It takes a special kind of person to cancel TWO appointments the day before back to school. Claiming COVID for a week yet waits until less than an hour before the appointment to cancel. I made the appointment a week ago same week she tested..Re.I see how you changed it to Friday in an attempt to make yourself look better yet in text you said you found out Thursday and waited till Monday less than an hour before our appointment. Sad that you feel free of guilt. Both of my daughters went to Sportclips and ended up better than the last two haircuts we overpaid you for. And your option to rectify the situation was was to call someone who could probably help. Not good business

She also has a ton of patience not only did she cut my hair all three of my boys hair. She also did an amazing job with them and cutting there hair.
