Trying to get in contact with this company is impossible. You can try emails, voicemail, text and your own patience and will have no luck. But they have no problem taking your application fees in a matter of seconds to apply for their homes👍Dont waste your money or time.

It saddens to share that Fox Management canceled our family airbnb reservation 2 days prior with inconsistent reasoning why?! The lack of honesty and transparency was disheartening. We share in hope it helps others.

Now I know why our Sunriver vacation rental (managed by Shannon) was not cleaned when we arrived. Apparently Shannon does not pay her cleaners (at least according to the other reviews on this page). We could not occupy the vacation rental for the first night of our stay and Shannon refuses to give us a credit for that night even though she promised us she would. So add renters to list of people that Shannon will not pay. That list is getting pretty long.

I own a landscape company and I was contacted by Shannon to get irrigation water turned on at one of their rentals. That was in June. Four months later, I still have not received payment. If you are a contractor I would NOT do any work for this company unless you get paid up front. Not professional. Not responsive. Does not pay their bills.UPDATE: Nov 2020 Response from owner says the This problem has been resolved. Be it known that Fox Management NEVER did pay for services rendered!

My partner and I subletted from a tenant of 1147 NE Viking CT, Bend 97701, (September 2019- until around April of 2020.) After reaching out, calling, sending emails and text messages we never heard from Shannon, no matter how urgent the issue! There were multiple repairs that needed attending to that were also not addressed. We felt like she was very unresponsive and unprofessional towards meeting our needs and it truthfully had us wondering wether or not we were being scammed by the tenant.

I own a cleaning business and Shannon and I met and she agreed to use my services. I worked for her for a few months and the communication was awful and I never knew from day to day what vacation rentals needed cleaned. I also had a hard time getting paid or getting supplies for the units . For this reason I would not recommend her service.

I have been a cleaner for the better part of 13 years. In that time I have never worked with a better property manager! Shannon knows the business from the ground up. Her practical yet efficient approach to things makes my job that much easier! You will rest easy knowing that Shannon will treat your home like it was her own!

Shes been fantastic from day one especially dealing with the issues of a broken garbage disposal, heater, and the air conditioning unit.
