Told me I could get a rental even though I’m under 21 and then I get there and they tell us I can’t because of some law. Nice guys. Don’t know what they are doing
This is a company wide complaint. Beware of using your credit cards. If it declines once (whether your error or theirs) they will not run it again. Even if you prove the $ is there and call your bank to confirm.I was getting the amount needed to transfer. He ran it literally one minute before the transfer was done. It declined and now they refuse to run it again. I’m having to go to my bank, get a new card, and drive back up to their location to have them swipe a card from the SAME account. I also have to open a new contract they said. This is a huge inconvenience.
This location is extremely busy at times and could see up to 15-20 minutes of wait time to get your reservation. Customer Service is good, I dont agree with with Enterprise not requiring customers to return on a full tank of gas. The last thing I want to do before leaving for a trip is having to fill up.
I have used enterprise many times in different states and this was by far my worst experience. There was a shortage on vehicles and I had to wait two days, no biggie, then there was no wiper fluid in front windshield, I had to fill up air in back right tire 3 times in the 11 days I rented vehicle. It was due back on Saturday, didn’t realize there was no drop box and I had to be to work at 4 had church and work Sunday so I never had the opportunity to drop the vehicle off . Came on Monday didn’t think it would be a big issue, but it most definitely was… manager on duty came out and demanded keys back and wondered if we were going to be able to pay remaining balance. There was no how was your experience, or anything just you owe us A LOT of money, are you going to be able to pay it, which we had no problem doing, but I guess he assumed we weren’t going to pay it and was just very unprofessional and rude…. Definitely need to step up there game at this location! Wish there was another one in this area (not at the airports)

Thought I was reserving a car at the Enterprise XNA airport location but come to find out I had reserved the car at the J Street Enterprise location by accident. Staff at the J street location were friendly and professional. They didnt have the car I had reserved but provided me with a suitable alternative at a lower price. Easy to access in Bentonville to pickup / drop off rental cars. The staff was quick and friendly with each transaction I have had for work or personal needs.
Awful service. Sitting in 100 degree heat for over an hour waiting on help. They told us to get ahold of the place in Kansas when we are 10 miles from them. Enterprise is a world wide company and should be able to get you help.
The black guy at the desk YELLED at me then LAUGHED at me!! I have never had a good experience with enterprise, will be contacting the insurance company as it was a rental due to the insurance companys policy holder hit my car.
Extremely understaffed. There was one guy for the entire store and we had to wait for almost half hour until our turn came. We lost 30 mins on our rental time. Not cool

There have been long lines, but they are great at getting more people out there to help when that does happen. They are very efficient and I am never there too long. Drop off or pick up. They are very kind, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I have used hertz and enterprise and I will not go back to hertz. I am very happy with my experience.
The staff handling the customer communicartion is really co-operative also the car provide matched my expectations, the only reason for this being at 2 star and not 5 is that the car was not cleaned properly. It had 2 major issue.1st -> The bumper had some dead bugs, which the staff over there cleaned after I brought that to their notice.2nd -> Though it had a sticker for covid Clean, there was a cup of starbucks coffee left in the back passenger seat door. (F.Y.I - It also had some left over coffee in there ). Not acceptable, now I am hesitant even to have a future reservation with them.
Didn’t like the service of this particular branch. I found 1 employee was particularly rude when I was returning the vehicle. Additionally there was confusion regarding additional drivers fee which wasn’t in the initial contract but was added. I found employees were not updated on the latest policies.I prefered Enterprise over other Car Rental Services before this experience.I have been to many branches and this one is not what I would recommend.Giving additional star for the gentleman who helped us pick the car. He was patient and nice to us.

Posting this again because my review was deleted for whatever reason.I would like to start by saying that I have never posted a negative review before, but I believe its important to warn people about this establishment. I was in a no fault accident and used my insurance to cover $1,500 on a rental. In the middle of my rental (and not nearing my limit,) a charge for $243 appeared on my account, and we were not forewarned or we could have extended ahead of time. After calling and having them extend my rental, it took a full two weeks to fall off of my account. A week after returning the rental we received a voicemail stating we owed $318.50 for an additional drivers fee (??) though I am the only driver of the rental and fully insured on my policy. We were given absolutely no forewarning of this charge when I picked up and dropped off my vehicle. A few minutes ago I checked my account and had TWO new charges ($14.13 and $20.01.) Again, given no forewarning or bill as to why they are pulling these random amounts. I called them and was NOT given a reason as to why this money was pulled out, and I asked for a bill that they emailed me... did not have these amounts on it either. I was then told Somebody did it wrong. I asked to speak to someone in accounting as I was obviously getting nowhere, and was told it was fixed and I already had the bill. Still dont understand why I was ever charged these amounts, and honestly I had no idea it was legal to randomly pull money out of someones account when the business does not even know why and cannot provide me with a bill. Be wary about giving them a card to pay your deposit with, because Im still dealing with them almost two weeks after dropping off my vehicle.
Friendly people, nice clean vehicle, the vehicle was for my daughter and she wasnt kept waiting. It was a pleasant experience.
Buyer beware, if you are being directed here via am insurance company then do not be fooled by the sales person into signing up for a car that is just a dollar more per day. They calculate sales tax on the back end and you get nailed with hundreds due!
I have a vacation planned later this week. We ordered a vehicle from the Enterprise main office for Bentonville, AR last month. They booked us for the wrong amount of days. They misquoted the price by 200% And now we found out that they have no such vehicle available. The associate who gave me the news was laughing on the phone and did not attempt to find us an alternate vehicle. We emailed the address below and wrote a letter to their corporate office. We have not received one response to help us get a different car. And now that we are two days away from our vacation I would assume there a no cars available at the size we need, and all rates have escalated. I give a 1 STAR for 0 organization and 0 customer service.

Worst service... went in after having all the paperwork requested then told I had to prove residency and another $300 deposit. I will never rent from this place!!!! Not up front about everything waste of time.

Everyone at Enterprise both in Arkansas and Pennsylvania local offices are stellar. We leased a car to travel. When we got to PA, a piece of shrapnel from a bus flew back at the road behind it, in front of us. I had no choice but to continue over it. A few seconds later one of the tires on the rental blew.We got a change of tire finished and went to an office close to where our destination was. They tried to have the tire replaced but the mechanic said not only did it puncture the tire, it also made a quarter size shoe in the wheel. Without hesitation the PA lead worked out a switch of cars and we were in our way.On our way back to AR, we were going to be late turning in our car due to a lot of road construction on the route we were taking. I called my local office to let them know. Again, without hesitation- I’m pretty sure there were familiar with me name due to the happenings back East- he said no problem, no extra day charge for that, just get here safe and sound.AWESOME people!
This is one of the worst car rentals I have been to. I would not recommend this location. The location does not have enough cars. The car I was given had horrible smoke smells and the location was not able to replace the vehicle on multiple occasions. I was not sent a contract or any information regarding the rental. I called to ask questions and the person I talked to was not helpful at all. I was also not adequately informed regarding the fees and taxes. Choose another car rental service in the area.

Rented car for 3 days in June 2020. The vehicle pick up and return process was easy. Staff explained me the process completely and walked me through the vehicle to inspect for any damages. Also the staff explained me details of additional hold on the card and when it will be released. The exterior and interior of the vehicle was clean. They also seem to disinfect the vehicle after each passenger returns the vehicle. Also Vehicle performance was good. Thanks Enterprise for providing a wonderful vehicle for my trip
I rented a car on 12/23 while I was in town visiting family for Christmas. I returned the car the next day and unfortunately left a large amount of cash locked in the glove box. 20 min after I returned the car I contacted them and the car was already cleaned and rented out again. The manager, Corey, claims that he asked the cleaning crew about the money and they said they only found an empty envelope in the glove box. I asked Corey to further question the cleaning crew but I was basically blown off and when I asked who else I should talk to I was given an 800 number and told good luck in a very condescending tone. Corey obviously doesnt care about their clientele and the fact the cleaning crew is stealing customer belongings. I would not recommend going to this location or Enterprise in general. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.
Worst experience of my life. The car said COVID cleaned, but it was far from it. There was empty straw wrappers between the seats. The entire car you could tell had not been cleaned well. If that wasn’t enough, we did a video documenting the damages on the car prior to Leaving with it. When we brought the car back and dropped it off a man called and left a voicemail saying the windshield had significant damage done to it and wanted to know what happened. There was absolutely no damage to the windshield when we dropped it off. Thank goodness we conducted another video walk around of the car documenting its condition after we parked it back on their lot. We told them there was no damage when we dropped it off. They were rude and acted as if we weren’t being honest. Again, I’m just glad we were smart enough to document and video record the cars condition before and after. Will not be going back here ever and will not be referring anyone here.

Service was good. Picked up our minivan and right before we left on our trip I found a nail in the tire. I contacted Enterprise and that were about to switch it out for a new one within 20 minutes.

The insurance company called to set up an appointment to rent me a car while mine was in the shop. They talked with Corey and asked if they could waive the fee since I couldnt afford it and didnt have anywhere to go since its just me and my seven yr old daughter. Corey told the insurance agent that they would this time but couldnt do it again. So the day came to pick up the rental and the manager said no he would not waive the fee. He was extremely rude from the get go. Absolutely no customer service was provided. He refused to rent the car to me even though he knew someone else said they would. He also knew that me and my daughter didnt have a way to get anywhere without a car. I had proof on my phone in the way of a phone recording and a text message saying they would waive the fee. West side collision said that Enterprise is not a good company and they dont like to call them for there customers cause of there rude customer service. They even said that the manager at this Enterprise is no good, putting that nicely in my words. Absolutely the worst experience in my life, and will never go to another Enterprise ever again. I also called and talked with there corporate office about this matter. The collision center stepped up to the plate and put a rush on my car even though I didnt ask them to do. It was either get my car fixed while I was in a rental or dont get the car fixed. There was no In between.

Car was great. The only issue I had was the rep trying too hard to push me on things I did not need. Also not recording damages to the car I clearly pointed out, thankfully the different rep when I returned the car understood my problem. Also if Im any kind of member of yours there should be no problem with renting a car from one location to another with my debit card. Tried renting from Houston international to return to Austin international, and I was turned away.

The car I got was a good car however.. I have never ever gotten the make/model of car I rented from the web site.. I know it says or similar style but when your figuring a fuel budget a 38mpg car is not similar to a 27mpg car. While I understand that the cars need to be treated to prevent Covid spread the haze left all over the interior was bad.. Im thinking the disinfectant process needs a 2nd look...
Spoke with Trey and had a great experience. He was willing to work directly with the insurance company of the driver who was at fault in a fender bender to help set up direct payment. Got way better customer service than working through my own insurance company. I highly recommend Trey and this Enterprise branch.
It was pretty fast. The lady came out right away and helped me. She told me to wait as she went to get a vehicle. The only reason for this rating was the car was not as cleaned as I normally get from this place. Car driving was kind of rough for a 2020 with 30k miles and the engine sounded bad. I was disappointed for paying this amount for the SUV I got. Car also didnt have everything you needed to change a tire with. Had we been anywhere else, we would have been stranded or had to call roadside assistance. We picked up a nail and paid $20 for it to get it plugged/patched and was told we were responsible for that even though my sister told me had we gone with Avis, they would have swapped vehicles with us for free.
Rent from Enterprise regularly for work and personal use. The COVID restrictions have placed a challenge on all businesses, which I understand. However, we had to wait outside in a long line for 30 minutes in the rain and 35 degree weather. I was 4th in line and had to wait 30 minutes. I feel bad for the people that were 10+ back. The rental process, with an prebooked rental online, was EXTREMELY slow. Once someone helps me, it takes at least 20 minutes before I am on my way. National and other companies are much faster. The quality of the vehicles is nice and the people are pleasant overall. Just some room for improvement in my opinion.
Professional and courteous employees. Very efficient service. When returning the vehicle, they met me in the parking lot, addressed me by name, looked over the rental while I was still gathering my belongings. There was never a need for entering the building. Very quick and thorough. Impressive. Business ran like a well oiled machine with a personal touch.
ERA failed to make good on their commitment to meet me with a car, instead blaming me for not contacting them to confirm the plans that were already confirmed.Associates wearing chin diapers in place of masks, covid precautions prevent you from waiting inside but do not prevent them from speaking without masks to other unmasked customers.Update: visited again today for a family member. Associates still wearing chin diapers.
I rent from here often, I usually always have to wait for a vehicle to become ready. But their customer service is pretty good

They have great customer service and a large selection. However, they seemed short staffed both times I was there and there tended to be a long wait.
Only issue I had was when someone said they would call me back and never did.
The car was not cleaned before it was rented to me and had only a quarter tank of gas. I drove halfway across the country before learning the tags were expired and had been for six months. This was the worst experience with Enterprise I have had in many years of patronizing the company. I am typically very pleased with the service but learning your vehicle is illegally tagged when youre 1500 miles from home is unacceptable.

Tried to renta vehicleIm a CDLdriver 30 yearsover the road truck driver no tickets no accidents They want to charge me a $130 for 24 hour rental and hold $300 for 7 days on my card. Ummm No!.Poor business!

Check-out / Check-in so fast and EZ, itll make your head spin, Rented this past weekend. Fast and ez setup with COVID going on. Car was great and very clean. Everything went smooth, With COVID, you need to pick-up the car - they wont come it you.

Took my wife to Enterprise today to pick up a rental car for her business trip. I was amazed at the number and different kinds of vehicles they have locally to rent. She got checked in quickly and the staff was very professional and courteous and went over the vehicle before releasing it to her. This was to make sure they agreed on any existing damage or lack thereof before the vehicle left the lot. Also, the vehicle she got was an SUV and it only had 11,000 miles on it and it was clean! Fully loaded with every option available on that model.My wife is very frugal so she checked with other agencies in the area and Enterprise had the best rate for her needs.This is the first time renting from Enterprise so well see how it goes. Because of the virus I had to stand outside in the hot sun. Seems like they could provide an awning or something for shade. The customer service rep did not wear his mask over his nose which renders it useless. I ask him several times to pull it up and he did. It was down again in a few seconds. What is the point of making customers stand outside, if the staff is so careless about their masks.
I love enterprise for rentals and their customer service . it’s my go to for past 4 years in US . Would definitely go again for next vacation rentals

I had to rent a car to replace my damaged vehicle that was getting repaired. Enterprise was at the repair shop early, ready to pick me up. The car check-out process was smooth and simple.Unfortunately our non-smoking rental car had a very thick atmosphere of smoke that was making our newborn clearly uncomfortable. We requested a replacement and they were able to switch it out for a similar car quickly and easily at no extra charge.Yall did great! Thank you!

This was my first time every renting a vehicle everybody at Enterprise in Bentonville, Ar was so nice to me I must say me and my little family enjoyed the ride in the Nissan Kicks Mid Size Suv for the 4th of July weekend vacation I will be back very soon

Used Enterprise car rental on J St in Bentonville AR. Car was ready and they happily provided a vehicle with my requested specifications. Left a car charger in the vehicle, returned the next day and the employee had it pulled out on the counter for me. Use this office often and they are courteous and professional. i highly recommend to others.
After a very frustrating and maddening 6 hours at a car dealership, which ended with being told that my engine had seized and it would be at least a month before I could get my car back, I felt defeated as I called Enterprise to arrange a rental for the month. They came to pick me up at the dealership within minutes, and dropped me off at their business location. The waiting room was full of people waiting on cars and I was the last in line. The people there were kind and friendly and very helpful and even though I was the last person in line they made me feel like I mattered as much as the first person in line. Trey was very helpful and got me a car, arranged all of the paperwork, walked me through everything I needed to know. Even when I was able to turn in the car early, through help with the car dealership, it didnt go smoothly, through no fault of Enterprise. Trey walked in, sorted through the mess and saved the day. My entire experience with Enterprise has been very very positive and I would recommend them as a rental car agency to anyone that asks.

Very happy with the service. My insurance company was slow to call in the order to get the rental, so we had to take care of it while there. We thought it had already been called in. It was close to closing time. We were not rushed and they told us not to worry, that they would handle it. And they did. I was very pleased with their service.They gave me a great vehicle and I would recommend them to others. Kimberely, Rachel and Brittany did a great job in attending to me and my wife with the rental that was due to an accident with our own car. Enterprise is lucky to have them as employees.

Being a long time customer we had a bad experience with non availability of key drop and ended up being charged for an extra day because of the closing hours on Saturday.
The WIFI in the car was very slow, and the bluetooth in the car would not connect to my phone, or it would connect and then disconnect within seconds of connecting.Enterprise did a good job as far as customer service. I just didnt like the car.

From the driver that picked me up to the agents in the office, my experience was great. I want to single out Rachel at the J street Bentonville location as being particularly knowledgeable and helpful. My rental lasted longer than was originally expected and the rental vehicle needed an oil change and she made the switching of vehicles as effortless for me as she possibly could. She turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience.

Pretty busy so there was a wait for about an hour but the employees did their best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. It was a little complicated to actually rent a car...not like it used to be. If you use a debit card, be sure your address matches on your DL otherwise you have to have mail with your address on it. I saw a bunch of people come and go without their rentals because of one reason or other. I think their policies could be a little less tight.The employees were very helpful and professional considering how busy they were
I rent cars from Enterprise on a monthly bases for work. This was the first time using this location. 5 star service. As a person who working in high end customer service, I would have hired both staff members who helped me. I was given multiple options on car types and was in and out in less that 15 mins. Will definitely rent here again when Im in need of a car.

Worst experience ever! They are inconsistent on requirements for vehicles. The branch manager required a major credit card and a $200 hold when last time we paid with a debit card and a $50 hold for the same type of car, an economy car. This was a week prior and there was no damage to the original vehicle in any way. There is no reason to change the hold, or the requirements. We will not be using enterprise in the future. This is ridiculous.
I had a really great experience here. The associate who assisted me, Tanner, greeted me by name when I arrived at the desk and had a car waiting for me when I came by. Tanner walked me through the rental contract and was very open when I asked him questions.When I returned the car, the gentleman who assisted me was able to get me in and out of the place in about 3 minutes, so the whole experience was pain-free.
Amazing service overall. They gave my mom a great price on a rental, a free car upgrade, accepted her debit with proof of residency, treated us with very friendly professionalism, & didnt add on any extra charges. They didnt pressure us to add on their car insurance, but did offer the options & information to us. We returned the car & everything was great. I would definitely recommend them.
