My boys haircuts were great! I only gave 3 stars because after appointments were done online ahead of time, it gave us a 1 hour and 30 minute time frame, only to show up at that time to a rude and argumentative Lady insisting that it was not done because somehow, my boys names werent in their system. Im more upset in the way I was treated upon entering the store with the rudeness and argumentativeness. Definitely need to work on their Customers Service. 👎🏼Customer Service is Everything. We wont be going back. 😉

I have been here for haircuts every time I’m in Bend. Hami is my amazing hairstylist. She always makes sure I feel beautiful when I leave .She listens to what I want for my haircut and pays attention to details. Thank you Hami. Ur the best ❤️

NOT HAPPYMy Son and grandson went for hair cuts. They waited for quite sometime. When my grandson went up they asked for a 2 on the sides and 3 on top. All my Son heard was oops and they kept going. When my son saw my grandson hair and called them out on it all they said ways yeah, sorry.Took another 60 minutes before our son got his turn in the chair. He is a very patient, nonconfrontational human. I would not have waited that long.Other then the half hearted sorry, thats all they got. I would think a comp for the wrong hair cut or at least a discount.Not only will they not be going to this location again that they have been going to for years, they will not be going to any sports clips.

Have been coming to Sport Clips on and off for over 5 years and after a terrible experience at the Eastside location, decided to give the Cascade Village location another shot to earn my business again. After sitting in Sydneys chair, not only did I leave with an amazing haircut, I left knowing that from now on whenever I need a haircut, I will be going back to Sydney and know that I will always leave completely happy and looking good! Waited 25 min and at 1 min as the next client the Manager Bell moved another customer ahead of me and did not notify me. Just reset me for another 23 min wait. When I went to her, told me he had been there earlier, and those were the rules. Never offered me to move to next up or any explanation or real apoligy. Turns out it was a known customer. Or friend.

My boyfriend just started to get his hair cut here by Rio Killian. He tells me every time that he is very satisfied each time he walks in to get his hair done. She does an excellent job. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a haircut. The place is always clean and very friendly. My boyfriend would come back again and again.

Nice if you’re in their system. I tried to take my kids there who weren’t in the computer. After 5 min and the person telling me children needed accounts and to give email addresses we left because the wait went from 5 - 25 mins. Too much hassle.

I have been to Sports Clips in 3 states, all have been great. I used to go to barber shops or stylists in the past thinking the quality of cut would be similar to a Super Cuts type operation. Sports Clips is far from that. The cuts are always consistent and fast, much faster than a barber.

My ex wife cut my hair for 40 years, but when we separated I had grown a long pony tail and it really looked ragged. I moved to Bend Or and decided I needed a new start and a younger look. My son and grandson live in Bend and told me that they have been using Sports Clips at Cascade Village and I really liked their hair cuts. So one day I walked in and was treated kindly by a lovely woman named Bernice. She eased my fears and did a really nice job of transforming my ragged look into that of a well groomed man of 73. I have received lots of compliments from friends and family and just went on my first date. Bernice you rock!

Love coming here, I get a simple cut, they keep the info with my name so its always the same cut, even if I get a different stylist. Lots of TVs with sports on, lol.

The new reservation system as awesome! If the wait is long they tell you how long it will be and they are pretty accurate. I hear they soon will be able to text you five minutes before your haircut. Now thats customer service!

Asked for a high and tight with some length on top (military). The lady said. “ you really like it that way”. I took that as a lack of confidence that she could fade hair, however I went ahead with the haircut. It turned out horrible went home and shaved it.

My son and I just drove across town to get our hair cuts to find out that you closed early tonight with no reason. So we went to the Eastside location to find out the same thing. We waisted an hour of our time driving around to your locations. Why didnt you simply post on your website this? Super frustrating!
