I would not recommend this apartment complex! We lived their for one year and we had to separate flooding occurrences. Each time our apartment flooded through the kitchen sink with the whole buildings disgusting grey water (bath water, sink water, garbage disposal). It took too long to fix each time and they were not apologetic. After they were finished cleaning the first flood (which took two weeks) we were left with mismatched carpeting, closets off of the tracks, holes under our sink and floorboards falling off. The second time I had to call several times to get someone in the apartment to clean and basically set up everything by myself since the property management company did not take matters into their own hands. We lived on the lower level and we got hardly any sunlight which made the apartment very depressing. Also no view since there was a stair case in front of our window. Do NOT rent here! Or at least definitely do not end up with apartment #3 since it will likely flood again....

So far our experience has been wonderful. The manager Jade is amazing and so on top of things. She is so attentive and responds quickly. The application process is quick and easy and they were able to get us a great place to live for my daughter and our dog. There is tons of grass for the kids and dogs to play in. Parking doesnt seem to be a problem and I havent heard a peep from my neighbors. The only thing that sucks is the TINY closet they have for washer/dryers. But we got a small stackable unit and made it fit (bring those furniture slider things, trying to slide on carpet is.... just, no.)We have really enjoyed being here so far!
