They were reasonably priced. All the staff were nice and polite. I rent a car for 2 days. I picked it up and I returned it and everything went without a hitch. Im using them on my return trip as well.I would definitely recommend them.
Do not rent from these guys they are trash. They have no customer service.If you break down in their vehicle they do not provide any help. You cant get through to roadside service.We were on the side of the highway all night and had to get a ride back to hertz to get help.Never again!
Currently pulled over on the side of the road, because Hertz provided me with a rental car with the tags being expired, nor did they even go to the car very unprofessional.
Quick service. They found and held a blanket I left by mistake and kept it for me.

I never rent from this location. There is another location that I usually rent from because they are SO AMAZING,!! The reservation person was horrible. Ahe didnt great me or welcome me or anything.She threatened me because I didnt get the extra insuranceThe car was overdue for an oil change by 2000 miles and the windshield wipers were horrific.....i had to replace them during my trip. When I informed her she said thank you.....
You should not be able to reserve a rental time when the facility closes as they apparently unable to stay 5 min beyond when they are open. I would strongly suggest disallowing reservations beyond 30 min prior to closing or hiring more accommodating staff.
The lady behind the desk was not very helpful and quite rude.

Horrible customer service. I called when I was about 10 minutes away asking if I had to have a debit card or a credit card to rent a car she said I needed a card she secure deposit. I told her thank you and I would be there in about 10 minutes. I arrived 10 to 15 minutes after that phone call only to be told they did not have any cars at that time and I would have to come back after 2 o’clock. Why she didn’t tell me that on the phone call to begin with who knows. When I got there that afternoon, she was just as rude, and I can see it’s a common thing, in reading other carrier reviews. The car I was given, had no windshield wiper fluid and the drivers side wiper barely worked. I had to use hertz, per my insurance, but I will let them know about the horrible service provided.
Chloe and I believe Kris? Not sure on her name, were great, super nice, let me know ahead of time they didnt have an exact match for my car. I really dont care that it wasnt an exact match. They got me where I needed to be, even gave me a ride to the shop when my car was done. Super quick, super friendly. Thanks again Chloe!
Do not rent a car from them!!! Its not a regular Hertz branch, its privately owned or something... They lie about rates and fees. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
Work company ever, they close early a lot, and you will get billed after delivery for everything and anything even gas on a full tank

Dont rent from them! Thieves work here . I left 2 items in the center console and realized it not 2 hours later. Nowhere to be found. No one was asked about it or anything. Just swept it away saying they have trustworthy people working there. Nothing but lies.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!I’ve had 2 terrible experiences here. First time I reserved a minivan and showed up to a small SUV with a third row that you’d need to be an amputee to sit in. Cancelled my reservation and went to Enterprise with a great experience and customer service. This time, my insurance company booked through them and showed up to no vehicle! They gave it away to someone else, even though I had a reservation. They said I should have been in at the time they opened!? What’s the point of a reservation if you give all the cars away? They could have at the least called to verify I’d be picking up that day.Choose enterprise every time. I’ve never had any problems with them and they go above and beyond.

By far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had! I explained my situation from day 1. They assured me it was all fine. One day the called saying I owed now and now they won’t take my insurance. We had to pay a large amount out of pocket because she wouldn’t take our insurance. Not only was it inconvenient the manager Kris was very very rude and never apologized. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I heard her on the phone being rude to other people as well. Such a bad experience. Ugh!

I normally rent from Enterprise but chose Hertz because they offered a cheaper rate when I booked. Unfortunately, it will be the last time.When we arrived to pick up the vehicle I was told, I only have a truck or a mid size careven though I reserved a full size car or similar 2 months ahead of time!! We took the car only because we couldnt find a full size somewhere else.The car was very compact and not what we needed for our 24 hour round trip drive. It was also dirty and appeared to only be vacuumed. No cleaning whatsoever. There were dog nose marks all over the windows, dirt in every crevice, and a very strong odor of old pizza.We even found a red like substance stuck in the steering wheel.To top it off, they were going to charge me the full size car rate. It wasnt until I called later that day when I realized the discrepancy on my credit card.(They did change the rate ....)I will never rent from them again.Enterprise is the only way to go if you want to get the vehicle you want. They may be a little more expensive at times but they always honor what you reserve. Hence the reason for reserving to begin with.
Got into a car accident that was not my fault and was put into a Hertz Rental Car as per my insurance company. The car was very nice as it was new with under 10,000 miles on it. This was my first experience with any rental car company so I was unaware that I needed to refill the gas tank. You would think the agents would tell you something as important as fill up the gas tank before you return the car, but they dont because they charge $7.99/gal and $.30/mile to fill it up, thus making them more money that the insurance wont pay. They also dont notify you when they charge your account. When I spoke with Jody I asked her why she did not tell me about the fuel (she also knew this was my first time as I had mentioned it when I received the car) and she said I talked to your husband on the phone which was a bold faced lie! When I told her she hadnt spoken with him at all she said, Oh that was someone else. Now I am facing a $66 charge where it would have cost me less than $20 to fill the tank the rest of the way. Just another shady way for them to make a profit. In hindsight, I should have filled the tank myself, but the collision center told me they would get the car back to the rental place and not to worry about it. When you run a business its best to be upfront and honest with your customers or risk losing them for life as this business has done with me.
I’ve usually never had any issues with this location. We have rented 3 cars from here in the past and have always used a debit card and it was always a great experience. We went to rent a car today just like we have done in the past and we’re told we had to put $200 down. All of the previous times that was waived. When we mentioned it to the employee that it is usually waived she stated she couldn’t do it. I would just appreciate consistency. If you aren’t gonna charge the $200 then don’t charge it. If you are then do it every time don’t make it optional it creates a bad customer experience as we had plans that had to be changed because of this inconsistency. Thank you!
Insurance arranged for a rental car while our van was being worked on. Hertz drove from Siloam Springs and dropped it off for us. The rental was terrific (clean, new) but after we turned it in we noticed a $98 charge for refueling, despite the fact that we returned the vehicle with the same fuel level as when we picked it up (3/4 full). We called this morning to ask about it, and they said we returned it at 3/8. No way to prove this on our end. I’m disappointed with their service and won’t be using Hertz again.
Since the end of September 2017 Ive had to get into 3 of their cars. Not once has a car been clean on the exterior or interior. I have left the car with them far cleaner than when I get it. Really disappointing that this is their norm.
Kris is always helpful and accommodating. She is professional and always makes the customers feel special. Its located in a convenient place as well.
Worst experience ever !!!.....after talking to their Manager over the phone, she assured me that everything was fine, they picked me up in Siloam Springs, drove me all the way to their location in Bentonville, just to run my credit report and kicked me like a dog from their office. Very disappointed. I have never been treated this way anywhere, before. Avoid this location.
Go elsewhere. We had a bad experience here. Weekend customer service was very unfriendly. All the options they had for what we needed smelled horrible inside. We asked to check out other cars and they were annoyed. Sorry your cars stink, maybe we wouldn’t have to try others if they didn’t all smell like dirty animals. Not much selection to begin with. We ended up taking what they chose for us and the gas wasn’t even full. Awful.

My car had a recall for which the dealer did not have the parts so they put me in a rental through this place. They did not have a good selection of cars. I was looking for a similar car to what I own... a low gas usage model. They could not provide. Not a good experience. Also, this place is hard to get out of.

An absolutely awful location. It gives Hertz a terrible name. Apparently, locations in Northwest Arkansas require full insurance coverage to rent a car. There is no option to waive their insurance. You cant find this out until you go to the counter and are asked to fork out another $30/day. Stay away from all Hertz. Enterprise does not require full coverage.

Worst rental experience ive ever had. Place was dusty. Cars plates were expired from day 1. Didnt offer up a replacement till day 17 of 19. Laziness all around. Dont use the 14th st. Location in bentonville. They suck. Oh yeah told me in beginning that i had to pay 20% of bill insurance covered the rest. Failed to mention that the insurance cap was $500 so i had to pay another $400 for a expired tag car that almost lost me my job cause 1 of the 3 times i got pulled over i was late for work. Smh.
They do not have a big selection of cars here. Was given a 4Runner and I was not happy with this vehicle and they changed me to another.
This company needs to improve their communication skills as to exactly what your account will be charged, never assume you will get the class of vehicle you want and this location is gross and the manager matches the quality. Last week, me and my family reserved a minivan, my husband was told that types like a Dodge Journey, Dodge Caravan, Infiniti QX60 were all included in those types, lets get real even though these all hold 7 people the room in a crossover versus a minivan is a big difference. We called the night before to ensure we were going to get a minivan, my husband was told they got vehicles later in the evening and would not be able to tell him. We drove to the lot and there was no minivan on the lot. The next morning when we showed up at 8:30 we were sadly given a Dogde Journey. Upon check in, the manager who was a woman (dont remember her name) was absolutely rude, never smiled, and very unfriendly at this time she informed us since we didnt use a credit card, an extra $200 would be taken out of our account for 5 days after we return the vehicle, we were not informed of this!! The building smelled like the trash hadnt been changed in a while and when I mentioned it the manager she completely ignored me! After we got into the vehicle there was cigarette ashes all over the dash and an empty box of Marlboro Lights in the arm rest! We were absolutely disgusted!!

Bad customer service!! I reserved a mini van for my familys out of state trip and on the day I went to pick up the van, she (the manager, not sure of her name) told me that she didnt have one. I was afraid of this and had called her a few days earlier to confirm and she told me she will have one for me. What a shame! What piss me off is that she didnt even bother to call me that she was not going to have a van for me but wait until the morning when I got there. This is a very, very poor customer service and not how you run a business. What do you do when you go pick up your rental for a long trip on the day youre taking off and was told that they dont have one? Stay away from Hertz, especially this place.

Attempted to get a rental car during my lunch hour, so we scheduled a 12 o’clock pick up time, rep did not show up until 12:30. Upon my arrival, the rental car was still not ready and I had to wait for them to clean the inside of the car. Overall, not a good experience.
