This is my spot. For reference Im a 37 year old male, so this is the only perspective I know, but I see a good mix of folks here.i dont have a designated barber, I just call in and take whoever is free. Theyre all fantastic, laid back people. They do a great job and the prices are amazing at nearly half of anyone else around them. Very comfortable, warm environment. Not metro-upscale which I prefer greatly. Its a comfortable, inexpensive spot for an easy conversation and a good ear raising.

Best pricing although the cut wasnt perfect. We made it work regardless, and I tipped. Nice people here, good old fashioned music, too. I had a couple requests that my usual barber told me to mention when describing my cut elsewhere as it wasnt easy to figure out at first, so this wasnt my regular place in all honesty and my hair isnt easy to work with. I liked the result, but I was aiming for something else.

Nice little kind of old fashioned barber shop, and Kevin cuts my hair like I ask him to. 10/10 coming back.

Warm, friendly atmosphere. Tracy anticipated what I was about to ask for and executed it perfectly. Add in a straight razor neck trim, hot towel and shoulder massage, all at a very good price. Will definitely be going back.

Came here to have my sides cleaned up and was met by Kevin. Was instantly greeted and felt welcome and at home. Kevin has a great sense of humor and had some great conversation.The skin fade was perfect and will be coming back for my future cuts. Thanks L&K for great service at a great value!

Over the 8 years I have been getting haircuts here I have sat in every barbers chair and they all do a fantastic job. They are friendly and provide a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The straight razor, hot towel and vibration massage at the end are just icing on the cake.

Great barber shop!

My son and I were walking around the area and we notice this barber shop. We made an appt for the next day. The person who cut my son hair was very sweet and took her time to do the job right and clean. My son is a mover so she had patience for him. They include a little massage with the haircut. Its not a hand massage they use this retro thing. The hair cut was a little pricey but we arent from here so I dont know what the average is in the area.

They shaved my head when I had cancer, have been there several times. Wish yall could come to Madras to cut my hair!

Adam always cuts my hair perfectly and the banter in the shop is an added bonus.

I have been getting my haircut at L & K for about 10 years now. Over the years I have had my hair cut by 4 different people and have never had anything but a great haircut at a very reasonable price. Its nice to find a place you dont worry about at all!

Dude hacked the hell out of my hair! Shaved ONE side burn away from my beard, cut my neck with the razor multiple times! He gave me the worst fade I have ever gotten!! Very unhappy with it..

I have been going here for years! Tracy is a great barber & so is everyone else! L&K offers one of the only places in town that will give a child a haircut & still care about what they are doing. Definitely not one of those places that just gives a kid a haircut in 5 minutes without caring about what they are doing. I have been getting my haircut here for almost 10 years!

I’ve had my haircut here since I was 7 years old. They’re kind people with stories to tell and give great haircuts. Won’t go any where else!

Had my hair cut today, Sunday, by a lady, only one working, and can can honestly say it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my 72 years. Really did not see it until later in the day, as I was wearing a ball cap and then showed to my wife and she asked what the hell happened. Asked for medium length and looks like she used a bowl on my head and shaved me. The little bit on on each side are different lengths so trimmed it up myself tonight with scissors. Will be forced to wear a ball cap for the next couple of months.If not leaving for California in the morning I would consider going back to discuss with the owner. I am assuming this was an exception and not the rule as the reviews for this shop are mostly all good. But felt I had to mention my experience.
