Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me. This was probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The woman was really rough and seemed to rush through the entire service. At one point she burned my nail with the drill and I jumped. She made my big toes bleed and even looked annoyed that I had the massage chair on so I turned it off.$79 for a basic gel manicure and pedicure- no designs and no spa type services and extremely unpleasant service. No thank you.The salon lacked cleanliness, professionalism and will not get my return business. I hope they can clean up the salon and make it a better space for service. The location is great so I really had high hopes.

I’ve been using this place for about 6 months now and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. I was a little nervous today since I’ve only ever had my nails done by terry, a new guy did them today and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend! They are starting to get really busy though, so make an appointment!!!! Jackie does a great job 😁

My mom and I went to Key Nails for the first time today. We’ve always lived in Belmont, but this was our first time trying this nail salon. The nail techs we had were both very welcoming and friendly. We each got a pedicure and a dip manicure for our nails. The pedicures were the absolute best, and our dip nails came out great! Providing the dip wears well, we will definitely we back!

Kept getting dirty looks by my Nail technician, they were saying horrible things about myself and the woman next to me in Vietnamese, that is until I told them I am also fluent in Vietnamese... Funny how quick they stop talking when they are told that. Very saddened by this and wont be back because of this treatment. Also my nails look horrible 😔

I had a great experience at this salon! They accommodated myself and two others easily. We had a manicure and a pedicure, each with someone different. The staff was helpful in presenting their different services and polishes for us to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable and their products seem high quality. Id definitely come back!Updated review after I went back for the second time: still a great clean nail salon. The staff is so friendly and did a fantastic job on the Deluxe Manicure/pedicure. Still highly recommend and cant wait to go back!

The pedicure was ok but slow. The manicure was terrible. They didnt clean up the cuticles or nail beds but just painted the nail. I asked them why they dont do the full treatment and they looked at me like I was crazy and said they never do. It was too expensive for a simple nail painting.

Went for a pedicure today. Both my mother, wife, and each daughter have used them. They did an awesome job on their stiletto full set nails and gave each of them the best pedicures theyve ever had. They were friendly. All technicians were detail-oriented and did an excellent job. Their pedicures are still immaculate, even after walking around all day in socks and shoes. The color selection was great. We were only in the area for awhile but will return again. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get quality, friendly service. Thanks again for doing such a great job for us!

My mom and I both got pedicures and I also got a full set of coffin shape acrylic gel nails with a matte finish! It is a luxurious set up with marble table tops & we were seated promptly and pampered! They did the best job that has ever been done! I usually don’t go to the same nail salon but I think I have found the one!!! I am seriously obsessed with the job they did! So meticulous and the attention to detail/ perfection!! So happy with my nails! They also use LED instead of UV which is better for your hands and they use sns powder which is also healthy for your nails! Will definitely be coming back!! 👍 Thank you so much!!!!

What a nice place! It’s clean, organized and the people working there are very nice who also do a good job. I was the last customers of the day but they didnt hurry me to leave. I will definitely come back!!

Came today for the 1st time & Im super happy I found my new nail spot. Yen & Emily were both incredibly sweet and very attentive the entire time. My acrylics & gel pedi came out perfect. Everything looked super clean. I would 100% recommended.

I have had my nails done for 3,4 years. Ive lived in 5 different states and have had every type of product on my nails. Acrylic seemed to be the only product that would last on my nails, that is, until I met Key Nails. Like every other salon Ive been to, he tried to talk me into taking off the acrylic and trying gel or dipping powder. I told him Id tried those several times and they just didnt work on my nails. He assured me that his technique was different and that gel would be better. As usual, I caved and have never regretted it! Not only did he give me beautiful pink and white gel nails, but he was also very fast. The best part is that these nails really last! It has been 5 weeks since my last fill and they still look beautiful with no chips or lifting. If you want beautiful long lasting nails, Key Nails is your guy!

Alyssa is the best nail tech in this salon, I always come to her. Shes really professional and a sweet heart I always get my pedicure with her. Ive never had any complaints about her work!I love the way she does my massages, she have great skills in massaging feets, shes a hard working. I used to leave in west palm beach and used to come all the way down here just to get my pedicure with her. So I finished seeing Tina and let me say that was great! Aside from the fact that this is indeed the only place to open in Belmont on Monday after 4pm, Tina makes it even better. She was very patient and took time for everything and really asked me for feedback and let me know that it was okay to tell her if something went wrong. Needless to say I really liked it because many places I went to don don like it when you told them that you didnt like something and immediately gave you an unpleasant attitude. No commissions! She was great when we had some good conversations and I really liked the color I chose. Its a bit more expensive then I thought it would be but I guess I should ask first. Above all I have no complaints and I will definitely come back!

I visited key nails today because my usual place was booked and I asked Tina to do a design on my nails so when she did it the first time she made sure I liked it before doing the rest. She kept redoing them until they were perfect. I highly recommend this place and especially Tina! Will definitely be back!

I love the comfortable atmosphere. Large screen TVs to watch while you are pampered in the massaging pedicure chairs. The salon is large and open to the inside mall so fumes are never an issue like other nail salons may have. They do an awesome job at a reasonable price.

The first time I came there for my pedi, and I am really surprised by them. I had ingrown toe nail, Alyssa helped me cut it out without hurting even a little bit. Key nails is a good place you should come and enjoy!

The safest nail salon in the Lake Region !I went to some nail Salons in this region, but they didn’t keep distancing well like in Key Nails.Furthermore, they use disposable things to do pedi & mani which make me feel safe. They dont let many customers wait in the shop, so you guys should make appointments before you come( and don’t forget your masks).I’ll be back! Really like them!

This is the nicest nail salon Ive ever been to in my life! Their gels last every time between 2 1/2 - 3 weeks (and possibly longer but I like to switch colors up). The staff are very nice Very clean establishment from what I seen. I was very happy with my overall experience here. They are open late so its perfect if you want to get your nails done after work!

I went in to have nails removed and a new set put on. I had a picture of what I wanted and I was assured they could do it.The paint job was horrible. Design is nothing like I wanted. Each nail is a different shape. Way way shorter than I wanted. Never again.My husband who paid for them called because he was more upset that I was. From start to finish, from the call until I walked out of the door I felt welcomed and wanted . Tina is as nice in person as she is on the phone. I easily booked the appointment over the phone and was welcomed with smiles upon arrival. 5 stars may not be enough excellent all around !!! Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience. They took me as a walk in with no hesitation. The first nail tech was obviously new and so when the other tech came over to check his work he took over and finished. I thought the first person was doing a good job but the second tech still took over and i walked out with an absolutely gorgeous set of nails that were exactly what I had asked for. Not expensive at all. Wish i lived closer so i could visit more often. Its possible i will drive the hour and a half to get the perfect nails.

The prices were fair and they made my short nails look fabulous. I definitely recommend them for quick, quality service.

Usually not a long wait time to get your nails or pedi done. Staff is friendly and professional. Make sure you know that when they offer more of a service it will cost more. Large selection of nail colors and services. I would call ahead if you have a large party or just walk in if single or 2.

Great! Great! Great! So how did I not have my nails for years .. Tina checked my positions but the reviews were bad .. So I did some research and found that The charm has made recent reviews .. So I go a little way to go for it. I made an appointment in the morning for the afternoon and am glad I did! I have a full French tip and a pedi with flower and rhinestone design .. The price is reasonable and Tina did very well for my French as well as the sweet lady who made my pedi but I forgot my name. her .. I dont feel dissatisfied at all like so many places Ive been experiencing lately and they have provided an unprecedented relaxation experience .. I wish I could post pictures of my finished masterpieces on herr! Definitely dont waste your time elsewhere if you can help it! For riz!

Honestly, Ive been through soooooo many nail shops in Belmont. From the north side to the west side &  I just could NOT settle down. & someone had told me about Key Nails, i started going & OMG Im never going anywhere else ever again. Nails look ok but she didnt paint them totally and she was working on two people at once. At one point she stopped filing my nails and just got up without saying anything to me and went to do another ladies nails. She spoke two words to me the whole time. This made it awkward.

Ive been to this nail place before, and I wasnt completely satisfied with my experience so I started going somewhere else.My usual place was closed and I was badly needing a manicure, so i came here and was certainly reminded why I didnt like it. I came with a friend and while she received her manicure the woman was FaceTiming. My friend saw the mans penis. How on earth is that appropriate?! My woman was on the phone the entire time, then disappeared for 10 minutes halfway through the manicure. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will never return here.

Where do i start. Their mani pedi service is good. But never go for acrylics. She jerked my hand around and filed against my skin. I even said ow, and she looked up and continued applying pressure. I get they need to be rough a little. But she pulled the skin back around the nail and filed in between the nail and skin, tearing away at my skin, super painful, when gluing them down, the glue got in between the skin and nail. Gluing my nail to the skin, she did not pay attenton. Her paint job was bad aswell. Lots of spots missing paint. My friend had good luck. So maybe the woman doing mine was the issue.

My mother went to key nails and I was with her, she got there at 1:15, and waited nearly another hour to get done but 2 other women who were walk ins WITHOUT an appointment got tended to first. My mother complained to the two females working but they didn’t do anything so my mother left without her fill that she was promised. This is disgusting, and they don’t clean their to filers, or most of their supplies. Customer service is disgusting!

Very disappointing. $18 to have gel Polish removed and a manicure. The place needs a good cleaning. Glass shelves were filled with stuff, no organization and dirty. Could write your name in the dust. Never once used lotion to rub on my hands. Simple had me soak my fingers in acetone for 20 minutes and kept coming back scraping off the polish. After the 3rd time she felt it was good enough. Never was I asked to wash my hands after soaking my fingers in acetone. Now my fingers are rough and sand papery. Finally let me put my fingers in a soaking bowl of cold water. Yuck. Ive never had this poor of an experience. Ill never be back. I can only imagine what germs lurk in the pedicure baths! Board of Health needs to do a surprise visit!

I came in with my nails looking terrible, terry did my fill and re-shaped my acrylics so that they looked beautiful again! Thanks so much terry I will be back and request you!!

Drive through nail service...took my mother for manicures and pedicures for mothers day, $120.00 for the two of us and the polish came off 2 days later. Pedicures took less than 30 minutes and manicures even less time. Terrible service abd poor quality job!

Why have a business not wanting to serve but taking hard earned money. TILTON OUTLET ROYAL NAILS & SPA are EXCELLENT 💯!!!! 40 minutes still waiting on service, as two workers leave for the day. These effers dont care. Unfortunately, its just a money thing NOT service.

I went and got my nails done yesterday and it was such a bad experience. The lady that did my nails cut four of my cuticles and I have a bunch of cuts on my fingers from her filing the nails down. She also smudged my nail polish on one of my fingers on my left hand and three fingers on my right hand. Don’t not suggest going here.

Best place to get your nails done

I come to this salon on a weekly basis. I usually am a walk in. My nails will typically come out just alright. If theyre awful I make sure they fix them. There was one occassion where I didnt have much time and called to make an appointment in an hour. They said okay thats fine and hung up. Didnt even ask my name. I get there maybe 20 minutes early, and Im told it would be a 20-30 wait. I said thats fine. I called a half hour to set up an appointment for 3:30 and Im here early. I walk around the mall, come back 20 minutes later, and there are 2 new women seated that werent there before. So i sit in the wait area for about 10 minutes and noone even approached me. I was very frustrated, as people with appointments should be in the chair when they made the time for. when i initially cfalled, i was obviously not put in the appt. book since he didnt even ask my name. And when the lady told me 20 minutes, youd think shed keep that in the back of her mind before starting on walk in clients. They are very disorganized but unfortunately it is the most convenient place for me to go. I swear your better off walking in than making an appointment. Good luck if you go here!
