repair timelines given the circumstances of the pandemic, it doesnt excuse the lack of transparency and communication. Voicemail messages (if you can even leave one) and e-mails can go weeks without a response. When you do get a response, you dont get any firm commitments on when your open work order will be addressed, yet they will leave a note at your door that contractors will be around to perform non-urgent upgrades and sure enough those get done on-time.
