I insured one of my homes through this agency. I was not told that there would be an inspection, which is fine as long as they tell me. They found a couple items, and they told me I had until December 31st to repair them, which is no problem. On December 14th they sent me a letter saying my insurance was cancelled. Now one of my investment houses is uninsured.
