As a fitness professional and someone whose been lifting for over a decade, the gym is great and has all of the equipment I could need but I’m giving 4stars I prefer late night workouts and the late night crowd is AWFUL. Come in packs, stand around blocking equipment and literally scream and bark throughout their workout. I’ve left in the middle of a workout because I was so irritated on multiple occasions. It would also be nice to have more than one location for deadlifts, especially when groups are standing around and blocking that corner. The owner seems very nice and accommodating and I’m hoping he can do something about the etiquette during non staffed hours.

Fitness factory is the best gym in highlands County . The staff is amazing and friendly and very knowledgeable about any questions I may have .

Great gym. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. Recently added new equipment to use. They regularly clean every machine. And they have a great smoothie bar.

Great gym and they have a food and health store now witch is awesome! I have had the waffle and smoothie witch I would recommend. The place is a great tool have for helping you to achieve your fittness goals.

I have moved out of Highlands County but my time at this gym has been very good. They have great equipment and continue to upgrade the facility. If I should return to the area I wouldnt hesitate going back. Would recommend this gym for anyone that is local.

When Golds gym closed I joined Planet Fitness AND Fitness Factory. I thought I compare and decide. Fitness Factory beat the pants off PF. Its a great gym with great equipment and 24/7 access if you need that.

Probably the best gym Ive worked out in, in highlands county....modern machines, spacious, and the nutritional area that just opened up is a nice touch, not to mention they always play bangers on the radio, so your always motivated to lift.

Hate to leave a bad review but i can only speak off my experience i moved away durring the pandemic and where i am the pandemic is still ongoing all payments were. Cancelled to the gym then still durring the pandemic i was charged for membership i called to atempt to cancel and the lady was incredibly rude saying they had the right no notification wold not let me speak and was unwilling to negotiate and was consistantly over talking me.. I often have a cold greeting from the front desk lady in person idk the reason but it just so happens that i am black and i have seen her handel the same situation over the phone and in person much diffrently..kinder more gental and guiding i will probably never go here again and it sucks because its really a convenient location the man at the dest is pretty cool on the other hand

This place is clean, never overly crowded, a lot of up to date equipment - I could go on and on! 5 stars!

This is a great gym! The staff is so friendly and welcoming all the time no matter what time of day it is. The best part is that the gym is open 24/7 every single day! Definitely will recommend fitness factory to everyone!

Best gym in Sebring no contest. The only one thats open 24/7, fantastic staff, immaculate equipment and facilities, all for a great price. I wouldnt consider working out at any other gym.

This is the cleanest gym in Highlands county, and every year they get new machines. Its a very safe place to workout 24 hours a day, free sweat towels, nice locker rooms and tons or equipment.

Love this place!! The staff are fantastic! We went in to pick up our key cards and they gave us a guided tour...The place is absolutely beautiful!! Best gym by far in Highlands County!!!! 👏👏👏👏

Really nice people who work there and its a true 24 hour gym..the only bad thing is youre forced to listen to R&B Hip Hop Rap, if youre 13 yrs old its okay.. but I dont like listening to songs degrading woman or glorifying drugs..and Ive seen guys dancing between sets with each other..now that was kind of weird...well I guess some people go there to work-out and some to dance and take selfies...which one are you?...lol..

One of the best gyms in the country, super clean & staff is great.

Very great gym. They have helpful staff, a sauna, showers, and they even sell pre-workout. The equipment is new, and very well kept. They have good music on, and the environment is overall nice. Plus, its 24/7! Its, in my humble opinion, the best gym in Sebring.

I lift weight off ground and put it back down here. Other people can not lift same weight off ground and put it back down. I like this Gym.
