Adrienne and Brittany are Awesome! Not to discount anyone else working there but those two are the reason I keep coming back. Ive been going to Sports Clips on the East side for over 2 years now and I appreciate the level of respect and comfort I feel when Im there. They make sure that Im satisfied with my hair cut and the place is always clean.

Reason for the three stars was I had to return to get my haircut fixed. First person really rushed and didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut my hair really short. When returning the lady fixed what the first person did wrong and had to cut it shorter. She was super nice and friendly and did what she could to make up for what the other stylists did. I know everyone has bad days or just trying to make the flow of customers get in and out. I will give you guys another try when I need a hair cut. Thanks for responding to my review. It shows that you care.

The customer service was excellent, but the quality of the haircut left much to be desired.It ended up being somewhat uneven, and much too short in the front, the latter of which is especially frustrating because there is no real way to fix it other than living with it for several weeks. Being a new customer, Im giving the benefit of the doubt that perhaps not enough information was communicated, so Im only deducting two stars.Im also not a fan of how heavily hair products seemed to have been pushed. I realize much of that could be down to the corporate business model and beyond the control of the store, so I wont deduct any stars.Will I be a returning customer? Maybe, but it would have to be with a different stylist, and with nothing short of a photo of how I wanted the cut to turn out.

Checked in online and was told 28 minute wait. Got to sports clips exactly as their own notification system told me I was next up only to be told I actually had over a 30 minute wait when I got there. What’s the point of checking in online 30 minutes early if you still wait when you get there? Doors were wide open and chairs were outside in the parking lot. People standing around without masks on and unprofessional all the way around. Have used for over a year but I’ll be going elsewhere.

I’ve always come to sports clips for a haircut. I normally always have one of the nice women cut my hair. Today I had a gentleman cut my hair which I normally never do as a guy. Idk why, I just always have a female.He was a little short with words, didn’t seem too excited to be there, and just speeded through my haircut. Now, I don’t have the best hairline, far from actually, I tried something new. But this guy just breezed through it in 10minutes. TEN. Fastest haircut I’ve ever had.“Do you like it?!”I’m not one to be rude in person because it is a job and I don’t wanna make anyone feel bad, but it was rushed, spots where missed (my gf noticed right away) and it’s just right before my birthday. PERFECT… Not… my hair will grow back.. but have some pride in your work. I’ve been coming here for a while, love some of the women that work there. But I won’t be having that guy cut it again. I even tipped just out of courtesy.I never leave bad reviews but…If you don’t like cutting hair for a living, then find something else that makes you happy. You work with people appearances. People like to feel like they look good.. even when they don’t 😂. Don’t rush through someone’s haircut. Take time to make it look good. Even if the persons hair isn’t good, take the time to appreciate the person and do your best job for each person that walks through that door. After all, we are paying customers. Feeling like a burden or you’re just tired of cutting hair, doesn’t make me want to come back.Put more effort in, keep your returning customers. Guys, go to the women to cut your hair!

It was a place that I will come back to. Haircuts especially. Beard trim/cut, Im looking for a new spot just for the simple fact that I am looking for more in a beard trim. You guys are awesome though.

She barely cut my hair and said she cut the top when clearly she hadnt and didnt make sure it was even or anything. Im very disappointed but left her a tip. I told her I wasnt happy and she didnt really say much. Wont be going back for a 26$ haircut that looks worse than when I went in.

Brittany, Joy, Mandi, Bell and all the rest of the ladies that work here are awesome. Ive been passed around from stylist to stylist and they all do a great job. Ive even brought my daughter down for her haircuts and trims. Had one stylist did my hair and goofed it and without question it was trimmed and fixed. Came in this week as Im growing a beard and needed it cleaned up along with my mop. Oh, and the MVP treatment. I showed Joy a pic of a cut and style my wife sent me down with and she nailed it. And lets just say my wife was pleased too ;0) Thanks ladies and keep up the great work, we appreciate you all!!!

Went here with my sons to get our hair cut. While the stylists that helped my boys did okay, my stylist did not do so great and took a very long time. Still, this was not the worst part of my visit. Shortly after we got up another little boy sat down with the gentleman who did my sons hair. As I was trying to pay, the little boy exclaimed that he was hurting him. Completely unaware of what was even going on the man told him to stop and it didnt hurt. I for one would agree with the child, as it look very painful for him as the man tried to buzz through his beautiful hair that had very tight curls. Watching him continue as I finished paying it was clear to me that this man had no idea how to handle this type of hair and just assumed it could be treated just like any other. Sadly, he was mistaken and the little boy had to suffer through his haircut. Idk how it turned out because I left as soon as I finished paying, but I cannot imagine it went well. If you need a basic buzz, this may be your place, but if you want any style or have anything but basic straight hair, I would look elsewhere.

Brittany was absolutely wonderful! And always does a great job while also being fun to interact with. Along with the other employees.I arrived at my check-in time. The salon was loud. That was ok. While I was waiting we could hear the loud conversation coming from 2 young girls. Myself and the 3 other guys waiting were all shaking our heads at what we were hearing. The conversation from the 2 girls was 100% innapropreiate for being on the floor with customers waiting. If this would have happened in any of my businesses, I would have fired the 2 representing corporate. As a customer, I do not need to here, in my opinion, the petty complaints they were loudly discussing in public as if to prove themselves as hierarchy. I will go back, but only because of the salon employees.These comments are not a reflection on this location but my impression of the unprofessionalism I witnessed by your corporate reps.

The wait can be long at times but being able to check-in online or through the app makes it so you can plan ahead. Definitely worth the wait too, super friendly staff who always do a great job!

UPDATE: My son had a successful haircut sometime last year so we thought we would return. He hasnt had a haircut in 6+ months so we were really looking forward to it! Unfortunately Lisa, who we booked with decided to only halfway wear her mask and allow 2 other men to not wear a mask at all. When I asked if we could wait longer until we had a safe space in their establishment she immediately got defensive and aggressive telling us we could go back to the end of the line waiting another hour and a half.I dont mean to be a rule follower but not only do I have young children to care for, I have a mom with epilepsy and a grandmother very close to me, suffering from cancer. Sorry for having to take the mandates very seriously for the health of myself and loved ones around me.They should be embarassed that my 4 year old son can wear his mask with no complaints, better than most adults. They should also be ashamed for not following a health mandate right across the street from a hospital holding 90+ covid patiens. 11 whom are currently dieing in ICU.Not to mention: wearing a mask is one of the EASIEST things you can do to keep your community safe.I will no longer attempt to support a selfish business like this one.I might have a better review if we could ever get in for a haircut... The first time we showed up 10 minutes after open and it was already a 2 hour wait.. So we thought we would try their book online service. Not only is it still hours out, but you cant book for a certain time. Sucks for working parents trying to take their kids in around 5 before they close! Thought my son would have a good experience for his first haircut but it looks like that wont be happening here. They need a better way of accomodating paying customers. Like take my money when Im already in your establishment and theres no one actually in there waiting. They booked online. Awful customer service

Talkative if you want her to be but she also knows when a customer is just looking to relax without saying much, so she is great for any type of person. Not to mention she is very skilled at her craft and youll leave looking the way you want every time.

I get my hair cut here... they all do a good job. I dont like the wait times; sometimes they are just too long. I do like the people and the choices of services with the wash, scalp massage and hot towel. Its great for a mid-day cut if you have business/work to get back to and you dont want to be itchy.

This place does a great job at customer service, price, and quality. I normally dont go to corporate hair cuts but had to moving from out of town. Inviting staff and fun environment specially designed for men. Service was great and they provide a good cut, wash, and hot towel for a good price. I plan on returning here anytime in need a haircut. Its nice that walk-ins are always welcome.

My stylist, and manager, Brittany, consistently does a fantastic job of cutting my hair. Brittany and the other stylists obviously enjoy their profession as she and the other stylists are always friendly, cheerful and make me feel very welcome. I look forward to my monthly visits.

My fiance used to go there every other week. Was always rushed and his hair cut would turn out so bad that when we got home he would juat shave it. He has not went to this place in at least a year or 2 now. They need to really listen to the people they are cutting there hair and make it look good or its a waist of money. He now goes to super cuts and the girl he goes to dose a great job and actully listens and ask him what he would like..

Stopped in for a haircut earlier today. I checked in and got on the schedule. I waited approximately 45 minutes and when I was on deck someone else came in to get a neck trim. Carrie took him right back and started to perform the free trim and said i would be next. I was already next. I just got up and left, disappointed and went somewhere else where I got right in. This place lost out on a haircut and a customer over a free trim. There are other places around that will cut hair for a lower cost and for people who actually waited in line.

Love the option to check in for your appointment online. Keeps the wait time down. Hair cut prices are a little expensive in my opinion but its worth it since they always do a good and consistent job. They keep notes on how to cut your hair so you dont have to explain what you want every visit.

Manager is amazing with kids! My buddy is 5 and squirms like crazy. She did his whole head in less than 15 mins and it was amazing. Hubby goes to and they are always patient with his Idiocracys. Worth the extra wait time and slightly higher prices than Supercuts. One price of advice check in online!
