There was a time I would not have ranked them so high. But I suppose they needed time to mature in the new location. The last couple of visits have gone very smoothly.
I arrived early on a Saturday before normal sales hours and Dane arrived early as well and helped me with a test drive and vehicle comparison. His service and knowledge of the vehicles on hand was exemplary as well as the assistance of the general manager and finance staff. Jordan in the finance department was patient and thorough with all my questions so it was a real pleasure doing business at this dealership.

The salesman couldn’t answer basic questions about the car I was interested in. RED FLAG! Went up there to McLarty Nissan in Little Rock and bought a car there instead. Back in my day, car salesman were informed about the cars they were selling. McLarty in Little Rock showed them up.

Everyone treats you like family from when we first arrived on the lot. They greet you and start assisting you to your needs. My car was sitting outside already cleaned, all I had to do when I came was sign the papers and all that fun stuff. They were very quick and handled business.

UPDATED: Jordan and Tyler reached out and the GM is helping me get a car so this recent issue can be looked at. I appreciate the phone call and the customer service to address the issues is more than expected.*************I was sold a lemon that has had one issue after another. Its a brand new car! I already had a bad taste in my mouth from my sales experience. I had to write a check for almost 3K for sales tax. This is not easily done when youre a single mom. If you move to Arkansas, sales tax is not automatically included as it is in most states. While another dealership worked with my uncle to get it added in after the fact, mclarty wasnt willing to and it nearly crushed me financially. So, with that and now having back to back issues with fuel pumps and brake systems and now the collision systems and being told I cant get a rental until they diagnose the issue, Im never getting another nissan and Im never buying a car from mclarty. The rental wouldnt be a big deal if I lived in town but its already a 45 min drive. I just feel considering the car was only bought a few months ago and the car is obviously a lemon, theyd work with me. The actual service manager is great. Jordan has been fantastic but the policies regarding rentals needs to go.

TL;DR Great people who worked hard to get me out of my craptacular ride and into a reliable vehicle during my lunch break even though I have less than perfect credit.Story Time.So I had gotten a Chrysler 300 from Carmart about 2 years ago. It seemed as though every month there was some kind of new problem with it. I was having issue after issue, and finally had enough.I only had four five payments left but knew the car wasnt going to survive without having some kind of major issue that would cost more than it was worth. After searching online I scrolled across McLarty Nissan. They seemed to have a great selection but didnt know if I could get in anything because of my credit.Andrew texted me a couple minutes later and we discussed a few options. I explained my issues and he told me to come on in when I could. There was no pressure. I told him that I needed some kind of 4x4 to get around off-road because of my involvement with the Boy Scouts. He acted like there wasnt any problems putting me in something like that but I was skeptical.I had my eye on a Jeep on their website but that ended up getting sold before I could get there. Andrew showed me a few options that they had within my price range and we went from there. I told him that I was on lunch break and didnt have a lot of time. He told me that he could work with my time schedule.I ended up looking at a 2015 Chevy Silverado 4x4. They had no problem with me asking for a Carfax report, me crawling around underneath it, and popping the hood to check all the fluids. There wasnt anyone hovering over me trying to stop me from doing a complete inspection of the vehicle. The truck was spotless.When we went inside, everyone was wearing masks and engaging in Social distancing. The general manager introduced himself and introduced me to the guy who did financing. They were able to manipulate numbers and get everything within the price range I requested. They got me a loan with a good bank with a decent interest rate.I cant stress enough how amazing this car buying experience was. I went from a barely driveable car to papers signed and keys in hand in 90 minutes. They work their butts off to get me in a good vehicle ASAP. They will have my business as long as I continue to live in this area.

I was very pleased with the salesman Mr. Wooten. He was kind and thorough and was patient with all my questions. As a first time buyer of a car, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he was considerate of that fact and worked well with me. If it were not for him, I would not have bought this car. Simply because when I got to the finance portion of my purchase, the finance manager could not have been more rude and inconsiderate.Once he found out it was not in my budget to get the MOST expensive warranty plan, his demeanor went from casual and friendly to brisk, impatient, and down right disrespectful. He didnt explain anything, acted like I should know everything and wouldnt stop talking long enough for me to ask my questions, and when I did, he talked down to me like I was an incompetent person. He was annoyed that even dared ask a question and his tone was degrading. If I had not had my parents there to explain things and reassure me of what was going on, Nissan would have lost the sale. Even with them there, if I had to tolerate his degrading tone for 5 more minutes, Nissan would have lost my sale.On top of that, when there was a hiccup in the paper processing, he openly talked down about his co workers in front of us saying how incompetent they were. As someone who works in Public servic, this was a major red flag to me and didnt sit well at all as that is a cardinal rule of PR and public service: always be professional in front of the customer and never bad mouth your coworkers especially in front of customers! He was too arrogant to not act like they couldnt do their job as well as him. It made all parties involved very uncomfortable, and that is another thing you certainly dont want to do in a public service position ESPECIALLY when you are trying to make a sale!The icing on the cake was when I expressed this to others who had recently dealt with Mcclarty in Benton, they had also dealt with this same financial manager, and expressed the same frustration. They even felt pressured to purchase a warranty plan that did not fit within their budget leaving them feeling trapped in a financial plan that was not satisfactory to their needs. I felt this was very wrong on his part. His job is to not cheat people out of money, but to find an affordable plan that works best for them. Like I stated earlier if it had not been for Mr. Wooten helping me for the first half making me feel comfortable, and my parents there to help explain things, Mclarty would have lost this sale due to his degrading attitude and less than satisfactory PR skills.

I was really impressed with McCarty Nissan of Benton. Went in to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. First of all the service department was really friendly and professional ( Darrin Bright). During the service they brought to my attention damage that my vehicle had underneath. I remembered that several months ago during a rain storm I had struck what appeared to be a plastic bag in the middle of the freeway. But when I checked the vehicle the next day I did not see the damage. Therefore I really appreciate the thoroughness of the service department. They have definitely earned a customer and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.
I was in for an oil change and had the windshield washer fluid and radiator checked as well. The wait time wasnt long and my service rep went over all of the paper work with me. I always get great service here. The people are very nice and always have answers for my questions.

Best vehicle purchase I may have ever experienced. Sales was easy to deal with & did not pressure me at any point. I even felt as though he was representing me in the purchasing process. The sales manager asked me what I wanted the pay & instead of trying to get me to go a little bit higher, he got me where I asked to be. Then, to top it off, the finance guy did some checking & found me a lower interest rate, which ended up making my deal better than I asked for.
