I tried to get my haircut and the girl with purple hair at Bend smart style was very rude. She told me she didn’t have time to do an express cut. It was 30 mins before they close and she had no clients. I thought an express cut was supposed to be fast. In 30 mins she didn’t have time. After reading other reviews I’m glad I didn’t get my haircut here.

I had my hair cut on Wednesday and my layers are awful and all miss matched! My hair is a total mess, my husband had to cut long bits off the bottom. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. Never again I am so upset.

Saw Rikki there and I ended up with terrible layers. The top layer looks like a bowl cut and the bottom looks like a rat tail basically.. Im so disappointed and have to get my hair cut way shorter now.

They do my 7 year old sons hair and they did a good job. They are always friendly.

Terrible customer service. I got there at 5:30 Pm. She had one kid she was cutting the hair of and told me that was taking till 7pm...when they close. What a joke!

Had my hair cut today....it was a couple different lengths..had to get a new haircut today and now my hair is way way way shorter than i wanted it..I cant believe that the woman there is allowed to cut hair..this was at the bend smart styles.

Can’t make appointment because they never answer their phone.
