Review №1

The manager was nice and she suggested we write a review about our experience at the property. She seemed to want to let others know about their experience. My family and I were hoping to rent at her property, but the apartment was too small. I would recommend for a smaller family or couple. The property is a bit older but it was clean to my view.

Review №2

Moved here in January (6 months now) and weve been EXTREMELY happy with the place. We have a 2bed/2.5bath, and overall have really enjoyed it. Heres a run down:PROS:- huge space. We have dual masters upstairs, really well painted and nice trim, fans in both rooms, etc. Each room has huge closets, which is helpful cause my wife and I both have a lot of clothes and stuff. Theres also a nook at the top of the stairs, and storage under the stairs. And each unit has a storage unit outside, which is killer. I think our floor plan is 1200+ sq ft, which is huge for a 2bdrm.- really well appointed. The kitchens are beautiful with TONS of storage (we cook a lot and have a lot of dishes we cook with, and we havent run out of room at all). The counters are great and the cabinets are nice as well.- washer / dryer hook ups. There is on-site laundry in case you dont have them, but its great to have them in your unit. Our other places didnt have them, so this was a nice touch.- your own little backyard with grass and a white picket fence. We have flowers back there, and its great to just be able to sit on the grass and relax in your own little spot (no neighbors dogs or dog droppings to worry about)- covered parking. Awesome for the winter when it snows.- vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms upstairs. It really makes the place standout.CONS:- it can get hot in the summer, cause there is no central A/C. We miss that about this place, so we run both fans in rooms all the time, and an extra fan in bedroom. To be fair, not many places we looked at in Bend before moving here had central air.- Electricity bill can be a little high, but weve never seen it as high as mentioned by the other person. In the dead of winter it was maybe 170 with good use of the cadet heaters in the rooms.Thats really all I can think of. We havent had any problems with the management at all - theyre actually really nice from our experiences with them. They even showed me a unit a little after hours because I was in from out of town, and because they didnt give anyone 24 hour notice so I can see a unit they let me see theirs.Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. My wife and I have loved it here, and I feel I can speak well for how this compares to other units because I looked at a number of different complexes, duplexes, etc. Nothing had as much room, looked as good and new, and for the price it was. Empire Village was a very easy decision for us to make, and were glad we did. Hope this helps!
