Amanda is amazing. Would definitely recommend her as an exceptional barber and a great personality. Very sweet and genuine person who takes being the best at her craft seriously. Me and my friends have been seeing her for years and never heard of a less than ideal haircut come from her.

These guys are great. Ive had my hair cut by all of the regulars and I come out looking sharp everytime. I really appreciate the attention to detail that these barbers have. The wait can be pretty long if you just walk in so I highly recommend calling ahead. Overall the Metropolitan is an awesome place for a haircut.

Tim is awesome! I always get my haircut here ever since I was a kid. Jim used to cut my hair in the horse chair they have for the kids. Great place with very talented barbers. And they serve beer and whiskey. Keep up the good work guys

Went in as a drop in and was told they were done for today and come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and was told I needed an appointment and they were booked for the day. Reluctantly went back the 3rd time for my appointment and got my haircut. The barber was friendly and did a good haircut. Now that I know its better to have an appointment I might give them another try.

A classic barbershop where you can get a trim and a beer in a low-key comfortable environment. Tim is my guy, but Skylar and Ryan also do a nice job...great to have multiple backups. After reading other reviews, getting shave is on my to do list.

It’s very difficult to find a barber that can properly trim and shape a beard. Tim is your guy for this! Love the atmosphere at the Metropolitan, they spoil my dog when I bring him in, and the barbers are dedicated to their craft. Great place in Bend for a haircut or a beard trim!

Classic low-key place to get a great haircut at a reasonable cost, and to have some friendly conversation with your barber. Be aware they are cash only, and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a chair to open up. But they usually have beer, so whats the hurry anyway?

He always finds time to fit people into his schedule and is super precise with his hair cuts that he does. He takes his time and always puts in his best effort with every haircut. GO SEE DALYN!!!

Phenomenal!!! Best place to get a haircut in Bend. Tim is the man, and one of the few people who can cut my hair, and make it look great! If Tim is not around, the whole staff has mad skills. In addition you can have a free beer on them.

Turned my 5 year old away like three times when there was one person in the shop. It would have been fine if they didn’t do it in such a rude way each time, so for that I give them a negative 5 star review, but giving them one was my only option

Just went there today and was shooed away by a guy who said Im the only one working today and Im semi-retired and semi-retarded. He claimed they took reservations which I think was his excuse to put his friend who walked in after me ahead of me in the queue. I had also called ahead and was told $22 for a mens cut, but the sign on the wall said $20. I dont care if you are a Bend institution, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS, there are lots of other barbers downtown.
