I’ve been to my fair share of bad nail salons, but as soon as I found Creative Nails Spa, I haven’t turned back since. I absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, I am always able to book an appointment, and the prices are super reasonable. Pro tip: they DON’T charge extra for gel polish!!! I know a lot of local businesses have been hit hard by the pandemic, so if you’re looking for a great local nail salon to support, 10/10 I’d recommend Creative Nails Spa!

I’ve been coming to Creative Nail spa for over 2 years because I love how Hailey does my nails! She’s always so professional and sweet. She just added a whole new set of different colors to choose from too! She offers dip which is less damaging to the nail. She’s the best! :)

For whatever reason, the girl put my toe color on before scrubbing or massaging my feet? Really weird because my feet were dry so not much use to scrub now. No hot towel and less than 5 minute massage.

5 stars for service! Ill update my review after a few days and I see how my toes and the color fares.Really sweet ladies, keeping everything super safe during COVID. I was the only person in the place, everyone was wearing masks, and there were plastic dividers between where I was sitting and the person doing my toes. The pedicure, while fast, was attentive and thorough. My color looks great, and their massage chairs are BOMB, better than the usual.Id definitely come back!

I did gel, but it came off a week later. They refunded me the money, and they were ok and understanding about it, but still I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Hailey is amazing. I am a huge fan of powder dipped nails. Coming from Atlanta, I am used to high quality. This salon never fails to disappoint. I drive half an hour to go here; its that good. Customer service is A+, and they all work hard to make sure you are happy with the final product.

Creative Nail Spa is wonderful! Brittany is kind, welcoming and very talented. She truly cares about her customers, doing a great job and providing excellent customer service above all else. She took extra time to ensure my nails looked fabulous! You will not feel rushed here. You will feel at home and leave happy with beautiful nails. Love, love, love and highly recommend!!! Hailey is one of the best manicurist I’ve found in the San Carlos area. Her team is friendly, patient and gentle. They have a variety of gel colors, colored dip powders and offer a amazing deluxe pedicure!

When I needed a new nail place because the big one in town did an awful job on both my manicure and pedicure, I happened to call Hailey. She got me right in and did an amazing job on my dip powder nails. She was friendly and accommodating and her work was great. When I called today with a friend in town who wanted to do pedicures together, she got us right in. Let me tell you, I have never gotten better polishing then this woman did today. Never. There was not a glob, a smear, or a gap on my toes. They are perfectly painted And it was so much cheaper than i am used to paying. While i am in town, i wont go anywhere but here.

Aka: Queen Nails Beauty Spa. Walked up at 10:05am on a Sunday morning, they’re supposed to be open at 10:00am. The lights are off and door is locked. Called to see what time they would be in. Woman told me they were booked until 11:15. Called a second time and asked when they opened; I’m still standing outside the shop. Lights are still off and door is still locked. Again she tells me they’re booked until 11:15. I nicely told her that I was standing outside, knew she was lying to me and mentioned that they should change their hours if they weren’t going to actually be open at the time(s) posted both on their website and the door. I will not be going back, I don’t care how good their reviews are. Don’t lie to your potential customers. My money is just as good as the next persons.

Nancy was very careful and didnt rush me. When it was time to go, she put oil on my toes, wrapped them in clear wrap, put my socks on over and helped me into my boots. My pedicure stayed perfect (no smears)!

The 3 staff people were all very helpful, kind and friendly. I appreciated the clean, safe work done on my toenails and fingernails.

I am here from out of town and called to get a last min pedicure. I was so happy to be able to get it right away as I wanted! She did a phenomenal job and i loved the calm atmosphere. Possibly one of the best detailed pedicures I have ever had!

I got a shellac manicure and it turned out fine. The lady was incredibly rude both over the phone and in person. Do not recommend going.

Expensive but a great nail salon. They are very attentive to your needs.

Horrible- you will leave with lumps & nails that look like marshmallows! you will always need to go back!

The lady was super rude. The place was completely empty at 4pm and she told me she did not have time to do a full set when she didnt close until 7:00 p.m.
