Called to help a customer get their insurance the staff was very helpful

I am sure they have said to each other - what does he want this time!However, their professionalism and immediate response to questions is appreciated. our move out of state caused NO disruption in service- just a change in requirement for insurance.We are in GOOD HANDS with Allstate

Great company to work with. They treat their staff and clients well, we even got a free pie for thanksgiving! Never had any claims but Im sure they would be handled professionally. We purchased a new car last year and the transfer of our old cars insurance to the new car was handled quickly and smoothly.

I have been a longtime Allstate customer and found Allstate to be a very good company with which to deal. A couple years back we had some claims for storm damage and they were handle without delay. We did eventually see a rate increase, which caused some concern on our part.As far as this office is concerned, I like Dan Cheek as a agent. He has been friendly and helpful. I do find myself aggravated by others in the office who dont always respond to inquiries in a timely manner.I will say that I would do myself a disservice if I did not investigate options. Price is an important factor for me. Allstate has made little effort to offer ways for me to save money. I feel like I am taken for granted as a loyal customer. For this reason I cannot grant my highest rating.

Dan is a great agent. He really took care of me when I had my accident. The process with the repair shop took over 4 months, and he was by my side during the entire process. I’m a very happy customer. With Dan, I know that I am DEFINITELY in good hands.

Expensive rates and annoying calls / emails.I’ve been with Allstate for over 10 years and, after comparing rates with competitions, I switched to another insurer (I pay HALF the price for exactly the same plan for my house and 70% for my cars).I had one claim with Allstate ($4,000 for both parties) and I had no problem with being reimbursed for the expense, so I like the quality of service.Another issue with Dan is constant emails /phone calls / letters that are sent even after I requested to be removed from the list. I just got an automated phone call from Dan, thanking me for being a valued customer; I switched over a year ago!

Dan provides an exceptional knowledge base. He has substantial experience in the industry and does a great job of making sure we get the exact coverage we need.
